Hey guys welcome back to my channel, i don't know if you guys notice anything different about me right now, but my hair is super super super blonde and you know i just kind of woke up this morning and i was like you know, i'm so sick of Seeing my white silver roots grow in you know a week after i have just colored my roots and i typically keep them like a dark ash blonde. So i thought you know what i'm gon na go really really blonde that way when they grow in they'll, probably be less noticeable. This is what i used. I use the revlon, it's just a box color. I feel like now that my hair grows in so white and so silver that, whatever blonde shade, i choose off the shelf, that's pretty much what it ends up coming out. Looking like, i think this might be a little bit blonder. Actually, i did not do my whole head. All i did was the t section, so i did all the area around my face and then i did a big portion. You know down the middle. I didn't touch anything else just yet, because i wasn't sure you know if i didn't like it, then i didn't want to. I don't know i didn't want to have to do that. Much damage control so anyway um i ended up liking it and i feel like it's going to camouflage my silver a lot better whenever it grows in and so i'm like you know, i'm gon na stick with this for a little while, okay, so that's actually not What this video is about, actually in this video i'm going to put something that i consider a myth. You know to the test um. I read so often that, after a certain age after age 40 that um, you know if you have really long hair as a woman, it just ages you and i think that that could not be further from the truth. I think that if you are an older woman and you have long healthy, thick hair, that it can actually make you look years, 10 years, 10 plus years younger um. Now i do agree and the reason that i keep my hair. This length is because, when my hair starts to grow out, um actually when it gets about to here, it really really starts to sheer out on the ends, and so for me that is aging. You know if you have like long hair and then the last six inches or like see-through and sheer or if your hair is just real stringy or something like that. Then yes, that probably ages you. But if you have a really nice thick head of hair - and you are an older woman - i actually think that it can make you look so much younger. So anyway, this company right here sent me these hair extensions. I got an email and they asked if i wanted to. You know, try out some of their hair extensions and then you know show it in a video and immediately. I was like absolutely because i have never worn hair extensions. I mean i'm sorry. I have worn hair extensions, it's my early 30s. I got some hair extensions and it was just such a disaster, but they weren't the clip-ins. They were actually the glue in like when they would bond them to each strand or whatever. Anyway, it was just a disaster. I hated it but um, but i've never tried the clip-ins, and so i've been wanting to try these for so long. So that is what i'm gon na do in this video. I'M gon na put these extensions in so it comes in a little bag like this and right here you get a tester to see if it matches your color and if you know you like it or whatever, so i haven't even opened it yet because um i Wanted to try it out for the first time on camera. I did, however, try on the tester piece because i've never used them. So i don't even know i didn't even know how to clip them. You know - and i didn't want to start this video and be fumbling around like i don't even know how to clip them but anyway, so i did try on one piece and i liked it. So let's go ahead and jump in and try on the rest. Okay, so this is what it comes in. It comes in a net and i guess i'm gon na need some scissors to cut that yeah. Oh, no! No! Here'S an opening! Okay! So so it comes in a nut like this and what did i order? I think what did i order? I want to say that i ordered the 14 inch i'll go ahead and put it up on the screen right now, because i don't remember what i ordered. I know i didn't do the 16 inch because i was like i don't want hair that long. I just want it. I would like to have it like, maybe to here or something like that. I think that would be perfect for me. So let me just show you what it comes with. It comes with a little one like this two little ones like that. I don't know why. Maybe those will be like right here in the front or something like that, so the tester one comes with two clips on the back and then i've got another one with two clips on the back, i'm assuming those are going to be on the side there. Then. I have three that have three clips like that: oh my god. Okay, then i've got this monster. One y'all. This is so thick, i'm not even joking like that is probably the thickness of my entire head of hair, i'm not even joking. Oh my god. Look at that, it's so pretty it's really really soft and pretty. I think that's going to match so perfectly once i get it all in and then it actually comes with. I think two two little like replaceable clips should i need them. I guess i'm not sure why, but it does okay, so you know what i'm gon na. Do i'm going to go ahead and put the side ones on and maybe you know some in the front and then i'll probably have to go to the bathroom and do the back one. But obviously, if you see me, do the side, ones, you'll, probably figure it out - i'm gon na have to figure it out myself. Also so anyway, okay, i'm gon na, go ahead and start with these right here. The ones with two two clips and i'm gon na put them on the side. I bet that would be a good place to put. Is that too low? So i'm going to clip that part up okay. So let's go ahead and start right here with this one, and i've got the one with two clips and these little clips just open and close by bending forward or bending