Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today I'm gon na be sharing with you, ten of my essentials, for maintaining healthy long hair. I know I have a ton of videos on how to grow long, hair and my tips and tricks for getting it long, but once it's long, it's kind of hard to maintain and keep it still healthy. So I'm going to be sharing with you guys, my essentials. Some of them are products; some of them are just things that I do in my routine to keep my hair long and healthy and maintain it at the length that it is now before we begin don't forget to subscribe to. My channel also don't forget to give this video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it also, don't forget to follow me on Instagram which I'll have linked down below, and I share tons of more tips there. So if you guys are interested gave me a follow, it'll be down in the description box and let's just get into the video, I'm sorry if you can hear my cat eating now, okay, so first, I guess I'll show you guys how long my hair is. Okay, so this is how long my hair is. This is at the bottom of my hips, so it goes all the way down there and my belly button is right here. So it's a little bit longer than hip length right now, I'm still trying to grow it longer. I really want it to be about mid thigh, but we'll see what happens but yeah. This is what my hair looks like I washed it this morning and it did the rice water rinse. So this is what it looks like afterwards. My first tip for maintaining a healthy long hair is to find a good routine and to stick to it. So your routine would encompass everything going from washing to trimming to how often you're doing masks and what kinds of masks you're doing and all of those things. So I'm gon na be sharing with you guys my summer, haircare routine. Very very soon I'm gon na be filming it very shortly, I'm just still transitioning from winter products to summer products, because here in trial it's still been a little bit chilly out, so I haven't fully switched over yet, but as soon as I do, I will film That for you guys, but it's really important to find a routine that works for you so, depending on how often you're wanting to wash your hair, how often you want to get your hair trimmed? How often you want to be doing masks all of those things, and all of that depends on you and your preferences. If you don't have a routine yet - and you don't know really where to start, I always recommend by starting out by doing masks at least once a week. So I usually start with like oil treatments or doing some sort of in shower treatment, which I'll be talking about later in the video masks are really important for keeping your hair moisturize and strengthened, and I mean all of those great things which again I'll be talking About later on, but that's where I would start and then I would also start with trying to figure out how often washing works for you, I personally wash my hair about once or twice a week. That'S what works best for me. If you're someone who washes every single day, you should definitely try to transition your hair into washing less often throughout the week, so maybe try going every other day and then every two days and then every three days until you find something that works for you washing Your hair every day can be really damaging to it, because it can really overdrive the hair really strip your scalp of its natural oils and dry out your scalp as well as your hair. Obviously so you don't want to be watching every day, if you can avoid it. The most important part about finding a good routine is sticking to it once you've figured it out. Consistency is really the key, especially when you're trying to see results for a certain treatment that you're doing or especially when you're starting to grow. Your hair out. My next essential is to find a really really good, sulfate, free shampoo and a really good silicone free, conditioner, and I say sulfate in silicone free, because those are two really damaging ingredients that are in multi foods and conditioners, as well as in tons of other hair Products like serums, hair sprays, leaving conditioners all of those things, if you guys want to know a little bit more about why I don't like to use those ingredients. I will have my how I grew my hair out. Naturally, video linked up in the cards for you guys and never go into much more detail about silicones and selfies and which wants to watch out for, like I said before, I'm still using my winter stuff. So I've been using the kaliya, hydrating, shampoo and hydrating conditioner, though I use these once a week or twice a week whenever I wash and they are silicone, free, sulfate free and they have amazing ingredients. So finding a get you of pure conditioner is really really important. That can I take some time to figure out which one's work best for you, my all-time favorite, shampoo and conditioner - are the Kalia purifying shampoo and conditioner for dry hair, and I usually go into those in the summer and warmer months, but my hair was really dry. This winter, so I've been using these ones. I will have everything I'm talking about linked down below in the description box, for you guys, so don't you worry. I also really love the shampoos and conditioners on the innate life and from Karina organics. So I'll have a few other brands. I love linked down below as well. My third essential is to find a really good leave-in conditioner, I feel like leaving conditioners, are so slept on, like no one really talks about them, but they're really really important, especially if you have a dry like I deal. A leave-in conditioner really helps student seal in moisture after the shower. It helps to bring shine. It helps to keep your hair detangled and obviously it helps to keep your hair hydrated. There are tons of different kinds of leave-in conditioners that you can use so finding a really good one that works for your hair type and for what you're trying to achieve is really really important. My all-time favorite is the karina. Organic sweet pea, leave-in conditioner and it's supposed to repair dry, chemically treated and damaged hair. My hair is not that damaged anymore and it's not chemically treated or anything, but it does get really dry and one of the reasons why I love