How To: Easy Ponytails Long Hair Hairstyles

Hey guys so today I wanted to share with you some easy and unique ways to switch up your ponytails now, I'm obviously biased, but these hairstyles are really cool and different. But I'd love to hear your ideas so leave a comment down below and let me know how you would make your ponytails unique. Okay, let's get started. First, is a beautiful ribbon hairstyle! Now your ribbons should be about three to four arms lengths. Depending on how long your hair is so, pull one end of your ribbon underneath part of your hair elastic and how both sides are equal length, we're only wrapping the right piece of ribbon, so that left piece will be wrapped in with the ponytail begin. Wrapping the right piece counterclockwise tightly around your ponytail and that left piece and be sure to wrap over top of your hair elastic to hide it now with each wrap. You want the ribbon to overlap itself slightly. This helps keep it tight and prevents any hair from peeking out. I wrapped about four finger widths down in my ponytail, ensuring that there was enough ribbon left to tie the bow. All right now tie the two ends together in a tight single, not behind your ponytail and then bring both pieces to the front one on each side and then tie them into a single knot again. Take the ribbon that's pointing down for me, it's my right side and just wrap it up and around the left bunny ear. To make your bow, I will link the tutorial I watched on how to tie a perfect bow below. Also, please don't think I got this on my first try once I practiced it. It became much easier, but if you have someone who can help you, it's even better now pull your bow. Nice and tight trim any excess, and there we have it. This hairstyles so unique and will look amazing at a holiday party. This next hairstyle is so cool and edgy. Now I'm using craft wire from Michael's about two arm widths, pull one end of your wire underneath part of your hair elastic and how both sides are equal. Lengths now Michaels has so much to choose from there's rose, gold, copper, black, and you could also use string for this hairstyle. If you want to cover up your hair, elastic now would be the time so grab a small piece of hair and just wrap it around. Your hair elastic and underneath your wires and then wrap your ends around a bobby, pin and just insert it underneath. I will link the video where I learned this method blow. Alright, the fun part place the right wire out of the way for now and begin wrapping. The left piece of wire clockwise tightly around your ponytail be sure to wrap up near the base and try to keep the same space between the wraps as you move down the ponytail and the closer the better. Also, this hairstyle works much better on wavy textured hair. Once you've reached the bottom, just wrap the remaining wire clockwise around your ends and then take a bobby pin and insert it upwards, capturing all the wire and just securing it to your hair. For now, okay grab your right piece and repeat: wrapping it tightly counterclockwise around your ponytail try to overlap with the previous wraps to create crosses. Okay, let's make this pop so begin pinching and pulling on small sections. They'Ll be very tight, so just pull little by little and they'll start to loosen up, make sure you're pulling from all sides the front the back and in between each cross have fun with this, don't be afraid, the more unique the better and then once you've tightly Wrapped the wire around your ends just secure everything together with a small hair elastic and be sure to remove that bobby pin and there we have it you guys, how cool would this hairstyle be for a night out? This hairstyle is super simple, but I just had to share because it's amazing prep your hair, by using your favorite texture spray, and then I added curls using a one and a quarter inch barrel now grab a scarf by the corner and then slide one corner across The back of your neck, underneath all of your hair until both sides are equal. Next tie it into a very tight knot or bow once it's tied just pinch and pull on small sections of hair, the crown of your head to add volume. This also adds detail to the hairstyle making a pure more intricate, but we know the secret to how simple this actually is. Now, if your hair is heavy like mine, just add a small clip into the middle of the ponytail, and this will just help perk it up and there we have it such a beautiful way to switch up your everyday ponytail.