back like that. So let's see, if i can do this right - i'm gon na move. This mirror up a little bit, so i can see what i'm doing yeah that feels pretty firm. That'S really firm! Okay, look at that! That looks like a really good match: okay, so okay, so you know what i'm going to do the other side first and then i'll figure out what i want to do, because i'm not sure okay, i just look too oops. Okay, you can see my silver roots, so you can see where i did not do my hair right. Those are really tight in there. I'M so shocked. Now this one, it doesn't have a clip in the middle, so it kind of wants to either bulge or hang a little bit, but i don't want to do it too, tight i'd. Rather do it like that? Okay, so let's see okay wow. So already i'm looking. I don't know 10 years younger right, so i think i'm going to do these two up here on the sides yeah. I know that this is going to look really really good and i'm going to hate taking them out. These are so big wow. This is going to go almost all the way around my head. It seems i mean all the way to the back. Almost okay, okay, should i have gone higher. I don't know i need to curl him or something oops. Okay, yeah, i'm gon na probably have to curl them okay, so let's do another one. On the other side, it's looking so pretty! I i don't even remember how much these were, and that would be totally worth it if you're somebody who wants. Oh, my god, hmm i'm going to put this one up a little bit higher. I feel like i have too much of my other length of hair. Oh, my god, this looks so good. I love it. Okay, oh i'm in trouble, i'm in trouble because i didn't want to like it this much. These are really long. Okay, wow, okay! So what should i do? I'M gon na put one right here in the back. I don't even think i have enough space. I'M gon na have to go a little bit lower. I'M gon na have to go, do this in the bathroom and do the back, because i'm not gon na be able to see so okay. So here i am with my long extensions and i do have to say wow. There is definitely a learning curve in trying to put these in. I probably should have watched a video or something, but i thought how how hard can it be? You know, but i kept running into trouble, because some of them are so wide long across that whenever i would put the other one in, they would run into each other and it just was getting to be a big mess. I feel like i'm gon na, have to cut some like, i feel like. I want a bunch of twos. You know um the really big massive one literally goes from here to here. It'S you know. I have one big massive one there and then underneath. I don't think no, i don't have one underneath. I don't even have one underneath, so i only have that big massive one now. Another thing that i did want to mention is i'm definitely gon na have to um tone them, because whenever my hair splits my natural hair splits and you see the extension, it's such a golden color that it doesn't match with my roots, especially not in the back. Maybe it's because i i did the front, but not the back, but anyway um and you can see you can just see when it splits right here how gold that looks compared to my natural hair color. So it looks kind of fake. Also. I just need to work on placement. I just they just kept running into each other um they're. Some of them are just too wide and um, and then you know, obviously i need to do something about this, i'm so sure. If i bend over, you could see where my natural hair, you know length stops, and obviously you don't you don't want that. You don't want to be that obvious. You know whenever you're wearing hair extensions, i don't know i don't but okay. So this is what it looks like from behind and, like i said, i only have that one weft in that little baby. Oh no, that's see! That'S what i mean this one is on the side here, but it goes so far back that when my hair splits right there, it just looks funky. So i kind of want to cut that one and just um have it a twozy. You know on both sides. So um, let me show you where the big weft is. The big weft is right here and it just really covers such a large area. So so, as you can see, you know whenever my hair parts, obviously the color is quite a bit different. So i'm definitely going to need to tone that and then just take it to kind of an ashier color or something. You know that one big weft is really just all i need, for you know the entire back for it to look. You know decent, so so there you have it. I definitely need a lot more practice putting these in and i obviously need to curl them and stuff like that too. Just to make sure it looks, you know even - and i don't know you guys, let me know what you think now, i'm probably going to have to cut some because, like i said, some of them are just way too wide and you know, obviously maybe i have A smaller head or something i don't think i do. I know i don't so i don't know, i don't know how these fit other people's hair, or maybe i said i just need practice knowing where to place them and stuff like that. I do want to also mention i think i did mention earlier, that they are so easy to come out and they do not. I don't think i lost a single head of my own hair, taking them out. I thought for sure they were going to get snagged and i was going to have a difficult time. There was one time when i was trying to take out the big weft that i started really tangling up my own hair and stuff. Like that, i thought. Oh, no, i'm going to need my husband's help, trying to get it out. It just came right out and, like i said, i didn't feel a single. You know um pull on my natural hair. You know when you can tell that a hair has been pulled out. You know i didn't feel that at all, so i was pretty surprised about that so anyway. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I hope you have a fantastic weekend and i will see you next week.