this one. So much is that it's such a lightweight spray. I also really like this friend, because it's biodegradable, so even our shampoos and conditioners and stuff they're safe to use when camping, they're, vegan, cruelty, free and a lot of their ingredients are certified organic and of course they are silicone and sulfate free as well. My fourth essential is finding a good brush and I always recommend a wooden brush. I already have an entire video on why I love wooden brushes so much so how that linked up in the cards, for you guys, but in short, I think, they're, just really great. For brushing my hair gently without ripping it because there are no bulbs on the end of these, these are tech brushes. I will have them linked down below for you guys, whenever brushes also really help to absorb natural oils from your scalp and redistribute it throughout the ends of your hair. So if you have long hair like I do, you know the struggle of keeping your hands hydrated. This really helps to just distribute your natural oils and keep the length of your hair hydrated and when a brush is also stimulate. Acupuncture points on your head, which promote blood flow, and you guys already know that that promotes growth. So that's why I love them. So much I used to use a wet brush, which are great too, because they're really gentle on my hair. But I don't know I just like what a brush is way better and what brushes usually have the little bulbs on the end of the bristles. And I hate that my fifth essential is to find some really good. Hair ties or hair sticks, especially if you're someone who likes to wear their hair up a lot or if you work in an environment where your hair needs to be tied back like I do so. My favorite hair sticks are these Beetlejuice ones. I got them at Hot Topic, I'll have them linked down below, for you guys. I also have an entire video on how I use leaves, and my favorite few buns that I like to do with hair sticks, but I love them because they're very gentle on the hair and they don't pull or break your hair. So if you're, someone who wears your hair up in a bun a lot make sure that you are either switching up the of the bund so you're not breaking hair on the same area, because there will be like a line of split ends where your hair ties Are especially if you're using like a cross of hair ties like what's with metal, clasps on them or rubber bands? Please let his rubber bands on your hair. They can be really damaging. So I think that hair sticks if your hair isn't long enough, for them are a great alternative and I usually only need one and it holds my hair all day long without pulling on my scalp. So that's really great too, for hair ties. I love using scrunchies they're, probably my favorite, I think they're so cute and they're - really gentle on the hair and they do actually hold my hair. Another favorite of mine are the TI y hair ties. I had. I have two that I can show you guys, but my cat likes to play with them, so I don't actually know where they are right now. I'Ve talked about doing videos before, though, and I'll have them linked down below. Basically, what giy does is they send you, like a roll of elastic that you can customize how tight or how loose you want? Your hair tie to be you just wrap the elastic around your hand and tie it off after how many loops you want. So you can make it tighter or looser, which I really really like. They'Re, also super gentle on the hair. They don't tug. They don't give me headaches when I wear my hair up and they actually hold my hair, because I can decide how thick I want. The hair tied to be my six essential is actually to do the search-and-destroy m'a. The search-and-destroy method is a way to get rid of your split ends without actually cutting off hair. So I like to do this at nighttime when I'm just chilling and watching YouTube videos or watching TV or listening to music. I just like to split my hair into sections or I'll. Do this on my hair? Isn'T two braids because then it's easier to see the little split ends sticking out and I will kind of just run my hair between two fingers like this and enough. You guys can see, but you see these little hairs that are sticking up. You can look at them and if you see any split ends, I just like to take a pair of haircutting scissors and snip them off. This really helps to eliminate split ends and prevent them from splitting further, and that way you don't have to go and get your hair cut. As often I do get my hair trimmed about twice a year, so every six months I'll take off like maybe an inch. Obviously, depending on, if I need it, if I really need it I'll go more often, if you're someone who likes to pick their split ends, I used to be that person. I would sit in class and like split them or pick them off, and that's so bad. Just if you do that, please stop just get a pair of haircutting scissors and while you're watching TV just sit there and snip your split ends and you'll notice such a huge difference over time and how shiny your hair is and how like how little sweaters you Actually end up having at the end of the month again, if that goes back to the first tip, though, with consistency, that's something you need to be doing at least once a week or every other day, or so to keep up with it, depending on how many Split ends you have, if you only do it like once a year, then you're not gon na notice, much of a difference, but that's a really great tip and I feel like people don't talk about it as much. My seventh tip is to find a really good sculpt treatment and I feel, like the sculpt, gets neglected a lot because you're still focused on the hair and the ends of your hair, but your hair obviously grows from your roots. So if your sculpt is not in good shape, it's gon na be really difficult for you to grow the healthiest hair that you can, and it's also gon na - be really hard to keep it on your head. A lot of the time. Hair loss issues stem from scalp issues, so if your scalp isn't being taken care of, it's not gon na be a good post for your hair. So I really recommend finding a good sculpt reitman. I also have an entire video on scalp health and how I keep my scalp healthy, so I'll have that up in the cards for you to sculpt treatments I really enjoy. Are my DIY sculpt children which