So my nighttime routine is very easy, very simplistic. I, like things easy, I may wrap my hair once a week, I'm a bun it once a week or I may simply put on a DIY bonnet and call it a night. So when I wear a straight hair, I only shampoo my hair once a month. Why? Well, if you're new viewer, i only shampoo my hair once a month when i wear it straight, because the process is so long and strenuous and just takes me forever to straighten my hair. To be honest, I don't even like straightening my hair. I know that sounds weird. I hate when it comes straightening, my hair, I hate it. I try to preserve my straight hair as much as possible. I could imagine straightening my hair on six months. A week I couldn't imagine bring the longer. It gets the most. The more like time-consuming it is some like I said I keep my hair and my scalp product free. I try to maintain the natural shine and bounce and body without weighing it down with a bunch of oil or serum. I want it to look really lightweight. You know I wanted to look bouncy and just really fresh. I like my hair, to look fresh without it without it being way down so um, you know serum or oil. I will use that towards like the end of the month. It all depends on the weather. If my hair feels soft and moisturized there's no need for me to put anything in it really. I went up set 30 days without putting anything in my hair, primarily because I do have low porosity hair. So the advantage of having low porosity hair is that it's very difficult to get the moisture in, but once it's in it's in it doesn't leave your hair. It'S trapped in there so but yeah just trying to pre answer some questions. And if you have any more questions leave in the comment section thanks for watching

MsLiddy: Your hair screams HEALTHY and the sheen is giving me life. Your videos has been so helpful to me. I'm glad you're back. In my head you are my sister so when you were away, I felt like I wasn't hearing from a family member. Thanks again.

Ms. Kim74🌸: I'm absolutely amazed that your hair is so straight without being relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful.

Ronda Smith: Peace and Blessings Sis! Just wanted to say THANK YOU for representing beautiful, healthy , lengthy natural hair on us. I too have tailbone length that I get set and blown once a month. You remind me of my mommy--- chocolate and beautiful! Keep shining

Meditation Medication: Thanks for sharing your night time straight hair routine. Love these tips. Have been putting quite a bit of your advice into motion and have seen quite a difference. Can't wait for the months and years to come. Your work doesn't go unnoticed. :)

JetSetwithB: You hair is just gorgeous!!! I recently suffered from extremely low iron as you shared in previous videos. After 6 months of hair loss, I'm now on the road to recovery with tons of new growth.

Sarah Hill: I don't have your hair type but I still like watching your vids..they're very soothing. and alot of your tips and tricks have helped me in my hair growth so thanks

Reservechic: You do an excellent job protecting your hair overnight. As, you definitely know exactly how to keep your hair looking very healthy, incredibly shiny, and with lots of movement and swing to it too.

Modest Tea 🍵: Wow. I thought my hair health was great, but your hair is lovely! And the length...I'm not even gonna go there lol! Truly an inspiration to those of us growing our tresses out. God bless! :)

Pepsofunny: I promise I learned how to wrap my long sew in from watching you. Thank you soooooooooooooooo much! That helped me so much :)

Deb JB: You make wrapping your hair look so easy!! Beautiful hair btw!!

T J: You give me hope EVERY WEEK that I can continue to let my hair grow. To see how long it will GET. I had 2.5 inches cut off yesterday. My ends were a hot mess.

OMJ Farm: You are amazing and so well informed. I remembered the other day that you are the one who I got the word "slip" from in terms of conditioner from. Question: do you always do your own hair or do you go to a salon on occasion?? I found that when I went natural that the hair from the crown of my head to my back hair line appears to be the same as yours but from the crown to the front.....a whole other story. Still have great natural curls but my edges are quite ethic. I'm not ashamed but because of the different textures I just usually wear it in a high messy bun or let a lady hot comb and wrap it. Thanks so much for taking the time to keep people like me informed.

DS: Thanks for the video! On another note, I ordered the Napa Valley Grapeseed oil. GURL. You were so right that all oils are not created equal. I noticed an difference immediately.... I will be ordering their olive oil as well. Thanks for sharing!