krissi savarino: I sooo agree with you!! I’m 57 and my hair is almost to my waist. I know I’m no spring chicken, and I’m really not trying to look younger (definitely not older) but my hair makes ME happy the way it is, so that’s really all that matters

Jessica Ferreira Coury: I always thought that chopping off the hair and wearing it very short instantly makes a woman look matronly and grandma-like. It's what grandmothers do, they cut their hair very short. So we are just used to associate shorter hair with elderly. Unless the person is reeeeally young, it just makes them look older than they are. When I hit a certain age I might shorten it a little bit, but never above the shoulders

ErinBthankful: Love the color on your roots- it may be the camera- but, the extensions looks like a great match to me-‍♀️ I plan on keeping my hair long. I just turned 53. And, feel throwing it up in a bun on days that I'm in a hurry is less work than maintaining a short hair style... As long as we keep our hair trimmed up and healthy - I think we are good to go!!!

Debra Ray: Love extensions and I think you’re going to really enjoy yours! I’m 67 years old and I love having hair long enough and thick enough to do whatever I want!!! Put it up or leave it down so much easier than short hair!!

Barbara C: This is so helpful, thank you. If I ever desire hair extensions these would be for me. I am older and have long hair that I love. Just a bit longer than yours. I usually wear it up in a chignon with a gold and pearl or bone fork. I keep it dark honey blonde and I like it... my older girlfriends not so much. They all sport super short hair (mens style) and give me a bit of teasing because I wear mine so long. I feel feminine... almost pretty which is saying a lot for someone 70. Thank you for your comment that "it can take 10 years off" as I feel that's how it works for me.

Beauty By Anne-Marie: Those clip in's look great on you! I agree with a lot of the comments here that hair of any length looks great on older women as long as it is healthy looking. I love your blonder hair too! xoxo

Tracie Meyer: Tip: Start in the back of your head applying the long ones first in a sloping U shape. Camouflaging will be easier if you curl your hair. Definitely do not go to close to your hair line with the smaller ones. I agree tone them cooler toned. Look great.

Pride In Photos BEAUTY: You have that perfect face shape that allows any length of hair to look fantastic on you!!! If you love them, go for it. xo Laurie

Julia Sizer: The extensions look great, Jenifer! You did a great job! And your hair color looks great as well! Have you or anyone else tried the halo style of hair extensions? I have been wanting to try either! And yes! Healthy hair is key no matter what age or style! No need to hang onto long hair if it is not healthy looking! Thanks for the information!

Kim Baker: I’m 55 y.o. and up until a couple months ago I had hair down to my tailbone, I always thought it made me look a little younger compared to another woman my age who had shoulder length hair or shorter. I’ve asked my teenage kids how old they think I look and they say mid forties and trust me they are brutally honest when it comes to my looks ( most of the time when I ask them something I’m like jeez don’t hold back or anything). Anyway a couple months ago during this crazy pandemic I got bored and took off 10 inches , I just wanted a changed. My hair is still long and maybe I’ll grow it back but I will never go above my shoulders, I definitely think it’s aging in my opinion.

