So a lot has changed over the years and so has the perception of a man with long hair. Over the years, many men wore their hair in various different cultures. For example, long hair in ancient greece was seen as a sign of power and the ability to keep yourself clean and healthy even and difficult times. Exact same goes for native american indians, for them long hair carries a huge significance serving as a physical manifestation of the owner's thoughts and very being romans. Norsemen ancient egypt jesus. I know that's not a place of origin but come on it's jesus. The list goes on, but okay, that's fair, that's old news, but what do people actually think about long hair on men right now? Sadly, the model world does not share the same values nowadays. Long hair on men causes various associations, some positive, but also some negative ones. According to the most well-spread prejudiced long hair stands a man out from the norms of society, a guy with braids, headbands and long hair is always perceived as something unique in the public consciousness. It has become entrenched that the prerogative of a man is short. Hair. Long hair over time became a feature exclusively for women and is viewed as more feminine, which is kind of stupid, not gon na lie, even though a lot of mainstream hollywood actors prefer growing their hair. These stereotypes still exist, but jason momoa jared leto, johnny, depper kit, harrington, not to mention every black metal band out there in existence. My point is: the list goes on you gon na call them feminine all right, i'ma stop ranting, but therefore it is vital to find out how people really perceive men with long hair. Do people find it masculine or feminine girls? Think it's sexy is a long-haired man respectable. To answer these questions, we looked at various polls conducted on social media and to keep it brief. According to these polls, most girls are okay and can tolerate long hairstyles on men. As long as the hair is clean and well taken care of sarah, who is 32 years old, said long, hair on men is cute, but it must be groomed. Men should feel the style and shape their hair. According to it. The length of the hair has nothing to do with the personality. Deeds determine what a person is and not a hairstyle kudos to you. Sarah, i could not agree more julia, who is 28 years old, said i love only long-term men, guys with an alternative or rock style look are so sexy. I adore makeup and manicure on men. Julia is obviously into that rock style alternative look type of guy. I dig it. Some people believe that mentality and world views in a particular society determine how people react to long-haired men. That is absolutely true. In different geological locations. Long hair on men is associated with being more feminine, while in other places it is quite the opposite. I have met people some girls who absolutely adore long term men. Some girls despise long-term men i've yet to meet a person who actually hates a long-haired dude that much. But of course these cases are rare, but nonetheless they do exist. I am absolutely not attracted to men with long hair long-term dudes are, i only love short haircuts, monica 25 years old god? Damn it as you can see. Not even social media can give us an unambiguous answer on how people truly perceive men with long hair, to shed some light on the issue. Let'S take a look at what science has to say about it to disregard moniker julia, whatever the hell. Her name was said because it hurts it hurt right here. Let'S mend that studies on the perception of people and society on men with long hair, probably the best study conducted on this topic recently, was conducted by st xavier's college to try to understand what exactly does society think of boys with long hair. The study included 107 participants of various ages and world views. It raised four fundamental questions that are vital in finding out the general attitude of people. Do people perceive long hair on men attractive? Does it make you more mature? Does long hair make us more masculine or feminine? Does long hair make you look like hooligans? According to the data, the participants expressed a mostly positive attitude towards boys with well-groomed long hair. Most participants agreed that the men with long hair paired with facial hair was more attractive. This was the same for maturity and masculinity. It is vital to mention that the opposite results were derived when long hair was not groomed and clean. The response of the participants were the exact reverse. To sum it up, we should admit that there are still plenty of stupid stereotypes in society regarding men with long hair, but as time passes, these stereotypes change and the fashion and the hairstyles change along with them. The bottom line is gentlemen, that long hair on men is awesome. It is your head, you could do whatever you want to do with it, but, speaking from my personal experience, i love this chicks. Dig it too all right. I don't care what sarah has to say about it. Her name was monika. I don't care what her name is. It'S irrelevant, she's wrong. It is crucial to keep your head clean, though all right keep it well groomed. HAIRGC: Do girls really like long hair on men?