I'll have up in the cards as well or my scalp treatment from the innate life which I'll have linked down below? I actually ran out of it. So I don't have a bottle to show you guys, but I'll have a link down below the innate life. One has a lot of Ayurvedic herbs and oils that my own DIY one doesn't have. So I think that's something. That'S really important for your hair and I've been using it for a few years now, and it's really just been one of the staples in my routine. The DIY one is really easy to make and it has some similar ingredients. It'S also more easy to customize. If you guys want to switch up the ingredients for yourselves or if the Nate life one is not accessible to you, I do have a discount code for the innate life. If you guys are interested in using it, you can use innate Ana for 15 % off your purchase. I will have it linked down below, for you guys. Scalp treatments, like I said, are really important, because your scalp needs to be healthy to grow healthy hair, but they can also be really stimulating. So when you're massaging your scalp with whatever treatment you're using, it promotes a lot of blood flow and that in turn promotes hair growth. So it's kind of a win-win for you plus. It feels really good just to give yourself a nice scalp massage. My eighth essential is to find a good oil or serum that you can use on your ends in between washes or after washing your hair. My favourites are the rose, hair elixir from the innate life or just some 100 % pure Moroccan oil or argan oil or 100 % pure macadamia oil. Whatever you choose just make sure that there are no silicones in it. A lot of these oil serums that you buy at the drugstore for your hair are just loaded with silicone, which is not good for your hair. In the long term, the rose hair elixir has over 15 different organic oils in it, and this one obviously is just pure argan oil or pure macadamia oil. I really like these, though, because they're lightweight and they're in dropper form, so you can kind of control. How much you're putting into your hair and with oils like these, I just focus them on the last little bit of my hair. This really helps to prevent frizz, lock in moisture, prevent breakage and keep your hair super hydrated in between washes. I also like to use these in my hair and nighttime before I braid it before I go to sleep which I'll be talking about a little bit later, but this really just helps to keep my hair shiny and smooth and healthy-looking. My knife essential are masks. I love using masks if you guys found me on Instagram. Originally, you know that I love doing DIY masks. I also love store-bought or ready-made masks. I just love doing maps and, I think they're, a very, very important part of your routine. I think is that a lot of hair issues can be solved with masks or with treatments, but you just need to know which ones to use and when and which ones work best for your hair types. So I have an entire video again on my favorite store-bought masks, which all have linked up in the description box, but some of my favorite DIYs are just plain: coconut oil treatments or avocado or olive oil. I like to mix a bunch of them sometimes and make an entire treatment. Shea butter is also really good. I have a ton of DIYs here on my channel, so I have a playlist which will help for you guys linked somewhere on here. You guys can check out all my DIYs that I have MS, are great for strengthening the hair hydrating, the hair, promoting growth, preventing breakage, boosting shine all of the above they're, just really great for their hair. So if you haven't found masks that you like yet definitely try making some your own DIY masks are a lot easier to customize you can put in whichever oils or any ingredients that you like, depending on what your hair concerns are they're, also a lot more affordable And usually a lot more accessible. So that's something that you should really try doing. If you haven't already my final essential for maintaining healthy long, hair is protective styles, so this is anything from braids to bonds, to wearing it and scarves or in a cap or something to keep it protected from the elements from your bed when you're sleeping and all Of the above, my favorite is Brie. I talked about this million times on my channel before, but I really like to wear braids, especially in the wintertime when the weather is really cold and windy and when I'm wearing like jackets and stuff, and my hair is constantly brushing on my coat or clothes. That can really cause a lot of breakage. So, keeping your hair in a protective style like a braid or in a loose bun can really help to protect the ends from rubbing on stuff from breaking off and from getting tangled, all of which cause a lot of breakage and split ends. That'S a really big tip of mine, especially at night time, if you don't protect your hair when you're sleeping. Yet you really need to get on that, because a lot of breakage comes from your hair rubbing on your pillows from getting tangled from rubbing on the sheets. Behind you, as I said earlier, I really like to use some of my leave-in oils right before bed right in my ends before I braid it to go to sleep. Another really easy way to protect your hair at night is to get a Sutton or silk pillowcase. This provides a lot more slip to the hair and it doesn't catch the hair. The way like cotton pillowcases do so it'll keep your hair from catching and creating a lot of friction and obviously breaking off honestly. Sometimes I really have to fight myself to not go to bed with my hair open, especially when I'm really tired and lazy, but keeping my hair braided at night just keeps it so much more frizz free and a shiny. Looking. I also really like the waves that I got from braids, it's just kind of like a heatless hairstyles. That'S a pro tip, really try to protect your hair at nighttime. I really hope this video was helpful to you guys. I hope I gave you some good tips. I hope that if you start incorporating some of these things into your routine, that it helps you and that you see some good results, please let me know down below if you guys have any other tips, I'd love to see them and I'd love to try. Some of them out. Thank you so much for watching, and I will see you guys in the next video bye

