Luxy Hair

Hi guys welcome back to the Lexi hair channel. My name is East Jana and today's video is all about hair loss. So if you're dealing with thinning hair or shedding hair, all of that we're gon na talk about some ways to deal with it. Work with it prevent it, stop it, so, let's just get into it. So, let's start from the beginning, why is my hair shedding in the first place before you freak out? According to the internet, the average woman loses about a hundred strands a day. So if you feel like you're losing more than that well, there could be a number of reasons why that's happening. It could be related to age hormonal levels if you've recently given birth and are dealing with postpartum hair loss. Your diet and overall health stress that one's major or, if you just have kind of a bad hair routine and maybe aren't using the healthiest habits on your hair. So obviously, if it's related to pregnancy, usually this will only last for about six months. If it's passed that you may want to speak to your doctor, but usually if your hair shedding is related to big hormonal changes, making rest assured that that's only temporary but outside of that. Let'S talk some easy fixes to prevent hair shedding and thinning hair and dealing with it. So, let's start the basics: you want to make sure that you're maintaining a healthy, balanced diet friendly to your hair. So that means lots of vitamins, lots of proteins. A few major key players here or zinc iron b12 you're stocking your fridge with fish, leafy greens nuts things like that, then you should be good to go. Animal proteins carry a lot of b12 and iron. So if you are vegan or vegetarian, you want to make sure you're getting those nutrients from other sources and of course, aside from the diet, making sure that you are always hydrated is super key. So this is hard for you and maybe you're super busy or you forget, or you just don't like the taste of water, make it easier on yourself by a maybe adding some fruit or cucumbers to your water. Make it fun, make it like a game or a challenge or set some reminders on your phone so that you're constantly drinking water throughout the day staying hydrated is super important for maintaining healthy, long, thick hair. Next, let's talk about stress, because stress is so major and someone must deal with it. I for sure, do you want to make sure that you spend some time on yourself? Give yourself that time that you need to sort of de-stress relax meditate. I like reading books taking regular walks just getting outside of my everyday reality and just stepping outside of it for even just a few minutes, just breathing really helps so whatever it is for you, whether that's taking a bath or getting a massage. You know just take that time and do it to de-stress, because that will definitely help with your hair. Speaking of massage is a great thing that you can do to help stimulate more hair growth and thicker hair is to give yourself a nice scalp massage. So this is where you're gon na take your fingertips and just really gently in circles: kind of massage your scalp and head all over, and this is going to add some circulation and draw sort of blood flow into your head and scalp and in turn, stimulate that Hair growth - you can elevate this by adding a little bit of castor oil. Castor oil is really well known to stimulate hair growth and keep it super healthy and soft. I also recommend lavender essential oil or Cypress, or carrot seed or even coconut oil. All of these are really great on here. They have regenerative ingredients to help stimulate that hair growth. If you can get yourself a gentle scalp massage before bed or daily, or at least one to three times a week, that's great! Let'S talk styling! So, first up you want to make sure that you are brushing your hair the right way. This is the time where you're, probably seeing most of your shedding happening, or you notice that the most because your hairbrush is just full of strands of hair. So you want to make sure that you're not over brushing because over brushing causes a lot of friction and it just causes lots of pulling and your hair will fall out more. So if you can keep the brushing as minimal as possible and when you do brush your hair, you want to make sure that you're using the right type of brush, so I always opt for a wide tooth comb rather than really closely tight plastic bristles. This is a lot more gentler on your hair, and you also want to make sure that your brushing from the bottom working your way up to the top, never starting up here at the root and just dragging the brush down. That'S really harsh and just pulls your hair, and it will cause more shedding. You want to avoid as much friction as possible and be super gentle on your hair. I also suggest always brushing your hair before you shower, because again in the shower, this is another time where you'll see a lot of shutting happening during shower after shower. So if you brush your hair before your hair gets wet well, this will definitely help minimize the amount of shedding that happens during and after the shower the time of day that you shower also can affect your hair loss or hair shedding issue. So I always recommend if you have shedding or setting hair to always shower in the morning instead of that night before bed, because sleeping with damp, wet hair and soggy follicles can be really damaging. This causes a lot more friction on your hair and your pillowcase and make your hair more prone to breakage and damage and, of course, more falling out. Taking really hot showers is also a no-no for hair health, because the hot water and steam is really dehydrating on your hair locks and dehydration causes more brittle strands that will break and then again, you're you're experiencing more hair loss so turn