Hey guys, hey guys, hey guys, welcome back to my channel today. This video is going to be how to grow your hair long. Now. This question I get asked all the time I get asked this on my Instagram, so I get asked to something YouTube channel see. I know why, because my hair is long, so you guys want to know what's the secret, what is the secret method to growing your hair long? So that's what today's video is going to be around so without further ado, let's go ahead and start this. The first thing that you need to do to grow your hair. It'S pretty much to massage your scalp if you guys have not been massaged or stop. Why not, so what you got ta do is massage your scalp like this feels good, and I normally do this. Probably 5 to 7 minutes 3 times a day. I do this for 5 to 10 minutes, like I just do this. What the hell are you doing? I'M like stimulating my spout like it's no joke! How do you boo-boo, so I just do this 5 to 10 minutes 3 times a day. You guys are like 1. You can do this with a shower. You do this, why you deep condition, but you do it 3 times a day, stimulate the blood flow in your scalp. Your your hair will. Thank you, your hair. It start to grow up now. You do it in all sections of your hair and I'm not talking just like stay up here. No, you got to do throughout your scout, especially when you shampoo by 2, 10 minutes now so you're. Just doing this the whole time 5 to 10 minutes y'all think I'm joking, I'm serious! Do those five to ten minutes two times a day. Do it I'm telling you? Yes, you can do it with oil, shampoo, conditioner anything as long as you just massaging your scalp. 5 to 10 minutes three times a day, mmm I'm dead, I'm serious! You guys are walking as it probably would. We got. Ta have sunroofs cup, yes, do it three times three times a day, 5 to 10 minutes. So the second thing that you want to do is stop trimming your hair. So much you need to stop trimming your hair, nearly stop trimming your hair. If your trim your hair consistently because you have okay go ahead, but if you're trimming your hair, like oh my gosh next month, I need sure my hair. I need to trim my hair, no try to trim your hair once every year like before. Back then, I stitch her my hair all the time, because I felt like I needed to trim a they say to trim your hair every six months or every. Is it every six months or every three to six months? I don't know, but I know it's every semester you supposed to be trimming your hair. I don't know, I don't even do that. I trim my hair once the whole year so like. If I trim my hair in January, I'm not gon na trim my hair until next January, like the next year, and that that's mean you'll, start to see your hair cut. It doesn't make sense to consistently trim your hair, but you're not gon na see growth. It doesn't make sense, it doesn't work that way, so I will start trimming your hair once every year. If you feel like you, have split ends or you go ahead, go ahead and do that big cut. But if you don't need a trim, don't even bother with the trim. Trust me guys. That'S how like come on now. This hair has been here for what six years I do share everyone's here. So the next thing you want to do is stop washing your hair. Every single day stop washing your hair. Every single day I used to wash my hair back in college and in high school I used to watch. No. This is no joke. I used to wash my hair every day so that I could style my hair for the next morning, so then it makes sense so every and so like Monday morning I would wash my hair, so I can style it. When I go to school Tuesday, I will wash my hair again, so I can style it when I go to school. What is they? You know? You guys know what I mean I used to do that every day, so that I can have a new style of my hair and trust me. That was like the worst way to do your hair into drag in the morning. Don'T get the natural oils from your hair, that's supposed to be produced by itself it just it's not good for your hair. So if you're watching your hair every single day, let's stop it and let's cut it to two to three times a day. If you can, if not once or two times a day, I don't want you here every day, because then you're stripping your hair of natural oils and you want the natural oils to take. Take a part in your hair. You know me if you wash your hair every day, you're drying out your hair you're drying out you're, taking out all the nutrients from your hair. So you need to stop doing this pop it another thing you can do if you don't like what, if you don't want to wash your hair every single day, I could do a lemon, a spritz spray. That was just what I sometimes do. I know we do that if I want my hair to feel more and fresh what you do is you put two drops of lavender oil into your spray bottle and then you fill it up with water and then you go ahead and spray your hair, and then You revitalize your hair and make your hair look fresh, a venturi does help to restore your hair and it helps for your hair to grow, but yeah. That'S what I normally do. The next thing you want to do is take your multivitamin or of biotin vitamin. So that's what I do. I currently I'm taking my postnatal vitamins along with a hair and nails vitamin I have. I have there's quite a few, but I do have a there's some that I do recommend and I'll put that in the description box below, but you want to be taking biotin it into your body in order for your hair to grow. It'S only so much. You can do physically outside you need to start restoring like inside, so that your hair can start to grow nourish it so that your hair is healthy. You got to be taking care of your inside as well, so taking vitamins for your hair definitely helps to make your hair grow and it'll make your hair more healthy, stop breakage and things like that. In order for your hair to grow to be natural, you have to change up your diet, which is my next tip. You want to be eating the right foods, beans, berries, nuts, Omega threes, your salmon, your fish, things like that will help with your hair to grow. Naturally, you can only do so much like physically, like outside it's more about taking care of the internal, your internal body, in order for your hair to go, and that's one thing that I was doing consistently eating salmon helps with your hair growth consistently taking your mega Threes and things like that to help your hair grow, it's definitely something you should be looking into. So, if you're eating like junk food all the time. Of course, your hair is not going to grow you if you guys aren't like oh my gosh. I don't like to eat healthy. You can slowly transition and transition into eating healthy, like eat some nuts. Some berries incorporate that into your diet and definitely help your hair grow. But I said there's only so much you can do externally. You need to work on internal. You know your internal body for your hair to grow right-handed, that's something that I've been doing consistent like eating healthy, making. Sure I've seen my vitamin is my biotin vitamins and it'll definitely help your hair too girl, I'm so serious, I'm so serious and the last thing is patience. You need to have patience if you don't have patience, your hair's not gon na grow and stop. Looking at your hair every day, saying like oh, my gosh did my hair grow? Did my hair girl, that's just gon na stress you out even more and then you're gon na have pimples, and then you got to worry about your hair growing. Then you got to worry about their nipples on your face. Just stop just let it your hair naturally is patience. Put it out there. My hair will grow my hair, real gold and don't even stress on it patience, patience. Patience is key to letting a hair girl. Now these tips that I give you please please these are my tips. You guys ask me again what a good trick what's the secret to your hair growing, that is my tips. Those aren't my tips, so I'm gon na definitely write it in the description box below. So you guys know what are my tips? You know cuz, that's the common question I get asked and I hopefully I ask questions for you guys, so you guys enjoy the video right Kevin. They enjoyed the video. I think they don't forget to Like and subscribe to my channel. If you hadn't already and I'll see you guys in my next video, alright bye, guys