Sharon Chappell: Thank you for your refreshing views on getting older!! I so so get sick of hearing 'women over 40 shouldnt..'. Drives me crazy!! We need more role models like you and then maybe just maybe we wouldn't feel so excluded from fashion and beauty

Sally Albig: Omg! The hair extensions look so Gorgeous! But your natural hair looks Gorgeous as well! ❤

Rainforest Blessed: So lovely of you to share this process! Will love to see when you have it all tailored for you. It looks pretty already! My hair is almost shoulder length and takes forever to grow. There is Constant pressure everywhere (incl hairdresser) to cut it. Every time I give in (why?), I'm miserable. As you get older, it gets thinner and drier, so good care is essential. Can someone tell me why it seems to be the mission of the masses that we should cut our hair? Does it really hurt anyone? The pressure never seems to come from people who have my actual happiness in mind. An exception is my 94-year-old aunt who always discourages me from cutting my hair and she was always thought (and still) a great beauty. And, she keeps her hair long, as did my grandmother. My aunt looks so feminine ... NOT that that's the only way to look feminine, IF that's what you want. As always, thank you Jenifer for happy time well spent.

Caroline: The color looks great on you. I don’t love the extensions. You are beautiful and honestly look fabulous. I feel sad when you seem to struggle with aging. You take such great care of yourself.

Yvonne: I turned 50 a few months ago and my hair reaches my boobs, theres no way I'm gonna cut my hair granny short plus I'm fortunate not to have gray hair yet. Your hair looks great with extensions and the difference in hair color looks like you've been sitting in the sun

Rita Romney: Jenifer, you did a great job for just having taken the extensions out of the package. Although you said there is a learning curve, it shouldn't be long for you given how well you already did on first try! Have fun with the extensions, and wear them in good health! You're terrific!

ClassyLady: The extension look amazing on you! Thank you for pulling them right out of the package and putting them in! Super brave of you! You are beautiful no matter what! With long hair or your natural length. I agree, long hair make us older gals look younger. Trying to grow mine out, at 44. We all want to look as young as we can as long as we can! God bless!

Jennifer W: Love your hair with this color! Stunning!!! I am 46 and have long wavy/curly hair. I will not cut it because I am a certain age. I would only cut it if it became thin or dry looking. Otherwise it is staying long.

KrissyKayIndigo 1111: Silver would look STUNNING on you with your gorgeous icy blue eyes, although I understand it's not for everyone, and you definitely have to be ready. I recently (3 mos ago) began my natural hair transition, but my hair is predominantly honey blonde with some silver. It's going to be interesting, ha. I can't justify poisoning my brain with chemicals any longer for beauty, ugh. I embraced my curls beginning of this year, too, and did a big 14 inch chop that was shocking, but I loved it. It grew right back, and so I chopped it all off again 5 mos later. This natural hair color transition is actually quite fun thus far. Aging has been delicious in every way. What a pleasant surprise. I love your content, your honesty, and you, in general

Holly: I wrote you in your last video and wanted to say I hope you’re staying safe since Hurricane Hannah is about to hit. We are getting a lot of rain here in Houston. I hope you and your family are all well. Regarding the video, I haven’t watched it all yet, but if my long hair in my 50’s ages me, oh well. I’m going to do what I like and not be dictated by sayings that at such and such age we should do this or that! Your new hair color looks nice Jenifer!! Very pretty!

Anna Fitzpatrick: Love the extensions on you. Absolutely gorgeous from the front. I have found them tricky so I cut them between each clip to have individual extensions where I need them. My hair is already long so I just add volume. I buy them a darker shade so they act as a lowlight and are not colour matched which is just the look I like. The blonder look really makes your eyes pop. x

Holly: Just finished the video and the hair extensions look nice! I like your length of hair as well. Will be fun to switch things up!❤️ Stay safe beautiful!

Zoe Haskell: You hair looked great with either length. It's great to have the longer option for days when you dress up a little. I am past 50. My hair is medium length (2" below my shoulders) and I usually wear it straight. My hair extensions are not longer; I use them to add thickness. When I wear them, men much younger than me take a looong look. It's hilarious.

WendyStodghill: I’m sure it’s been said.... but the longest goes in 1st & it should give you the order & location of each size extension. Another tip is to keep them an inch away from your hairline & not as high as you had the one on the back/top. Looks great on you.

Chocoholic Superstar: I tried to put clip in hair extensions and it was a disaster! I think I would need someone to do it for me Jenifer you would look gorgeous with any hair style

jdee: I love the lighter blonde on you . Extension are fun. I think how anyone wants to wear their hair is their business young or old. Yours looks beautiful both ways.

