Hi guys, how are you i'm really excited about sharing my diy carrot, oil recipe with you guys, i discovered the benefits of carrot oil a few years ago. It is super effective in stopping hair loss and to grow your hair really thick and long. Even if we have split ends, this is an excellent natural hair oily for you, because it strengthens your hair and makes it more elastic. This carrot. Oil is also great for your skin. It is a fantastic natural moisturizer, it's great for both hair and skin, but i found that carrot. Oil is quite expensive to buy so i started making my own diy carrot: oil at home, so before we get into the recipe, give this video a thumbs up and make sure you subscribe to my channel to get more health updates from me. You can also check out my website, which is writerpath.com for more natural, healthy diy ideas and recipes. The very first thing i do is wash the carrots and pat dry them. There should not be any water left on the carrots. You need to dry them completely. Then i'm going to cut the end bits off and grate the carrots i'm using two carrots i'll be using the bigger side of the grater. We don't need to grate them too thin. This size pieces are just fine to get the nutrition out of it. I'M only making a small batch if you're using more oil then use three or four carrots. Now, let's gather the grated carrot in a pan, i'm using 150 ml of coconut oil for two carrots, i'm using cold pressed virgin coconut oil. You can actually use any carrier. Oil, like avocado oil or even sesame oil. I personally prefer using coconut oil when it comes to hair and skin. The oil has solidified because it's cold here so i put in the coconut oil in the same pan, along with the grated carrot, i have the stove in really low flame because you don't want to destroy the nutrients from the carrot, but at the same time you Want to get the oil infused with all its goodness, the coconut oil will start melting and i'm going to gently stir through and combine them together. Just spread the carrots throughout the pan and leave this in low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes. You need to stir this through occasionally so that the oil infusion will be even this carrot. Oil contains beta-carotene, it is rich in vitamin e and vitamin c. It helps to protect the skin from sun damage. This is how it looks like when it's nearly done. You can see the carrots are starting to caramelize a little bit and the oil is orange in color and it's kind of see-through switch off the flame after 20 minutes and let it sit in the hot oil for another 10 minutes once the oil is cooled, pour It through your sieve and filter it press it down with a spoon to get all the oil out carrot. Oil stimulates the growth of new cells. It'S an amazing natural oil for those who have hair thinning issues or dry scalp, as it is a wonderful moisturizer to your scalp. That is my homemade carrot: oil when applied on skin. It also protects you from the sun from the uv rays of the sun, because it has got esp of 35 to 40..