Sesimie StreetFighter: I've grown my hair to shoulder length maybe 5 or 6 times in my 43 years. When i was in my teens i discovered metal and well i began to not care what others think. Grew my hair for me. And that confidence is attractive. In my 20's it definitely was an icebreaker for girls but i had stubble. In my 30's and 40's i have the mountain man look. In the Caribbean it's humid so very few men grow out both. Being confident and experienced while rocking the Lockdownlocks and a Yeard i must say attracts many women. They stare and recognize me when i do go out. When i buy hair products women are impressed and offer lots of advice. It's been awesome!!

MindwalkerStudios: This girl most certainly does! I prefer men with long hair. In my experience I found that men with long hair are kinder and empathetic. Whereas my experiences with men with shorter hair have been callous and thoughtless. I won't turn down friendship or love from a guy, I'll give him a chance but I will be a little more guarded.

Expand your mind: I know you made this video a while ago but I'm 16 and I've been growing my hair for 14 months and I love it. It isn't as long as your but it is well past my shoulders. Long hair is great

Robert Moore: I have had long hair off and on all my life. I am 64 now and retired and have been growing it sence September 2009. And could give a fuck what people think

manuel ibarra: Long hair in men is totally awesome

A A: I really don't care what women think of my damn hair length. I prefer it long and that is that.

hX: For me best way to teach your ex a lesson...get a pre job offer before graduation (done) and grow out your hair long ( on the way) right now just below my lower lip

Sri Ram: @HAIRGC Please make a video on how to tame flyaways. How they occur and solutions. Plz reply

Sharbel Merheb: Long hair on men is feminist? Tell that to Lionel Luthor from the Smallville series!

Ettore Bazucci: Wait wait wait, ragazzi. With all do respect, you know i appracieate everything you do and follow you actively, but - i romani never born long hears, Never! As an Italian with roman roots a can assure you. In all statues, biusts, pictures and so on, Romans are with short battlefield style short haircuts. Attenzione per favore!

Mmd123 King: I mean having a long beared makes you look masculine its a fact however its ugly like having a 1 foot long beared or 2 foot long beared people they cut it becouse they want to look attractive does that make them less masculine my point is whats the purpose of growing your hair long becouse you want to look the best that you can be

Mmd123 King: Even being ugly is more masculine then being attractive their are people putting tattoes or like scar on their faces since when does being attractive make you feminist... there are a few thing that are like lipstick or eyelashes so know this brings us to the question why growing your hair is okay but makeup isnt like people can say im growing my hair to look attractive and im putting lipstic or makeup to look more attractive??? Thats becouse females have a high color lips and face structure and females are programmed to like a man with less color face structure thats what makeup does and thats what men have naturally in order for females to be attractive to males but in terms of having long hair there are non features its just a rule that was made that having long hair on men makes them feminine and rules can be changed... there are no features thats written or praggrammed for a women to like short hair on men long time ago literally all men had long hair and there was no love between males and females having long hair made them look like they were on their PRIME becouse men by age 40 will start to see male pattern baldness and they are getting old and getting old makes you weak and weak makes you feminist lots of men by age 40 regrete not growing out their hair its a mistake that cannot be changed even know. Ive editted it beocuse i had some spelling errors im from the UK i take this very seriously imoa in fact having a silky shinny hair is more attractive then having a short but silky shinny hair after all whats the point of getting a face up in the plastic surgery to look better this means people are doing a face up to make their face shinny and both sexues are proggrammed to like this so how on earth can short hair be more attractive long shinny hair both sexues are programmed to like this... IM ROCKING LONG HAIR I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS LIKE A BOSS PERIOD.

Anzew1490: Dude go check out a community on YouTube called "The Long Hairs" they would love to have you aboard friend. Us long haired guys gotta stick together.

manuel ibarra: Man men woman women

marlon green: Idc like long hair far better short too me is boring. But could understand how guy's like it with no maintence.