BettyWit _01: Stylists (as I am) tell you every 6 weeks but spoiler alert: DON’T. The average person grows 1/2” to 1” per month. The wrong stylist can easily take 2” or more depending on their idea of where to take the trim. Only trim when YOU see split ends, not when your stylist says you’ll have them.

buzzard eggs: Thank you for being ON POINT with the trimming tip! If your goal is long hair, then stop cutting it! Your ends will not be splitting if you are keeping the direct heat (flat iron, hot comb, blow dryers with comb attachments, curling wands, etc) away from your head and keeping your hair moisturized and your ends sealed properly.

Jordan Dawson: Your baby stole the show! So interesting to see how she learns from her momma by moving her hands like you too cute

DevinlynnsHUMBLEDlife: Being a hair dresser, we don’t tell you to trim your hair as often as 6weeks because we want that money but because if you want your hair to grow and become healthy we tell you to come in every 6weeks bc that the average time it takes to get split dead ends. I don’t recommend only trimming your hair once a year, that may work for her, but for people like me, trimming your ends when you get split dead ends makes your hair healthier and there for helps it grow, and grow faster. Dead split ends follow up that hair strand and you get breakage. I tell all my clients wait till your hair has about an inch of dead split ends before you go get a trim. On an average person, hair grows about half an inch in a month, usually I don’t see clients come in until after 3 to 4 months and it’s because I tell them to keep an eye on the split dead ends. P.s. I do agree with her about not getting a trim if you don’t have dead split ends. This video is very informative, and think her hair is extremely beautiful.

Sabiqah Bello: who else started massaging their hair immediately she give that tip?