Glitz and Glam Personal Creations by Lauren: I wish I could my hair this bone straight when I flat iron it. So pretty! I wrap mine or do the pineapple pony.

ms.chelle: Love the shine and body your hair has. Thanks for the low porosity tip, I didn't know it will hold the moisture.

MsFinis: thank you for speaking on shampooing 1x a month when it's straightened, my hair is shorter than yours but 2 1/2 to 3 hours is not a weekly task. And I do the same nightly protections. Great video.

SidneySavaage: i love your videos they are always straight to the point and thorough.

Kingdom Lifestyle💕: Thank you so much for posting videos, to maintain strong healthy hair, your hair is Gorge, I've taken your tips, it's been working x

Watch MeEat: okay.... I'm about to go back through your videos so I can get the condition of my hair together! BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for the tips!

D Jones: I agree... I've just determined I have low porosity hair... and when I finally flat ironed three weeks ago... I wrapped my hair every night and did not have to apply any product for the entire 3 weeks.. however I did decide to wash after three weeks because my scalp was getting a little itchy.. and I'm so used to washing once per week but I rarely flat iron and when I do I try and preserve the look as much as possible :). Hopefully my hair is like yours one day:) I'm currently transitioning and have been for a year now

Alicia Wright, Ph.D.: Hello again! I decided that if I comment periodically and persistently, maybe I will receive a response! My hair reaches the upper-middle part of my back, and I needed to revise my night-time routine. I started growing it 7 years ago, and the simple wrap is becoming harder to utilize. I gained some techniques that I was unaware of, and am reconsidering my use of oils, serums, etcetera. Thank you from my heart for the tutorials! Take care and may God bless you!

its ya girl mya: Girlll!! This is my time watching one of your videos. I was looking for a weft like damn this is a nice wig/weave... got towards the end like hell naw I see scalp this is all her!!!!!! Yessssssss sis!!!

Circumstances Never Matter: I do the bun technique once I get tired of actually wrapping my hair.

Spontaneous LeAndra: How long did it take your hair to bounce back after your iron deficiency? Your hair is amazingly shiny

Me Me: my hair is low porosity too, so when I flat iron I try to keep it straight as long as I can also, lol. I also use a serum on my ends but my edges too they revert quicker, love this info and l put my hair in a bun and scarf or or satin head scarf when straight, we have a lot of straight hair regimens alike, lol.

tacthom: You should consider the ion steam pro straightening brush from Sally beauty supply (or any steam brush that has 2 plates like a flat iron...there are quite a few brands on the market) It actually uses steam and the plates are huge, which means you can work with large sections.. . which means less time. I bet you could get through your hair in 35 to 40 min. My natural curl pattern/texture appears similar to yours but is medium porosity. My hair is not as long as yours (I'm only at full waist length) but it only took me 30 min to straighten. I don't know if they have Sally's in your area, but the store has a 90 day money back return policy (just keep your recipt)

MsLeelee94: I have been a subbie for awhile now and I have learned so much from you I think your stunning and I always will enjoy learning from you Thank you!!!!! #thatshinethou!!!!!!

Ms.caramel Delight87: I'm so in love with your hair. My hair was this way until I let a "friend" do it, it fell out and I had to do the big chop. What products do you use girl?

Debra White: wow ,your hair has grown longer it's soooooo healthy and shining beautiful you are very inspirational l were a twa can't wait to get to your length, also love the wrap method and the tips l will not wash my hair often when straightened my hair thanks lovely please keep video these type of healthy hair shows.

R Oki: Girl! When I flat iron and then think I am gonna wrap it for the night...... I must get hot because in the morning one side is poofy and starting to revert! So annoying. Or that steam seeps in from the shower and curls the back up. The high bun does work for me though. Nice idea with the stocking cap..... it is more breathable so it could prevent the heat getting trapped waving my hair up. Nice! Thanks!

sierra: what flat iron and temperature do you use when straightening?

Nesi Fa: i wish wrapping my hair up when it is straight could be as easy as you make it look