abby rose: my hair tips: - get a hair cut when you start seeing split ends - try massaging castor oil/coconut oil onto roots and ends every 2-3 days for oily hair, nightly for dry hair, depends on how your hair feels to you - no heat - no hair dye - only wash when feels oily/dirty, depends on hair type and personal preference - try dry shampoo in between washes - silk pillowcase - use Nexxus/ogx shampoo & conditioner for your specific hair type (try other brands, I just use these two because they are highly rated and cheap) - use shampoo brush - only use enough shampoo to cover scalp and let the rest rinse down into the rest of the hair (2 dime size amounts for all hair lengths/types) - use old t shirt/microfiber towel to dry hair after shower (gentler than regular towels) - brush from ends to roots, not roots to ends (unnecessary stress on roots) - gentle hair ties & hairbrush (scrunchies & Wet brush) - gentle hair styles that don’t pull on scalp - stay hydrated & eat healthy (omega3s, fatty acids, etc.)- fish oil pill daily if not enough moisture and nutrients in everyday foods- avocados, etc. - take biotin supplement daily - try clipping method- clipping up sections of hair along part to create volume while wet

Chapis S.: I’ve been following the chocolate mask and the banana mask and I find that they both make my hair soo soft and shiny so thank you for that . I’ve also been using a wooden brush which has really helped with my frizzy hair. On a previous comment I made I said my hair was at my waist now its below my butt Ive found that the shampoo and conditioner that work for me are: -OGX green tea fitness shampoo And -Love, Beauty and Planet Conditioner in the rose scent This was just kind of an update but thanks so much for the advice it really helps