V. 1954: Love the lighter hair and I love the extensions; they're not too long. My hair is always pretty long (just below my shoulders) but the pandemic and closed salons resulted in my hair growing to my mid-back. It was healthy but a little too long for me to style easily plus, I'm growing out my gray-5 mos. into my transition. I am not a short hair girl and when the gray is complete, it's staying long.

Irma Medina: I recently got some clip on hair extensions and I love them, I didn't think I'd like them that much, but my husband couldn't even tell they were extensions and he really thought it was my hair they matched so well with my hair. I also noticed when I wear I get that pardon me saying this, but when people look at you and have to get a second look at you. I was shocked how much it made a difference, my son told me it did make me look a lot younger, I'm 48 by the way. Have fun wearing your hair extensions ladies. Thank you for sharing your video on hair extensions.

Desiderata ❤️‍🔥: This is amazing! You look stunning either way because you’re absolutely gorgeous! I am impressed with these. I think I need a set in my life! Thanks so much! Just subbed. Be blessed and stay safe.

C C: Honestly, I thought the length of your own hair was beautiful and looked better, that being said, the longer hair looks fine, you might want to try a “halo” type of extension. Super easy and easier application and weft is easier to hide. Either way you are beautiful.

She's So Cheryl: Let it grow!! I stopped coloring my hair about 15 years ago, and I LOVE it. (the pic here doesn't really show my "platinum") I've never gotten so many comments on my hair. People ask me who does my highlights!

Luxxy Mommy: I find it easier to start at the bottom and work your way up. Also I found the really thick weft was sometimes enough or I would do the thick weft and add 2 more an inch above. Also if you do a little hairspray and slight tease at the roots it helps them stay in super secure. I thought that length looked great! 14” Is my fav. So natural but classy

KellyeRaiborn#TEXIT: I cut my really long thick hair to your length and everyone I know told me it looked so much better. I think because bobs are so popular now. I definitely like it shorter .I have natural ash blond with lots of white grays. I'm going to go super light blonde too. Seeing yours is really making me want platinum hair again, used to wear it in my 20's. That color looks great on you too. So bright and really young looking. Love it!

Ayurveda Lifestyle 🍀: Your hair looks great before extensions as well as after. I would highly recommend now and again having a hairstylist put in a few blonde lowlights to break up your colour this will give your hair definition, look thicker .

Nancy: Long haired 55 yr old. You are correct. It's a myth. Thx for this video.

Wendy: I bought my hair at Sally's beauty and they sell the clips and hand sew them on cheap way!

Lisa H: Loved this! The extensions are a Perfect match for you. Beautiful. Are they comfortable or do you feel the weight of them during the day. Just curious. Great video. ❤️

Shelby Steele: You look great! Your natural length and the length with the extensions are not that long and is considered shoulder length, which I think is fine for older women. I think the problem happens when it's really long because it looks witchy or like the woman is trying too hard to look young. But it really all depends on how its styled. The style you have for example is an ageless style because it could work for older or younger women. Just my two cents

Tina: I love them!!! I think they look so good on you!! And as far as your natural hair showing, it just looks like you have layers!! Looks so good

Helen Heil: I'm 64 with graying roots & light blond ends about to my elbows. I get lots of compliments on my hair from family, friends & strangers (not that it would make a flip of a difference what I did anyway!). I'm happy with the way it is!

Happy Homemaker: They look pretty on you!! Hey I'm going to be 63 next month and my hair is right below where my bra snaps...if you take care of your hair and keep it conditioned and trimmed I think long hair can be for any age...I hate my hair short...too much work...when it's long you have so many options...Great video Jenifer

Yesenia Schuler: I think you look beautiful. And I also think it’s ridiculous that people put so much emphasis on hair and this imaginary, largely socially-driven correlation to youth. Life is too short, do what the hell you want with your hair! We obviously have bigger things to worry about in today’s day and age.

Michelle Shelly Style / Fashion over 60: Your hair looks great either way . You are beautiful with the extensions or your own length . Any hair style that doesn’t flatter can look ageing . It’s not so much the length it’s the total look xx

Aby Gabar: I totally agree with you I had in my teens and mid 20’s under my but long thick hair but ever since my 30’s my hair is thinning and the older I got and the thinner my hair looked I would cut the length I’m under my shoulder length and I think you are so smart if you have thick long hair go long but if not the shorter the healthier!! And by the way jenifer you look amazing

Christine Mack: I agree with you about long hair! The extensions look nice and may have to get them. Have a fabulous weekend! xo

Marabella Muncey: I love the hair extensions. So fun and so pretty on you!!!

