Healthy living is Beautiful! Be healthy!

Is a play here today and today I'm filming in my bathroom because super dark outside and yeah. This is only good lighting that I could get at the time of the day. Then, if it is quickly come see you guys to give you some really quick and easy tips on how to maintain the whip that you get once you actually get your list. I have a lot of videos on my channel on how to grow out your hair and how to achieve lint, but I actually found that it had a lot of videos on how to actually maintain that length once you get it. So what happens is a lot of you end up getting month, but they cannot retain it and or though reach a certain length and just stay there. The hair won't continue to grow. If you're anything like me, I used to have hair. That would just be stunted. So just stay at the length that it was and it would really grow any longer going to get any shorter. It would just kind of say if the limp that it was at just want to share a couple things with you guys to let you know what I think about maintaining win. So three obvious that you want to eliminate a lot of chemicals and stop putting damaging products into your hair, for anything you want to do is to make sure that you have a religious shampoo. I follow the cones or method, so I don't shampoo all the time. I usually only shampoo once a month, but when I do shampoo, I always make sure is that it's a really good tempo and that it is very moisturizing. My hair, a lot of shampoos dry out your hair and dry hair leads to breakage. So you want to make sure that you're not using a damaging shampoo, because that can actually stop the growth of your hair and cause your hair to break rather than to grow. How come some recommended shampoos down in the description box? For you guys next thing I recommend is the free food I like to drink a lot on my dark hair. I love to use coconut oil weight SLE. I said you should probably find the oil that works best to use coconut oil prevents damage, and it also helps to bring protein to your hair. Opennet oil also prevents the hair from getting straight from the shampoo, hence the name pre-poo. So you sit down before you shampoo, so that's why I like to put it on my hair and I flip it on darkest era. I don't freak blue all the time, but every single time I wash my dark I'll, always pre-cooler hair. How does a lot with maintaining the list of your hair negative factors that you should present into your routine? If you want to always maintain your length and also keep your hair to grow, is deep conditioning in conditioning helped so much with hair growth and, amongst all other things, that help with hair growth is another thing that these conditioning is not for so need to mind That some people like to heat up their new conditioner, but I don't recommend that you put it in the microwave, because I feel that anything that you present like away. Essentially would it's just not the same to me, but that's just my personal opinion. I like to just put my new conditioner on and then go by the shower cap on and leave it on, while I'm in the shower something like that. So the heat from the shower can naturally loosen up the new condition of your hair and allow it to finish trends. You'Ve got all that stuff, so I don't believe in putting things into the microwave and if it's a hair so like I said that is all an opinion thing and you can decide whether or not you want to heat up your deep conditioner or guys. Next thing you want to do is make sure that you're not using Palace on your hair, and you will find a lot that people with curly hair you'd like microfiber towels. But if you don't have a microfiber towel and you don't have to like beat yourself up about it, you can actually go and use the old t-shirt. I use the whole t-shirt to this day. I do have a microfiber towel that I use sometimes, but it's not my invention, that using like a towel, because that can actually break your hair and you know tell them blues rough on your hair, so just make sure that you using a cotton t-shirt or microfiber Towel next thing I wanted to West us know: it's make sure that you use an oil dryer, hair oils like help a lot with keeping your hair tangle, free, hoping you to manipulate your hair, a lot easier and just all, are all helping the hair health. So it is really really good to use a good oil on your hair. I personalize a Hubble oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil I can go on and on rosemary is one of my favorites is one of my favorites, like my pattern that I made so you just have to come and find out which you like and which oil your hair Responds best to and since it's kind of obvious, but you want to stop using a lot of heating tools on your hair. I know that some people have really long hair and they use a lot of heat on their hair, but it is damaging. I don't really care about. Nobody did kind of like persuade me that that's not damaging, because I know that is you can keep heating tool and hair all the time and damaging. If you do use even tools on your hair, what, then you just want to make sure that your deep conditioning, your hair and just try to keep your hair? Oh a lot of the best way you can, but once you get your hair curly, it always tells you the hairs damage because you'll have like so straightens or you have like super loose curls. So, even if you have really long straight hair once it's curly, it all comes out, ensure that you are minimizing the amount of heat that you use on your