Ashley S: Love the braid at night tip. I have shorter/medium length hair so I do two side braids. Once my hair is long enough I will do one braid. If I don't do my braids at night I severely regret it in the morning as I am a frizzy mess so I am sure this helps protect my hair a ton. And I swear my hair grows faster when I braid consistently at night. Love all your tips!!! Thank you!

Leslie king: Anna, as always great tips for keeping healthy, long hair. Silicone and sulfate free has made a huge difference for my scalp and hair. The sulfate dried out my scalp and hair. And the silicone in curl sculpt made my hair greasy, weighed and flat. I can go every three days without a wash easily. When my hair gets longer, I will buy Argan oil for the lower half. Yes, protective braid at night, with a satin pillowcase really provides healthy hair and a stress free sleep. Also wood brush, and hair towel by aquis from Amazon has helped protect hair. I am finally learning from all you young gals!! I love it!! Also eating many more fresh vegetables, with quiona, high in fiber and protein. Everything is working together for a better life and better scalp and hair. Also, thanks for the tip on shipping split ends. That will be a huge help later on. Lastly, your hair looks beautiful as your are making the commitment. Way to go!! Keep it up and beauty treatment can be fun, in our free time!!! Thank you so much!! Prayers and Blessings.

EyeGlassTrainofMind: You are so incredibly helpful! Thank you for many of these tips and product suggestions. I've kind of just lazily been growing my hair out but now that it's really long, I realise if I want to keep it I have to start taking more care :)

Pari Charhatkar: Nice video ...... Make a video of mixing right oils together, absorbing oils and coating oils , this will be helpful too

Tiffany Hoffman-Almueti: Great hair growth and maintenance tips! Your videos are always so educational and inspiring. Would love to see a video on what you include in your diet for healthy hair. I feel like diet is probably one of the most important factors in hair growth and health

Chaitanya Chaitu: You are an amazing person and love how you get into details and explain things in detail for us and I love the fact that you always find time to help us out . As a guy with curly hair it was getting tough for me to figure a routine out and you helped me out pretty well on insta ❤️ thank you looking forward for your bf's haircare routine

RandomIsMyLif3: from someone who just cut of all her hip length hair due to a depressive episode and getting a huge matt (put yo hair in a bun or braid and ask a loved one to detangle when you can't get out of bed due to your illness) try zoloft or wellbutrin as well

Gabriella Arriaga: I appreciate all of your help in achieving my hair length goals!! :)

blueberrypie2314: I love Calia shampoo and conditioner. Thanks so much for the video ❤️ very helpful and a great reminder!

a basketboy: 0.48 Your hair is now very denitively below waist length - well done! Also, your hair has a really nice sheen to it that is so lovely. Wishing you the very best in your continuing hair journey.

Sarai Lopez: Leaving this comment to vouch calia! It's definitely worth the money and lasts a long time. My hair was falling out by the chunks (I'm in my 20s for reference) until January when I switched to washing my hair once a week and using calia. I haven't had hair fall out since then.

Eve: Omg thank you so much for posting this! love you, keep it up! ♥️

maryam zahir: Your tips are simply AWESOME! I tried your banana and chocolate masks and ...WOW. They work like miracles. Thanks a lot for all your tips and tricks! I just contacted your cousin marianna to find out more about the capillary schedule. My hair has grown 4 inches in 3 months! I can't believe it. It was at waist length and now it's almost touching my butt (I know my comment is long and sort of an update but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and your tips)

Aarti Leharwani: You've helped so much in my hair journey.....thanks

ShanDomi: Those are some really great tips! I also like to wash my hair 2-3 times a week too! I'm also trying to grow my hair our really long. Like to mid thigh length too. Yours is always soooo pretty!!! Especially, with those waves from your braids. Yeah, your hair length right now is definitely a little pass hip length. I would say its tailbone length.

Frog: I figured you were like the typical girl wanting long hair, now I see your shirt and I get it lmao

Louksna F: Great advice as always! But what is the difference between all the calia shampoos for dry hair? One is moisturizing, one hydrating and the other for dry hair? What's the difference and how do I find out which one works for me?

Shridipta Nag: My mom applies oil on my hair....its really convenient when someone else does it for you as they are able to see your head better specially the back of your head.

Mahin Ahsan: Hi , I just am a new subbi , and am with you on this growing my hair , which I started seriously after incorporating Rice water , my Question to you is when do you use rice water . My hair ends became very rough after using them . It did help in the growth though. And let me tell you you and your hair are a beauty to watch thanks for sharing your tips!

Katie Turza: Very similar to holistic habits suggestions! I'm so glad to see consistency in recommendations from people with long healthy hair!

Eileen: I love this can you tell us more about your diet also like do you drink a lot of water, etc, thanks for the videos :)

Ramyaa H: Thanks Anna loved it. I wanted to how do I do scalp treatments on days I'm working out? I have been using coconut oil on my hair since my childhood but these days, as I work out almost everyday, I find my scalp gets oily and greasy sooner and so I don't understand how to incorporate oil treatments on my hair now. Love your content, thanks ❤️

Healthy Living With Chris Gault: Thanks for the tips! Great video!

Ellie: I've been doing everything I possibly can to keep my hair hydrated, but I still struggle with split ends. Besides all your tips is there anything else I could be missing? Something in my diet maybe? I do take a multivitamin and eat fairly healthy..