that water down to medium. When you're taking a shower and when you're washing out your conditioner turn it down to cold like really cold, if you can rinse out your hair with cold water, it is great for extra, shiny hair and it's also way more gentle on your hair, your hair. Well, thank you. I know it is not the most pleasant thing ever you'll probably be very uncomfortable, but it's definitely worth it. Okay, after the shower it's time to dry your hair, there's some extra precautions and you can take care also to deal with the hair, shedding your hair loss or thinning hair. So you want to make sure that you are using the right type of towel to dry. Your hair, so that could be a microfiber towel or even an old t-shirt rather than using a regular towel, because they have such big harsh rough fibers in the in the material. Regular towels cause a lot of friction, especially if you are not drying your hair. The proper way, so I always recommend patting your hair dry and also gently squeezing with minimal twisting you don't want to be rubbing it. You don't want to be putting it up in a towel turban. The whole point here is you just want to be really gentle with your hair. You don't want to be rough with it, so no aggressive towel drying when it comes to styling your hair, if you like to use hot tools, make sure you turn down the temperature. A few degrees at least, or try to keep this heat styling to a minimum Lexi hair extensions can actually hold and preserve hair styles for a lot longer than natural hair. So a great tip here to kind of reduce the amount of heat style you do is to well. First of all, if you curl or straighten your your Lexi's, you can store them on the deluxe Tyler or in the the carrier. Preserve that that texture of the hair extensions and then when you put them in, you, can kind of repeat this style for a couple days over and over again in turn, you're using less heat on your hair. On that note about hair extensions, if you do wear hair extensions or if you're thinking about it, especially if you have thinning hair or really more fine hair, I'm a great option for you is the Lexi hair is seamless collection, because it's got a really really super Thin silicone band that lies super flat against your scalp. It'S very light. It'S very comfortable, it's very gentle, so it's not gon na be super harsh and heavy and pulling down on your ear hair strands. The seamless collection was designed for people with thin hair. So we always recommend that. So if you want to add that extra length and volume, especially if you are experiencing hair loss or thinning hair - and you want to add a bit of that back without damaging your hair - the seamless fluxing hair extension collection - is a great solution for that. Moving on. So if you shed a lot, let's avoid really tight hold back hairstyles. So instead of that really tight high ponytail, let's opt for a low, looser one, and that girl is also for the types of elastics or hair accessories. You'Re using you don't want to be using really harsh tight elastics, you might want to opt for like a fabric scrunchie, which is much more gentle on the hair. You know no bobby pins, no hair accessories that have lots of metal where your hair can get caught and tangled in it and again just more pulling none of that, and you definitely don't want to sleep with your hair ever up in a ponytail or a bun. You always want to make sure that you're sleeping with your hair down, if you can, because if it's up then again more friction more breakage. You know the pattern a great little trick. I also swear by if I'm experiencing more shedding at some points in my life is to switch up your hair part more often, so, if you've got a middle part, switch it every couple of weeks to a side part, and vice versa, similar to the way that Tight ponytails are pulling on your hair, constantly brushing pulling styling drying just everything, always in the exact same spot. Your hair basically just gets tired and you can experience more thinning in certain areas, because it's always being constantly brushed and styled and heat and like everything in the same way, so your hair shafts will be thinner. Your hair will overall, just be weaker. So it's super simple. Just change up your part line, change up your look and well out a new style every so often so that's super exciting as well. That'S a perk when it comes to blow-drying your hair. You always want to make sure that you are aiming the nozzle more at your hair rather than your roots. This is where your hair is falling out. This is where it's thinning, so you want to focus the heat down here, but you also want to make sure that you're not holding the heat or the hairdryer at one spot for too long, so very quickly constantly be moving it so you're, not power. Blasting. Your hair, with too much heat on one area and if you do use the hair dryer, because you want to add some more volume back into your hair, especially if your hair is, you, know, thinning or shedding or just really flat and Limp. You want to add some lift back into your roots, so well, instead of using a hair dryer and that heat try opting for a volumizing spray. Okay, that's it for today's video. I hope you took away a couple new tips and tricks when it comes to dealing with shedding hair thinning, hair hair loss. All of that we all go through different ups and downs with our hair, depending on what we're going through. You know it's can't always control all these factors, but if you can add even just a couple of these tips and everyday habits into your hair, routine into your lifestyle, will you'll see a major difference for sure. If you liked this video make sure you give it a big thumbs up also make sure to subscribe to the Lexie hair channel and we'll see you next time, bye, guys