ShanDomi: Thank you for sharing your tis! These are some really great tips! I really love your hair! It's so thick and long! I'm trying to grow mine our as long as yours or to mid-thigh length

Then i put it into dreadlocks for 3 years ( not suggested, as much as people try to say they aren't they are dirty) then i brushed out my dreads my hair was about chin length due to so much of my hair braking. Then i started healing the damage dreadlocks did to my hair. By MASSAGING MY SCALP!!! And eating a vegetarian diet! Its been 4 years since i had dreadlocks and my hair is about belt length!! I wash my hair 1 a week at most. More like 1 in two weeks lol. You want those healthy natrutal oils to keep your hair strong and silky. Thanks for the video! Loretta 253: I had long hair, I cut it above my shoulders for the first time in my life (like that short, did it for ceremonial reasons) and that was in june. Its January and my hair is right at my bra line. Take your vitamins! thats what I have ben doing, everyday taking a womens vitamin, two biotin (basically its hair, skin and nails protein) a folic acid, b-6, and LOTS of water. I do think genetics does play a part but only a small part. Thats why vitamins help boost your growth if you choose to take vitamins. I have not used a straightner l(I will curl my hair once in a while, mostly when I go to a concert which they are far apart) I didn't get layers, a simple bob cut. This is what I do and by far my hair is growing pretty fast, I didnt even get to spend any time with my bob cut as by the next month it was to my shoulder

Jellybeans: Wow! You are stunning! I can’t wait for my hair tomorrow as long as yours

alia ghani: *me massaging my scalp*: *my dandruff*: STARTS TO FALL EVERYWHERE

ʚ· faery ·ɞ: I have a question...if some strands come out while I massage my hair, should I still do it? Edit: also I’m a vegetarian so what can I eat as a substitute to fish for omega threes?

Ñ M: They ask her the way to grow her hair, but in fact genes come first, then the care will tell you her routine, but at the end it depends on your own methods.

Ur mom: Omg I’m dying the baby mimicking her arm movements at the beginning ❤️❤️

Abena T: Ok, you have to take what resonates with you: message your scalp daily. Eat for hair and body health. Wash your hair according to your hair types. Typical 3 and 4 C D should not be washed everyday. Your hair is beautiful be patient. Thank you for your tips

Charlotte Overson: Me: *messages scalp once for 10 minutes* Also me straight after: “wow it actually looks longer”

Iara Soares: Que cabelo lindo você tem !♥️

paradisesunprincess: HAIR THAT LONG IS GENETIC!!!! There are different hair growth rates for different races (this is science). Asian hair grows the fastest (avg. 6inches per year), and African hair grows the slowest (avg. 4inches per year). Also, there are different hair growth phases. Anagen, the growth phase, last on average 3-5yrs; and even 7yrs in some cases. This determines how many years the hair will grow before falling out, and thus how much length can possibly be achieved. A person's race/genes determines the length of their anagen phase. And again...Asians have the longest anagen phases, while Africans have the shortest. And then their is the various hair textures amongst the races. Straight hair tends to retain more length; hence more evidence of hair growth. Asians, once again, have the straightest hair and Africans have the curliest hair. The sooner you ladies realise this the less stress you will have in your life trying to make your hair grow that long!

Bethel: POV: You cut your hair during quarantine while trying to be *adventurous* so you're watching these hair growth videos so that your hair can grow quickly before school starts I see you

Kit Katt: Also long hair isn't just about genetics btw-- there are plenty of ethnicities that no longer practice their culture hair growth regimes and have found that they're hair doesn't grow as long as their grandmother's hair or even their mother's hair. Genetics play a part but maintaining length is something genetics can not help you with.

Velvet 123: How long did it take for your hair to grow like this?

Leonie Rowe: How long did it take for you to grow your hair that long?

Naomi Ri: Problem i have: massaging my sculp for 3 times a day my hair would look so oily... I really have to force myself not to touch my hair bc it would look bad... I massage it the day i wash it and then try to not wash it for at least 3 days..

Rebeca Silva: E o bebê no início do vídeo!! Que fofinhoo! !!!

Natsumi_ Mayaro: My hair was pretty long but since its not being taken care of, it fell off three times and i cut it once too, my mom also put chemicals that completely destroyed my hair

Pratibha Thangaraj: I just just love ur lovely curly hair...❤️

Leena A M: Hats off to mother's like you who are managing what they love to do along with loving their children. Love you

💜Sierra-Bts-Army💜: She forgot the most important oil to grow your hair. Cedarwood oil that has played a huge part in my hair growth.

Niki Reynolds: Your hair is beautiful and so are you and that lil baby is ADORABLE!

Diana Garcia: Omg your baby is so cute. Your hair is beautiful . Thank you for your tips. I am in my forty trying to let my hair. I can’t wait to see the results
