Please do subscribe to my YouTube channel and please share my videos as much you can And don't forget to like my video To make this biotin bowl. 1St ingredient you will need is coconut. You can easily find this type of coconut Break coconut to remove hard part of it, And we will use coconut water too. Put this water into bowl. Now I will cut the coconut meat into pieces And take quantity accordingly. Coconut has many essential nutrients Like protein iron, selenium, copper, phosphorus manganese magnesium. These essential nutrients are amazing for hair growth. Coconut is great to manage weight and help in digestion To sweeten it. I am using dates,1st of all. I am going to make coconut milk To sweeten this. You can also use jaggery, But date is healthier. Option Now add water and grind it to make coconut milk, But don't strain it because we want whole benifits of coconut. Next ingredient is 4 hours, soaked chia seed. I am using 2 teaspoon chia seed, And you can see this is looks like gel Chia. Seeds is also full of essential nutrients, Which is amazing for hair growth. Chia seed is full of protein, and protein is one of the most important nutrient for healthy hair. This is also rich source of omega fatty acids. Now I am going to use overnight soaked almonds.