Bunnies For Life: Hey guys! I just found out if y’all’s hairs are falling out, it’s part of puberty, it’s totally normal, my sister is a nurse and she told me that, so it’s totally normal, so don’t be worried, when it falls out, it will grow SO fast, but when it starts growing again in the first 3 months it will be kind of orange, but after 3-4 months, you will have the same color, size, thin or thick, aka your used-to normal hair again! So no worries, if your seeing this, like this comment so I other people can see this and won’t be scared. Once again, don’t be worried! :)

Grace Shin: ever since quarantine i’ve been having so much hair fall out and idk why

L: Due to stress from school and work from a few months ago I lost half of my hair in 2 months. It’s so thin now and even my mom and bf noticed a drastic change within a month and usually they try to talk me out of feeling insecure and try to convince me something is not true. My hair was my pride and I took care of it so well and losing so much was devastating. Its also long so it’s gonna take a long time to become thick again. I feel so ugly now

Latifa A: I used to have a thick hair but suddenly in two month i lost A LOT I’m scared please pray for me

AmazingGirlParis: I’m a ten year old and I used a flat iron the day after I get my hair straightened and now my hair is all over the bathroom floor. I’m about to cry because everywhere I go my hair is there. I need help to stop this.

Kara Moyer: I do most of these, I comb my hair in the shower with a deep conditioner in sections because it’s easier. I stopped straightening my hair( I have naturally curly hair) and this helped a lot. I haven’t heard of brushing hair dry before the shower but everyone is different!

praktiz 74: I've recently given up drinking and smoking cigarettes and weed and my hair was falling out at abnormal rate but meditation and listening to old country songs drinking tea and trying to live a non stress full life and all these tips in this video has really helped .so thank you x Every time someone makes you angry think of your hair and health

FearDeception: Thanks for the great tips! I'm going to try brushing my hair with a wide-tooth comb and start from the bottom up. I'll try to stop sleeping with my hair tied back. I'll also brush my hair before showering and I'll try to be more gentle with my hair in general. I drink water often so I'll do my best to drink more water!

Dxrbérrîï: I don't lose that much hair, but everytime I wash, I feel a dramatic change in the volume in my hair. My ponytail looks thinner too, but I don't know what to do about it. I'm not even sure if it's getting thinner, or it's just not growing back

Abby Pascua: I started shedding a lot like a week ago and I was freaking out! (Thought it was my hormones) but thank you for your advice! I hope my beautiful hair grows back nicely!

ngoan y: I like night showers better cuz it just makes me feel more clean...so...I would just not sleep until hair is dry.

Salma Sultana: I’m absolutely facing with a lot of hair fall Thank you for this video!!!

AChildofGod WhoWeepsOverTheWorld: I've lost ½ - ⅔ of my hair. I've been on a blood thinner for years due to DVTs and multiple PEs in both lungs, so it affects my hair. I'm also now going through menopause, so that's causing hair loss as well. I'm to the point of investing in wigs and cutting my hair super short. It sux getting old. It's not for sissies, that's for sure!

WhiteFox: I'm losing so much hair that my cat is eating it and have bald patches as a young adult. This video was amazing - I realized everything I do leaders to hair loss. Hot showersb✅, nighttime showers ✅, combing from the top ✅, stressing ✅✅✅, yep. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!!!

Karen Storch: Hair shedding is also an after effect, for some people, 2 to 3 months after recovering from Covid. Particularly for people who experienced very high fevers during Covid. It can last up to 9 months but does grow back. I have lost at least half my hair in the last 6 weeks. Thank heavens I had a lot to begin with.

Lisa Murphy: I’m actually balding…I’ve had beautiful, thick curly hair my whole life. My father and my brother both started balding in their 30s. I turned 64 this yr and I noticed in the last 4 mos. P Kitroser Ruiz: Im 16 and im loosing my hair and i don’t know what’s causing it

yumaina khan: I don't coment that often but I feel like this too might help someone. So apply alo Vera to ur hair. Just apply it 1 hour before the showerand rise it. it is very good for hair and skin. It can also be stored in form of ice cubes and u can just take out 2 cubes and use them.

acai ୨୧: thank you i’m nearly thirteen and i was crying my eyes out

myat noe: I’m 14 my hairs naturally healthy but my hair usually fall out like dAily but just a lil amount but today when I brush out my hair it came out like 300strands and I’m scared. (I’m assuming it’s bc of stress but idk..)

