Hey guys in this video I'll be recreating this easy side. Ponytail sported by Selena Gomez stay tuned to find out how you can win this leg, but for now, let's start the tutorial. First, stop use a cushion paddle brush to smooth out your hair to achieve the carefree voluminous curls. That selena has I'm going to be using hot rollers. So after you plug it, you want to turn it on, and this is Conor's extreme hot rollers. They come in a bunch of different sizes and you'll know when it's done when this startled the hair turns white, I'm going to close the lid, so it warms up and I'll be back in a minute. Okay. So now we have a white dot, which means that these rollers are ready to be used. Take about an inch section of hair at the top of your head and wrap it around the roller. If you have a long or layered hair like I, do you want to start at the middle and wrap the end? First, that way, your hair won't go flying all over the place. Then you want to grab another section of hair at the back of that roller and do the exact same thing after you roll it down, use the clip to keep it in place. So for the top of my head, I use the largest size, hot rollers. This will give volume to my hair by lifting the roots up. A few people in the past asked me if hot rollers are hot, because I'm able to touch them, but they're actually just warmed up rods and when these rods cool off they enmity to your hair and that's how you get the curl when you're done at the Top you can move on to the side if you're looking for volume, you can roll them up horizontally on the side, but I'm looking for nice curls. That'S why I'm rolling them up vertically! So out of the 20 rollers, I ended up using 16 of them and I used all the sizes all around my head, but for the top I use the large one after 15 to 20 minutes when the hot rollers are all pulled off. You want to remove them from your hair. This part is really fun because you get to see the results and, depending on how you rolled your hair, you might end up with messy curls or uniform Carol's. So if you brushed your hair and curl the way I did, you will end up with something that looks like this. Now, if you like this hairstyle the way it is, you can definitely just spray it with a setting spray and you're good to go. But what I'm going to do is I'm going to run my fingers through the roots to separate the curls and also to loosen it up. So now that I have Selena's carefree curls, I'm going to gather it into a side ponytail and I'm going to use these scums e, ponytail or bracelets to hold it in place. Stacking up, bracelets is a big trend right now, but these are neat because they also double up as a hair tie and you can get some at Walmart and if you live in the states, you can also find them at CVS. So I'm going to slip one off my wrist and tie my hair celina hacker things swept towards her ponytail, so I'm going to do the exact same thing.