Elizabeth: Looks cute! I'm 43 and I love extensions and wigs. I have very fine hair but I have a lot and I cut it in layers to thicken it up and have movement. That also helps when I do extensions. For me, the HairDo line has worked great (they sell it at Ulta) and Outre and Freetress Equal as well. They're all synthetic but you can gets some amazing pieces from $15-100. Thanks for your great videos!

Wendy: I have always loved your videos and your honest reviews especially on hair I'm now having to choose how to do my grey hair and blonde is so much easier than trying to cover grey on brown hair I just want to thank you for the inspiration you've given me to do my hair it saves me hundreds of dollars I've learned alot from you thank you and God bless you and your family

Sunday Sommers: I’ve been using Revlon Silk for years. It will wash out, so best to go a couple of shades darker to get more coverage . At least that’s how it has been for me.

Diane VDT: Hi Jennifer! I've worn them for over 25 years. (different brand) I love them on you! xo Diane

Lisa Hicks: Looks nice maybe for a change once in awhile, but you definitely do t need them! Your hair is gorgeous on its own!

Maria Gennusa: Looks great Jen can you do an updated video on how you colour your hair with this new shade x

Val Brooks: I found some extensions on Amazon I was a little concerned that they might be very fake looking because they were inexpensive but surprisingly they’re good quality and matches my hair to a tee.

just me I am: You look great!!I think that it all depends on a person and if it's healthy and well kept hair.I'm 40 and growing out my short bob and I kinda look younger, not that it's my goal.I wanna be happy and healthy, that's it.Blessings to everyone ❤️

Rosey C.: Jen, you look great, extensions or not, kind of like a "Baywatch babe"! I like longer hair on women over forty; I think it's more youthful, plus, I don't like shorter hair with my round face; I never did. Would like to try clip-ins, but, I'm nervous because my own hair is kind of fine. I'm afraid they'd show through. Well, maybe I'll try them in the fall. I enjoy your videos a lot; you have a soothing voice and are very relatable. Anyway, enjoy your weekend; stay safe and well! Rosemarie

Dee Nygaard: Jenifer, you look amazing, beautiful and so healthy. I always enjoy watching your channel for inspiration and sound advice. I love that you take your time sharing all this info with everybody watching your fantastic channel. thank you and have a great week. Greetings from Norway

Gloria Lagroon: Jenifer absolutely love it! Yes keep playing with them and you'll get it like you want. And girl your arms are so toned ! I can see the muscles and you're not even trying. Lol! Oh why kid around you're just gorgeous! All that work you do is just noticable.

Hayley C: Hey lovely, thanks for another fab video. I'm dark haired at the moment which is very long but am really thinking of going blonde again to hide the white roots. I also used to use clip in extensions and I think your meant to start lower. There is a really good video by Gemma lepre on placement of them. Anyway hope you have a wonderful weekend

Patty Carosi: I think they look great in your hair. As you said yes practice will help I am sure. I do think length of hair does not matter as long as styled right for each person is different. Great review!

JLJBackToClassic.com: Jennifer, those hair extensions look terrific on you. It was so fun to watch you put them in. I’ve never seen this done before. I think this is a really interesting topic, because I have found that opinions can vary even when looking at the same person. I have had people tell me my long hair makes me look old and I’ve had people tell me my short hair made me look old (back in my early 40s, when I had my hair cut to just above my shoulders). In the end, I think what matters is that we like the way we look when we see ourselves in a photograph or in a mirror. We will never be able to please all people with our hair length, color, or style. BTW, that is a really pretty hair color on you. How nice that you have found a shade that works well for you and you can do yourself. Fantastic! ~Janis Lyn

Janna Lynn: You are extremely adventuresome!! Thanks for taking us along!! I think these are super and are going to work out great!!! You look awesome in just about anything.