「 milkyway 」: i've noticied over the past week that a lot of my hair has been falling out :( i have chunks of it in my hair brush (i do use a comb aswell.. there isnt much in the comb) and i can find random hair chunks lying around on my floor. I've been looking for ways to have more healthier and thick hair since i dont think its at that stage?? its think and tbf it might be unhealthy.. lowkey dont wanna be bold before i turn 16 LOL, currently 14. im gonna try these tips and come back every week to show improvement on my journey !:)

Victoria Grace: I personally experienced excessive hair loss due to Hashimoto's (a thyroid condition). When I say excessive, I mean I could make hair extensions from the hair I lost in a 2/3 day period. Once I got medication the hair fall stopped. I am keen to try these tips to try to revive my hair. I just wanted to mention my experience because if other women are experiencing hair loss and can't seem to solve it, it might be worth getting some blood tests from a doctor to check your thyroid and other markers that affect hair. Other symptoms that accompanied my thyroid condition were extreme tiredness and disrupted sleep patterns, low mood, weight gain, increasing time between periods and extremely painful periods. Thyroid conditions can affect anyone but I believe they most commonly affect middle aged women. Excessive hair loss can be cause by all sorts of things from stress, to weight loss to a range of medical conditions. These tips are great but always worthwhile going to see a doctor if you think there might be something else going on.

Eunice Perales: Reading all the comments makes me a lil bit relief coz i know am not the only one. But still, I'M SO FCKING SCARED OF MY HAIRLOSS (FROM ROOTS)

Vril: I'm 16, and my hair is actually very healthy, yet these past few months I noticed that my hair is falling out more. ;-; I'm scared that I might be bald by 20 ಠ︵ಠ

Terri L: I have long curly hair. I never brush or comb my hair. I only use my fingers. In the shower I lose so much hair it sometimes freaks me out. I'm going to brush before shower and see if that tip helps. I'll use other tips too, except the cold shower, lol. I don't use a towel to dry, aside from when it's up in an after shower turbine, which you said is not ok.

Lynn O.M: Another tip I like is doing your final rinse with drinking bottled water especially if where you live has extremely harsh tap water. It seems like a waste but genuinely it has helped me so much with dandruff and scalp irritation which increases my hair loss.

Joe Mich M.M.: Thank you so much for these basic but so important pieces of advice...Thanks...

summeraycan: Oh yeah my hair is definitely unhealthy because of stress and anxiety, but I have a good head massager I’m gonna start using, and I have unpredictable anxiety so I think I need to meditate, also I never color, use hot water, tie tight, or use chemically shampoos or conditioners, I literally use natural egg yolks, avocado, banana, rice water, coconut oil, etc for shampoo and apple cider vinegar for conditioner and I don’t care or worry about finding sulfate free... I’m at home doing natural things! And I hope everyone does this, but if they don’t, I understand!

Mariah Hall: My hair is thick and I’m overthinking thinking that my hair is thinning and I don’t know if I’m just overthinking and just in case for when I’m older I want to start eating a healthy hair based diet and I’ve been using a microfiber towel to dry my hair after a wash. And I always brush my hair before washing it. I use Luke warm water for shampoo and cool water for conditioner. And thank you for the tips! I needed this! ❤️

Sara.Sweet.N.Sinful: I’m watching this for my sister. She’s 32. She’s been going bald for years and now has barely any left. She’s so insecure about it and makes her sad because she’s always had such beautiful curly hair.

S Katz: Could have used mention of chemical processing effects on hair long-term, sleeping in a silk or satin scarf keeps hair from tangling same with a silk or satin pillow case, and mention of minoxidil or laser hair growing.

Ella Gillberg: I’m 14 and I’m starting to get some bald spots in my hair. It happened when I was 11 to and it grew back but I’m so scared it’s not going to grow back this time.

