Hey guys welcome back to my channel today's video, i'm gon na, be showing you guys how i go to sleep with my hair, how i take care of it when i go and lay my head down on my pillow. So if you guys are interested continue watching, so many of you probably think that i just go to sleep, and i just lay on my hair in reality. That'S not really how it goes. My hair would end up really tangled, and i just wouldn't want to deal with. It is one way that i typically would lay down. If i had to leave my hair out or if my hair is still wet, i would just lay my hair out on the bed, and i would wait until it dries, which is normally the next day. If i decide to take a shower like in the morning, wet wash my hair and my hair would be fully dry by the next day. If i leave my hair out like this, i'm not really a crazy sleeper where i'm like rolling, left and right. So my hair doesn't get tangled when i lay like this and if i were to lay on my hair, it would just cause a lot of tangles and hair pulling, and i just don't want to deal with it second way. I would lay down and go to sleep is putting my hair up and my favorite hair ties is from tiy hair ties, and these are typically the hair ties that i am always using it's beyond my favorite. You can curate it to. However, you want. I have a three loop one and then i have a four one and then i have a regular one, which is to tie the end of my braids, but i typically use the four and the three because it's so much easier if you guys are interested. I will put it in the description box but, like i said, i always tie my hair and the way i tie my hair is my version of the pineapple. Since my hair is so long. I have a special way of how i put my hair up and the only way i'm able to get a nice hold is by these tiy hair ties beyond the best for my hair type, especially my hair is so heavy. It'S able to hold it in place. So what i do is pull my hair all the way to the front of my head and then i go ahead and grab the hair tie. Normally, it's the four loop hair tie and then i just go ahead and pull my hair through the band. All the way until it's like halfway and from there, i just go ahead and re-tie it, and you got to be careful with this, because when i lose my hair tie in my hair, it's just so hard to like pull it back, because i'm pulling all extra Hair that is not needed, but anyways, so i just go ahead and retie it and from here you would think you'd be done, especially you have like shorter hair than mine. What i do is, i grab the extra and i just go ahead and move my hair around the entire area that i just tied up and then i just go ahead and tuck it into the hair tie. My ends of my hair to into the hair tie loop and then i just let it hold, but you would think this pineapple would be done, but it's not because the hair is looking crazy. So then i go ahead and grab my three loop hair tie and then i go over it very gently because i don't want to mess this pineapple up, so i just go ahead and tie it with the hair tie very gently, so i can make my pineapple Look cute and that's how i do my pineapple it's pretty much a little longer than a regular pineapple, but i feel like this is my version and it's very easy i'll show you guys how it looks once i take my hair out but yeah. This is what i do when i put my hair up, my very own pineapple. So when i have my pineapple whenever i do that hairstyle, i just grab my silk pillowcase, because i don't want to damage my curls with split ends, breakage or anything like that. So i just grabbed my silk pillowcase. You can probably purchase it at walmart, yoko sally's target anywhere. Normally they have it a silk. Pillowcase will definitely help keep your hair healthy and not have the breakage split in so yeah. It'S definitely something you should invest in. So, like i said, i wanted to share with you guys how i undo my hair, especially with how i did my hair. So i pretty much just undo my hair very carefully. I don't like to pull and tug my hair, because that can cause knots and for my hair to get stuck on the hair tie, and i don't want that because i've had that happen before and it was not pretty. So i just literally take my time when it comes to undoing my hair. So when i take my hair tie out my hair, pretty much is the same. I probably just have to use like some styling products to lay down the hairs that are like frizzing up but other than that, putting my hair in this type of pineapple. It actually doesn't harm my hair at all. My hair goes back to how it was before. I even tied it up so yeah now. The next thing that i do for my hair is, i part, my hair. Whatever part i tend to do, but normally i do it like this and then i go ahead and braid my hair. I feel like braiding, my hair helps with managing my hair and making sure that my hair doesn't get into any knots tangles or anything like that throughout the week, because you guys know. Sometimes i don't like to put my hair out curly throughout the whole entire week, especially because i'm not washing my hair all the time. So i like to keep it in braids to manage my hair. It also makes my wash day a lot easier because i can detangle my hair way faster compared to me, leaving my hair out throughout the entire week. So it's a lot easier for me, especially with my time management. Now for the ends. Like i said i like to use my diy hair ties a lot easier for me. It doesn't pull my hair out, so i just go ahead and tie the ends. Now i could sleep like this, but i don't like to just lay on my hair. Like i told you guys, so i go ahead and grab my head wrap. You guys know this is like my all-time favorite head wrap and then i just go ahead and put my braid inside of the head wrap and then i just go ahead and tie it up. I got this specific head wrap from megan good. She has like a head wrap line and if you guys are interested i'll leave it in the description box, but i'm sure you can get other ones off of amazon, sally's or target every night. I wear this. There is not one night. I do not wear this. I just really love this head wrap. So if i'm sleeping with my head wrap in, i don't necessarily need this silk pillowcase because i end up just sliding - and i just don't like that. So i just go ahead with my cotton pillow and i just go to sleep like that and, like i said, i'm not a crazy sleeper. Normally i'm cool sleeping with cora, and i'm sleeping like this, while she breastfeeds but yeah, that's pretty much what i do. Every single night, this head wrap guys it's just so comfortable. I have like six different ones and i had to zoom in on court because she looked like she vowed to go to sleep. She was like i'm about to lay down. Let me grab this puller right. Quick okay, never mind, mommy, helped me with this pillow. At this point i was just literally watching cora like what is she about to do now. Another reason why i love this head wrap is because it does not slip off during the night. It just stays on. So here i'm just showing you guys if i were to use my silk pillowcase with my head, wrap it's just not comfortable for me. I end up just sliding and like i said i just don't do that. So i want to share with you guys what my hair looks like when i take off the head wrap normally like i said i keep my head wrapped throughout the whole entire day. I just i don't know, i just don't see the use of me taking out but anyways. So this is what my hair looks like it's nice, smooth intact, no frizzies, nothing! That'S another thing! Why i love the head wrap because you don't get no frizz the next morning, then i just undo my braid. If i want to rock another hairstyle or if i want to leave my hair out to breathe and not be in the braid the whole day and my hair just ends up wavy, i know a lot of you guys see my hair. It'S normally. It looks like it's wavy, that's because i always take my hair out of a braid but yeah. So that's pretty much how my hair ends up. Looking when i take my hair out of the braid more more likely it's more wavier than how it looks right now, but yeah that's pretty much it. Omg Giiirl: My hair has never been that long, but has been that thick. I can break those wide tooth combs and brushes, I don't do the pineapple, but omg the bun, the braids, the bonnet is my go to! I feel you though, all it takes is one lazy night of sleep with my wet hair out, and my hair will be a damned mess!! Now I have chronic illness and my hair is thinner but it's still very thick. But you and your baby are adorable and have gorgeous hair!! In fact your babys hair looks kind of like mines when I was younger! We call it hula hair in Hawai'i.