J Cannat: Wow so beautiful! Your hair is gorgeous ❤️ also your shirt is great thank your for helping me set up a routine to keep my hairs healthy and pretty. I love you so so much! Thanks for everything you do ❤️❤️ also your skin looks amazing

Eileen: I ordered the calia shampoo and conditioner I love it thanks for the recommendation ❤️

Christine DAngelo: My hair is to the back of my knees and I'm always looking for good ways to keep it healthy and hydrated.. Thanks so much..

Andréj Il: First, subscribed recently and admiring your looks! #KeepItUp

it'sMidTrib: OHMYGOSH yes I use this shampoo and it’s AMAZING

Anyra Rahman: My tips: Stop using hairbrushes, only use combs. Apply coconut oil or olive oil to the ends of your hair every night. Comb your hair 4-5 times a day. When you apply the conditioner, don't try to rinse it all out. Some of it should be left in the hair and work as a leave in. Use a t shirt as a towel. NEVER put your hair in a ponytail. Always do braids.

Erin Stannard: scrunchies are also good for putting your hair up

Daniel Mendes: came for the hair tips, impressed by the long sleeve \m/

Naturally Antonia: Great video♥️ I need to try those tie scrunchies

Nasrin Aktar: Your hair is so beautiful ❤️

Belinda: Another tip to softener your hair is to wash it with distilled / demineralized water if you have hard water like mine... I diluite my shampoo with distilled water.. it help me a lot because before my hair was very dry and the distilled water has no minerals in it.. also Apple cider vinegar helps to shine your hair.. a little bit diluited with distilled water it helps a lot.. I used a diy spray with demineralized water and a little bit of Apple cider vinegar in the Last wash of my hair and I spray it... Sorry if I made mistakes but I m italian

Moss Taylor: Thank you for helpful tips best vid I’ve seen on hair so far☺️

Chelsey Darling: Can you do a video on the maximum hydration method for fine high porosity Caucasian hair?

Katherine 906: You are so beautiful and I love your hair videos so much!

SALEH sarra: Love your videos

Ericca with 2 C's: How often do you oil your ends and do hair masks? You have helped me so much. I am still struggling with split and dry ends.

Nicole Ford: Yesss a longhair twin thanks for this freeennnn

Just Ryan: A fellow search and destroyer. My hair tangles at night and braiding is really the only way to wake up the next morning without hours of detangling.

Orewa Houston: Your hair and you are so beautiful!❤️ you remind me of Nina Dobrev x

DeeDee Isabelsdottir: Alot of what your recommending ive seen on Youtuber holistichabits and she posted about the Calia Shampoo and Tek wooden brush etc..Years ago..Im glad to see her recommendations are working for others also ♡

Pooja Nath: I just want to say I'm grateful that you exist❤

Melanie viljoen: My first time that I'm commenting I use the earthsap shampoo and conditioner and I do use a wooden brush. I've bought the shampoo and conditioner last week at a beauty shop because my hair got way to oily from the other shampoo and the guy said that I must try the earthsap. I do use the egg and olive oil. My hair isn't long in trying to grow it longer the way it use to be. PS I love watching u and I'm from south Africa cape town. I have peppermint oil but I've never used it. Pls give me advice as to how to be patient with ur hair grow. Love Melanie

frowner lowksz: So I always see you promoting good sulfate free shampoo from Calia and I looked they don’t have any for colored hair. There are still some of us out here growing our hair and dye it or have dye in it. I was wondering what are good shampoos to use on colored hair that are sulfate free?

1 2: I have been using no metal extra large hair ties and i see damage still. I tried some spin pins and when i take my time and be careful my hair looks very nice still. But i lose them. But i now use clips. I also cut the split ends at work when its dead. My exes sister used to do my hair and i was pretty happy. We broke up in 2011. So i havent cut my hair since. I gone through waves of taking good care where my shines like glitter and when its dry as heck. I think for 2020 i will cut my hair and start fresh. I will talk to a stylist and see what i can do. Do any of you have plans for 2020 hair care?

SignQueen: I wash my hair twice a week.. Usually on a Wednesday and a Sunday.. When i wash it, it feels very clean and very soft.. However by Tuesday, it starts to feel kinda dry and like it has no life left in it. More so on a Saturday, it feels really dry and these days i tend to have it in a braid or a bun with the claw clips? Why does my hair do the opposite of not going greasy? Should i switch my hair care routine and wash my hair alternatively every two or three days or could it possibly be the shampoo im using. Thanks :)