ERICA JANE CHEATHAM: Super fun! I have this same brand of extensions. Can I just say that they are a very nice quality , highly recommend. I was looking for something to wear on vacations or a night out when I just wanted a different look or just wanted more voluminous hair! Super fun to curl, straighten, or wear in a fun pony. I purchased the long ones, and because I found it impossible to put the entire set on my head, I went to my hair stylist and she cut a few pieces of wefts for me to style with shoulder length styles to which sometimes I wanted more volume! There are even some days that I just clip in 2 of the single wefts in the front for a little more volume. SO YES!!! YOU WILL LOVE THESE! I USE A COUPLE TIMES A YEAR FOR GOING OUT, SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND VACATIONS! LOVE,LOVE,LOVE OH, I can i mention winter time warmth during the holiday season! Enjoyed the video. Age is just a number! Rock them!!

ljjanko: I loved that you waited to try on clip ins for first time with us. It showed the simplicity. And girl your arms are

Lydia Glassman: Please update! I think they will look nice once you figure them out!!! ♡ Lydia

Jen Thompson: agree 100%, I have thick, fine hair and have grown it out again post 50 and it makes me look so much better than short hair.

Cockatoosmom Mary Angel: I used that product for a year then suddenly it failed me. I like the lighter color for myself and looks great on you. I bought hair extensions but the clip ins weren’t so great I do like adding extensions

Carrie Seminario: I love your hair no matter how it's cut or colored!! You are simply beautiful and I think that even if you had no hair you would rock it and look amazing!! I would love to see your natural color!? That beautiful white/silver/grayish color is SO popular right now and people pay TONS of money to have it that shade! Girl you have it naturally and trust me, you might think that color is a sign of age but it's totally NOT!! I work with all women, all different ages and we have about 3 girls ( 21, 32, and 54) that rock that color! The oldest doesn't have to pay for hers like the two young girls lol. To be honest the the oldest looks just as young as the younger girls.❤ Oh and btw I also have a silver tone to my hair as well and I love it.‍♀️

Dianne D Ballard: Love your new color. I think you just had too many pieces. You do not need that much additional hair for it to look natural. Also less will fit better on your head. Great video!

Miss G: Longer= YOUNGER!! As long as its kept healthy and nice! Im 39 and I will NEVER cut my length unless God says so and I don't have control over it anymore. You look gorgeous btw! Many are using extensions nowadays so why not!?

RioGirl16: Clip-ins are ok but I’ve been using a halo for years and I like them SO much better. It doesn’t add any stress to your hair and it’s easy to put in and take off in only one piece

Alena 1Vlog: Those look good on you!! I have thinning hair, so I find that I don’t even have enough hair on top to cover the wefts. I bought the same Irresistible Me clip ins on Amazon in a dark blonde

Tara Tadema: It looks good! I have those. Put the largest/fullest weft in first closer to the bottom of your head. Then put the 3 clipped one in on each side and inch or so above your ears. Then the two clipped ones a little above those. That's how it works best for me and they won't run into each other. Play with it before you cut them because you might regret it. Also, when you get to the top part of your head, make sure you are lifting up enough of your own natural hair before you clip them in so that your actual hair covers them up. You will get the hang of it in a couple of days. Flat iron them before you put them in as well so you won't have to mess with that once they're in. :)

C M: personally i love long hair, im really hoping to keep it as i age

gspice71: Beautiful! When I first discovered clip in extensions, I obsessively watched Youtube videos on how to create different styles, etc. Have fun!

K D: Love your regular hair without the extensions. Beautiful!

luvfitall: OH my god! You’re not going to believe this but I have been on the HUNT for a topper or some clip ins to hide my balding areas! SO happy to this this video pop up! I was on the fence on getting this brand!

MsBombastix: I'm a young woman and I will say that in almost every case I've seen medium- to long hair on "older" women makes them look younger! Some women do pull of short hair well though. But I think it's totally stupid when some say that older women "should" cut their hair short(er) because of their age, like many say it depends on if your hair is healthy or not. Even if your hair is not healthy, there are options like false hair etc. At the end of the day I think women should do what makes them feel the best.

Amy G: I like the extra fullness that they add! I think they could use just a little trim. Also I think the widest weft goes in the back of your head and the a couple small ones on the sides. You did good though! I bet they would look cute under a hat too!