ItsJarr: I think I know why I'm having hair fall... 1. I brush my hair starting from the roots working my way down 2. I don't brush my hair when I'm going to shower 3. I always use cold water 4. I sleep while my hair is wet and tied 5. I don't dry my hair in the proper way- 6. I let my towel sit on my hair for so long until it's ok enough 7. My hair brush isn't really smooth it's tight.. I'll try changing all these to something better..- I'll also try to clean my hair more better- I'll update when my hair doesn't fall anymore-

Brittany Cravens: Thank you so much this video helps a LOT, I've NEVER experienced hair loss before, I just had my first child & literally 75% of my hair has fallen out I need to talk to my doctor about it frfr but this helps a lot for now!! Thanks again

Jaslyyn: I’m 14 and I’ve been dealing wth hair loss for almost a year now. I stress abt it here and there, so I know it’s not much of stress. I did bleach my hair 2 times but I took along break to dye it again. I’ve always had thin hair but it’s getting more noticeable. also I don’t have the “best” diet I live in a Hispanic household so we’re mostly eating junk stuff ig. I also weight 101 so I don’t know. when I take a shower I lose up to 30-40 strands and when I brush it I lose around 9-14 strands. I’m getting worried and lowkey tired of this, it’s cause me to be put in depression. anyone know why I could be dealing with this :/?

Alyssa Jenkins: I am active duty military and am constantly in a high stress environment and have to wear my hair in a slicked back tight bun. These are things I cannot avoid. Is there anyway I can combat hair loss and thinnibg because I use to have very thick hair and a ton of it!! My pony tail now is about as thick as a Nicole. I end up losing CHUNKS any time I take my hair out of the bun just going about my day. I do not pull it overly tight. I use scrunchies i use a wide tooth comb and maybe the only other change I could make is maybe cooler showers. Ive never experienced hair loss like this before and its devastating!

Theradome: Well, happy to see that you have shared the knowledgeable tips with peoples.

Guess The song: I am 12 and my hair falls so much. I literally can make a huge ball out of it.

RedLadyBug 91: What would you recommend for thin hair, trying to regrow and make thicker? Tempted to cut short

Michal: Im a man. I have no stress whatsoever now, eat relatively healthy, Im 18, try to be as nice to my hair as possible, no heat, no chemicals, wash my hair around twice a week and my hair has started to fall out more from winter and now its falling out even more. I have generally very healthy and good hair but Its falling out more than it should I believe. Im at a bit of a loss tbh

Stephanie K: I just recently noticed how badly I was losing hair. I do wash my hair every single since pretty much the age of 14 or something (I'm 24 now). I always lose lots of hair when I shower. BUT til like 4 days ago, I noticed I started to lose hair randomly while i'm sitting or just basically doing nothing. For instance, if I brush my hair with my hand and out of nowhere 10 hairs fall off... I do have less volume now and my scalp is more noticeable. Obviously I'm freaking out a lot :(

Jaelyn Li: I would have to disagree on “must brush before you shower”- As long as you use conditioner and leave it on for a few mins, the brushing will be much easier afterwards.

Erika Poirier: I absolutely love love it this video girl ❤️❤️❤️

karvaan health - homeopathy & home remedies: Wonderful explanation!❣️❣️❣️

Kaitlyn koppang: Me : I can’t figure out why my hair is falling out Also me : dyed my hair with bleach 3 times never takes care of it never brushes

Angelah E: It all started when i cut my hair then it all went wrong haha, my hair is really thick and wavy but i can't tame them anymore. I am thinking of cutting it really really short but i know i'll regret it, so i need to find a solution to this problem♡ thank you!

Abigail Snyder: My MS treatment causes hair loss and thinning. I didn’t experience it the first time I got my infusion but after my second infusion my hair is coming out in clumps and is super thin and breaks soooo easily. I really hope these help

Jonnalyn Ende: Omg thank you sm this is so helpful

Robbin Pickron: Thank you & you gave me 1 or 2 new hair tips for thinning/shedding hair.

asha basnayaka: I also had a severe hair fall due to stressfull exams and so on..i used caster oil with vitamin e capsules and kept it for 2 hours and rinsed well..i got the results by 1st attempt..it s reducing hair fall as well as giving much volume and increase hair growth.#there are so many baby hair on my scalp now....