hair doesn't mean if you don't have to use heat at all. It just means that you don't want to use it all the time. Another tip is to make sure that you're keeping your hair tangle free, if you always have super tangled hair, think your hair is all better than stuff edges. It'S a hot mess, it's hot meant for you as a hot mess for your hair and it's so easy to break in that stage, and then it is to use hair ties that don't have like the little metal piece on them. Sometimes I get hair ties and they have like a little metal piece on them, but I find those break your hair, a lot a patch of hair and smack your hair so make sure that you get a hair type. That does not have these metals little melting. In the middle, if you don't talk about, don't use those on your natural hair, because those can pull your hair a lot. I know that was put is before you can tangle your hair, keep your nose kind of crisp and nice and you know saved up because when you detangling your hair and your nails get really exhausted from all the products and oils and stuff like that. So if you have my tip nails or like jagged nails, then it's going to be really hard to detangle your hair they're, going to be ripped out to here as you're detangling. So please tip is make sure that you know they're, nice and foul. I know this is the incorporate protein somewhere and see your resume, whether you do it weekly or every month. I personally recommend every month I do, then I honestly just do them when I feel that I need needed in my hair. I don't really follow a strict schedule if your hair is prone to breakage a lot, you do want to incorporate it into your regimen. A lot more. I did protein treatment. A lot more back when I was damaged negative, is to trim away your dead in split in yeah just wriggle away, because they they can trim up to your healthy hair and take away from the healthy hair and just make it a madness. I personally recommend trend trimming them every time on a needed basis. Some people recommend, if you do it on a schedule base next step, is to massage the scalp at least I personally without much doubt in between watch days. I was a massage it on watch days. I am always went aside to myself, but that's just because I'm kind of addicted to it, I'm, but you can decide if you want to do it on wash day or you know you can find your schedule. It really does help with retaining lens. So and one thing that you can put on your hands while you're doing this outside is jamaican black, castor oil. When using the way you might catch the oil inspection cheese in a very quality high quality oil, because for the longest always do make a Jamaican black. Castor oil that wasn't that great on the quality of it was okay, but it was super diluted. This is not rooted treasures, as you guys can see up and using a lot. The tag is not even on there anymore, but yeah. This is better to present. In a super state, I'm going to show you guys. We did want to make sure that you are using that on your hair and what I like to do is put it on in sometimes - and I also like to do put it on the paddles of my hand and like do a Scot massage. Another thing is to make sure that you are sleeping on a satin pillowcase or that you are aware. I bought it or it said scarves to that every night, because it's just sleeping on a client's, okay and your hair is actually getting pulled. While you're asleep, you don't even know it's beautiful, but it is so make sure that you are using a satin, soulmate standby or a satin scarf, so that you can actually retain the women that your hair is not getting fooled by. The sleeping last tip is diet. I don't mention diet a lot in my little videos, because a lot of people, you know, have their different opinions about diet. But I personally choose a plant-based diet, lifestyle and I personally think that if you eat clean and you keep your body healthy within your body on the outside will reach the benefit moisturize your body from the inside out, and it will start to show on the outside And your hair will actually break the benefits that you give the inside of your body. Is that make sense it's hard for you to keep a real clean diet at least make sure that you are eating fruits and vegetables and drinking your water daily. So those are my quick tips on how to maintain with, like I said, it's really hard to achieve when so, when you finally get it, you want, makes women to are actually maintaining that win or that your hair is actually growing longer and not staying at the Same length for the longest time, because that can get really annoying if you found this video helpful, please give this down up by

Also everything you mentioned I'm up to par with. Thanks for the encouragement!!!

Kayla’s Koils: My hair still gets caught in the strunchies with no metal on them. With my deep conditioners I find that just putting oil over top with a shower cap or baggie for X amount of mins/hours plus 10 mins of heat with a few seconds of the cool shot helps me lock in so much moisture. It's weird bc I rinse it out with warm water right afterwards but ever since I started dc'ing that way my hair stays moisturized longer. And I've been using the same dcs as before with different results with this new way

Night Angel: Yes! Tell em, Shawnta! Constant use of heating tools are damaging! You have some amazing tips. I don't heat my deep conditioner in the microwave either. I like to heat a bowl of water then sit my bowl of deep condition in the water. Works like a charm!