Michele Diane: Long hair all day you look amazing Jennifer I’m 51 long locks all my life

Teresa Keough: Hi Jenifer, The hair extensions look pretty. It’s ok that they don’t match exactly. Enjoy wearing them. Lots of love. Happiness, Teresa.

Diane Dowling: I am 55 and decided to stop coloring my hair after joining a Facebook group for going gray gracefully. You would look stunning with your silver hair.

Stacy B: I'm 53 and have long hair, which is naturally thick and dark blonde. It is healthy and I really like my hair. But if it's long and scraggly, I think it is aging on mature women. I thought the extensions looked gorgeous on you! And the color looked perfect.

karen Mazzacone: Omg! Jenifer I love these!!! You just cut about 10 years off. Not that you needed it. But wow! Maybe lower the back one slightly?!? I’ve watched my daughter and sister do theirs and it seems like they do them lower. I may have to get some. I just cut 17 inches off and I miss it. I could sit on my hair . You always look so polished and put together. Just beautiful honey. ❤️

Aly Kat: I’m 45 and my hair is right above my waistline. I get compliments & admiration all the time over it , which makes it hard to go back to my lob. I do think a bob and or lob makes me and others look younger, long hair draws the face down , which at our age it’s already heading that direction . Some long layers help but ya i understand the statement long hair can make us look older once the face sagging starts .

Lois Thompson: Please note, watch video's before you start cutting this hair! I do know that most if not all ladies "start" with the weft in the back, not the sides. The back weft determines how much hair you will need on the sides, which aren't ment to come so close to your hair line. I think you did a great job for your 1st time! It looks like the hair company sent you enough hair for two people. If you like the results you won't have to purchase new hair for at least 3-5 yrs. Depending on how you style your hair determines how much hair you will use. I've seen YouTubers install 3 full rows of hair from the top to the bottom, it looks a bit much. Good luck!

Pink Butterfly: I think they look ok but much prefer your normal length ❤️

Jennifer: They look really good. Yes definitely watch a few tutorials because there is a proper way to putting them in. Starting at bottom working your way to the top. They go in a particular order according to each hair weft. They’re supposed to come with a diagram or instructions. Once ya get that down you’ll love them except ready to pull them out after a few hours Cuz they itch. Lol

SSunshower: The color looks good, and yes, long hair can look good on an older women if it's styled properly, and it's healthy. Look at Christy Brinkley - she's in her 60s. I love the extensions

Amara Sunflower: I think dry, unhealthy long hair looks terrible at any age. On the other side, healthy shiny long hair loooks great at all ages. The one caveat, imo, women who have let their hair go white or grey tend to look better with shorter hair cuts. The lighter blonde makes your pretty green eyes really pop! Love it.

Kristin hirt: Girl u were already hotand u looked even more amazing with them in! I was so excited to see this video myself! I've been wanting to try extensions but my thought was..am I too old at 45? Well, I'm confident seeing u wear these I'm might look good. Not as stunning as u but good. Have a wonderful weekend!

_Alyce_: I absolutely LOVE it long!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Lex: Okay, your makeup is bomb today. Seriously flattering...love love love it on you.

Esmerelda Pinchon: I think long hair is fine on an “older” woman. I’m in my 50s and grew my hair long after wearing a “Karen” bob for a while when my kids were in school. If you’re young, the short cut can be read as “professional” but that reflects workplace sexism. What counts as a “professional” hairstyle is super problematic across ethnicities and hair types. Thankfully things are changing to allow for more self expression. One thing I notice with long hair is that a young man coming up from behind, passing me walking, may turn to look to see who’s there and will realize oops...she’s my mom’s age.. but that just is what it is. If you like long hair, why not wear long har?

Nellie Pisani: Love the blonde on you it's beautiful! But it's true long hair makes you look older lol all my friends they had long hair they cut it and they look so young I did the same and if took 10 years off!

Milk Andhoney: This is my hair color as well. For the same reason. It looks so good on you! And btw long hair looks better on me. I’m 53.

Dmward56: Hi Jenifer, love your new hair color! If you trim them you can place them lower on your head and they will not show!

Jen: Love it!!! You look beautiful with both lengths!

MQS 1: I think it look fantastic! Placement, length, color are on point Fun change

paula needham: Love the longer look!

Becky Brown: Try a Halo Couture long hair piece for length and fullness. Love the extensions.