Bunney Rice: I think it's because I'm stressed that I'm losing hair but how can I avoid that T^T and I used to have healthy curly hair and now my hair looks like this. My mom says It's because I don't move my hair around and that I ain't balding. My hair didn't look like this before until i got into highschool I think that's when my depression hit hard and it cause my hair to become crusty and just feels dead. Never dyed my hair I recently cut it since I had enough I having it long but now I think im closer to becoming bald.

leporidae: 3:04 while putting caster and coconut oil on hair is fine please never NEVER NEVER /NEVER/ N E V E R APPLY ESSENTIAL OIL DIRECTLY TO SKIN OR HAIR. There is a lot of misinformation out there about essential oils and not a lot of science but if you choose to use it ALWAYS use some kind of carrier oil or mix with an unscented lotion. essential oils are concentrated and never meant to be applied directly to any part of the body, certain ones in TINY amounts in soap/lotion/other oils is fine but NEVER PUT PURE ESSENTIAL OIL ON YOUR SKIN. I've seen people give both themselves and their kids and pets severe skin damage from using them directly, please just dont do it!!!

N Kookie: I just loose so much hair recently. (I always lost a lot of hair, but now it's much more). The only reason why I'm not bald yet, is because I have natural really thick hair. But I'm scared that that's going to change soon. My hair is already a lot thinner than it once was.

Billqes Qasim: THIS WAS NEEDED!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Cheyenne W: I started taking Hair Skin and nail vitamins. Hope that helps with my hair loss and regrow my hair. I noticed that when I take a shower at night in the morning I have strands of hair on my arms, and on my sheets, I’m gonna start taking a shower in the morning. And you should trim your hair too that will help. I also have a question is it good to sleep in a bun and night?

rina raffi: I've done a hair straightning treatment and b/c of the treatment alot of my hair falls and I started doing coconut oil

reanne_: My hair has thinned since I had my children. My last was born a year and a half ago and my hair has never been the same

Lavina Xavier: Thank you for such good points ☺️

Urvi: I am only 15 and am experiencing a LOT of hair loss i dunno whats wrong but maybe its because of hormonal levels. thankyou so much though i found some mistakes in my daily routine that might be causing the hair loss.

Angela Gavilan: i had very thick hair but ever since September, I've started shedding a lot of hair and seeing little patches on my scalp

Renata: How do you get rid of negativity before meditating?

maddielovelee: I have been shedding hair for years now. There's not much I can do it's most likely stress but I do find the combing hair before the shower helps a lot. I used to have the largest ball of hair that would come out when washing that I couldn't let it go down the drain. Ever since I started combing it's better at least. the strange thing is my hair grows super fast. I've been losing mass amount of hair for I'd say about 4-5 years or so I don't understand how I'm not like bald... I would have strands of hair everywhere I go like a dog or cat combing not brushing makes it manageable.

H LILLAH: Thanks so much u have been very helpful and I think my hair is going to be amazing may God bless you

Annette Velásquez: What about hair loss due to menopausal hormone changes? And if you cannot be on HRT because of health issues. Nutricion is good, I take supplements, use top quality products etc. But my formerly thick, lusturous hair is dull, dry, wispy, and grows terribly slow! I am 57 and this has been happening for about 8 years.

Mikka bltzr: I get soooo many hair strands in the shower so i decided to brush my hair before showering hoping it would lessen but no lmao. Have so many combing before showering, during showering, and a few hours after detangling it. Lol i think im getting bald. I have very thin hair and it doesnt look good when i grow it long because it's so thin :((((

Cristian Cerna: I’m a boy, 14 and every time I shower and use shampoo I look at my hands and see a lot of hair that has fallen and I’ve never experienced this and it started a couple days ago idk what it is

: I’m only 15 and already getting a bald spot on my hairline. I always used to wear high pony tails so I think that’s mainly why

Eimear O'Neill: Okay so I'm really insecure about my ears and I've always felt like my hair was a way to hide them. And I feel like my hair has been a way to frame my face. But recently I've been noticing a lot of hair falling out. I've had many meltdowns and I'm really fucking stressed about it. Can anyone give me tips about what to? do

Suzie M: I live in Arizona cold water doesn't exist in the summer I take cold showers whenever I visit Cali and my hair texture and moister is so much better there! I think it's the environment and stress. I started taking a supplement that my dermatologist recommened called "viviscal extra strength" silver and white package 2x a day. It actually helps a lot! I've noticed more growing and less shedding ive been taking it for 6 months now and see a great difference, my hair grows fast and feels a lot thicker. Be patient with it bc takes atleast 3-6months to see a difference I always recommend this to everyone out there who is experiencing hair loss because it's such a emotional thing to go through, so don't stress hair goes through phases and losing hair is normal! I still get some hair loss here and there‍♀️....Good luck!
