Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric.. Today, I'm going to make jadi bhutti mixture, which is nothing but a dried herbal blend for making an amazing ayurvedic, hair oil for growing long and thick hair.. Many of you must have seen ready-made herbal mixture bottles for making hair oils in some herb shops.. All we have to do is buy a bottle and add oil of our choice and let the herbs infuse into the oil before using., Though it is so convenient to buy jadi bhuti from the shops. The problem is, we don't know what herbs are added and usually they're not specified in the bottle, as the manufacturers don't want to disclose the herbal mixture blend. Few years back, I got a bottle just to get to know the ingredients and I was surprised to find Herbs that do not have any hair growth, promoting properties added to the bottle just to fill it up, so I would highly suggest making your own, and it is so easy to do., Though you can make it with any number of herbs today, I am going to Make it with seven herbs that are very, very effective in promoting hair growth.? The first ingredient is fenugreek. Fenugreek also called as methi in Hindi is one of the most popular ingredients for treating dandruff and promoting hair growth., Though there are no clinical studies to prove its effectiveness for hair growth, I can personally say it works wonders.. The next ingredient is hibiscus. Hibiscus, helps condition and strengthen the hair and prevent split ends.. I collect fresh flowers and sun dry them till crisp before using.. The next ingredient is kalonji.. Kalonji contains compounds like nigellone and thymoquinone, which helps promote hair growth and reduce scalp inflammation.. The fourth ingredient is amla. Amla, helps strengthen hair follicles and treats hair thinning.. I would suggest both consuming and applying it externally on a regular basis to see good results.. I have used dried amla for this recipe.. The next ingredient is vetiver., Vetiver is a root and it is very, very aromatic.. It has powerful antimicrobial properties and helps treat scalp problems like dandruff, itching and inflammation.. The next ingredient is ratan jot.. It is called alkanet root in English. Traditionally, ratanjot infused oil is used to treat premature greying, baldness and hair loss. Ratanjot has very powerful antimicrobial properties and is very effective in treating scalp problems.. It also gives a beautiful red color to the oil.. The final ingredient is rose, petals rose, petal, infused oil is a wonderful hair conditioner.. It also imparts a beautiful fragrance to the oil.. I use dried rose. Petals for this recipe to dry rose, petals collect fresh roses, separate the petals sun dry and then use. To make the blend. Take a tablespoon each of rose, petals, dried amla, fenugreek seeds and kalonji seeds in a bottle.. Add in 8 to 10, dried hibiscus. Petals add in a small piece of alkanet root. Finally, add in a small bunch of vetiver root. Add in oil of your choice.. Here I am using virgin coconut oil, but you can use any unrefined oil of your choice.. You can also use a blend of two oils, too. Now close with the lid and let it steep for a few days.. After few days, the oil will be infused with the herbs and it is ready to be used as a hair. Oil., Don't strain out the herbs. Let them continue, infusing the oil.. You can use this either as a daily application, hair oil or as a pre-shampoo treatment.. This oil will last well for a few months. Please do give this oil a try without fail.. I hope you found this video useful.. If you like to support me and this channel. Please share this. Yazhini Thangavelu: Hai mam! Before 2 years my hair was very healthy and the hair used to fall very less, say 10 strands or no fall during normal days and 50 to 100 strands on hair bath days. Later in 2019 second half faced some health issues and my body turned very hot. Due to that i started to have hair fall. My hair was reduced into 3/4th of the hair i had before. The health condition continued and i lost half of my hair. In may 2021, i tested positive for covid and post covid hair fall is terrible. In normal days itself the hair falls like anything.
