Hello, everyone welcome to my channel. My name is Felicia Meza. Do your guys to help you design the best version of you by looking and feeling your best? So today I am sharing with you a Lynch egg. Now, if you are new to my channel, you should know that I have been on a long long long, hair journey for the last. I want to say seven years. However, I most recently took it very seriously. The last two years, so I mean cutting out heat finger detangling and just really focusing on what's going to make my hair have the best optimal results. So this has been the last two years that I have really been experimenting like with the best regimens just the best hair care practices. For me and for my specific hair types, it has been a lot of, I will say a lot of trial and error, but once you learn what works for you, I mean once you truly learn what works for you. You definitely get the best result. It doesn't happen overnight definitely doesn't happen overnight, but it definitely happens once you figure out the formula for your hair. All hair grows, it's just a matter of keeping the lint and retaining the lint. So I'm just going to jump into a little bit of what I did for the last three months or so so, actually, not three months. I have had my hair in a protective style for the last five months. Six months since February since February I've, I had my hair and three three strand twist and I just found that that really works. For me, I did like the single the single strands, where you can actually kind of style your hair before I would do like this. The two strand twist, where I would kind of like plat my hair, and it would just be like in this style that you couldn't really manipulate much like the most you could do with it was a Shinyoung. I hope I said that I hope I pronounced that correctly, but now I've just really focused on being able to wear my hair in different styles, and I was able to achieve that with like just the three strand twist all over my hair, where you it's they're Wearable and you can just kind of do different style with them. I just like wearing it up in a bun or like pinning it back, and it's worked for me. So I did that for the first quarter of the year and then I felt like I it really worked for me, especially with my workout schedule. I go to the gym a lot. They didn't let, throughout the week like five to six times a week, so I needed something that was going to be optimal for me and after doing that, then I decided to go ahead and stretch it out another three months. I was a little surprised because I was always under the impression that you have a chain doctor your twist like every two nine two months like six weeks, but I just thought to myself. Listen, listen says it takes a long time to install these twists, I'm stretching them. So I stretched them. I wouldn't go any longer than three and a half months with this twist, especially in the back, because it starts to mat up, and the last thing I want is for my hair to lock up so I definitely retwist at the back and the front. I kind of had like a hold on, but you could definitely see where it was getting like real roots eat. Okay, indeed, inattentive origin seems to be taken out, but um. I pretty much made a vow to myself or I challenged to go six months with no heat, and so I usually do it in three months increment. So I started with the February March April. I kind of see I kind of silly have to see how Dylan and I want to keep going and I'll do another three months and that's what I did and I have gotten some really good results. I am officially bra, strap officially officially officially, I have been tried to hit bra strapless for a very, very very long time, so I have been so successful within my hair journey that I am going to make two videos on how to grow your hair past. A certain limit just because I feel like I have a lot to offer in that area, or at least I do from my experience, things that I felt like I had to learn on my own, so I'll definitely be sharing that, but I am essentially brush uplift. I am so excited to be bra, strap length. My ultimate goal is to have waist-length hair buy, I would say, probably July of next year, and then we will move to tell homeless, because that is like the ultimate ultimate goal. But to reach waist length is like an achievement in itself. I never thought my hair could grow this long and it has - and I'm really excited about, like the future of my hair and where it's going is my hair is pretty dense, it's big, but it's gotten a lot thicker through the practices that I have curated for Myself so with that being said, let's get into the lunch check that wraps up this limp check, so I will be following up this video with two other videos explaining how to how to move past a plateau with your hair. So thank you so much for watching. If you are not a subscriber, please subscribe, so you can see more videos like this. Don'T forget to comment like and share share this video.
