Hey it's larita with your masters, climbing 101 tip on how to put on a swim cap. When you have really long hair like mine, it can sometimes be very tricky to put on your cap, but here's the super easy way on how to do it. You take the cap, make sure the logos are on the side and you take the skein and that's going to be at the front of the forehead. If you take your hair flip it all the way back. So, there's nothing on your forehead and the hairs to your back. Take the cap, put it on your forehead and pull it over the top of your head. You can address the front a little if you'd like lift the side and attach and shove the hair under you can address the front a little. If you want lift the other side and shove back hair all under your cap, then you can take the task, lift it up in the back and pull all that here, start scrubbing it underneath the cab and adjust it and this product. So it's comfortable at the back of the cat and their pad you'll have a cone kind of flatten that out a little bit. So you don't look like a conehead and then it's just adjusting it. So it's comfortable, you may have to do it a couple times depending on how it was we first flipped it over your head and that's it you're done. You can get your hair wet before you put the cap on for some protection to your hair and if you want further protection and there's some great pre, slim conditioners, that you can use as well.

Clearly._.Clover: I just look like i'm in some intense pain whenever i put on a swimming cap

Susan A. Lennon: Thank you. I love that in today's world we can learn how to do anything right.

Lawstidentity: this was the best tutorial ever!!!! I have hip length hair and they all went so nicely with this.. first i thought what i wrong with her why is she letting her hair down? then i tried and it worked perfectly fine!! there was no bumpy area for water to enter at the nape of my neck which usually use to happen when i use to put my hair in a bun!! THANKKKK YOU!!!

Katarena Matos: just helped my daughter feel confident for her first swim class in a new school, thank you!!!

Aegis: Thank you so much! I don't have long hair but I do have dyed hair, so knowing how to put a rubber cap on to protect it from the chlorine really helps

Patrizia Val Madiona: Starting swimming tomorrow and, wearing a swim cap is my biggest concern Thank you for this tutorial!

Denise Migenis: Thanks so much! Very helpful.  I have also been wetting my hair and adding a pre-conditioner (acqua Guard) and it has helped a ton.  My hair has been tangle free and I have long, tangle prone hair so that has been a plus. LOL - your comment about the cone head was cute.

itzameliaq: Thank you so much! I’m 10 years old and don’t know how to swim, I’m going to learn with my class on Thursday and I got worried because my hair wouldn’t fit in the cap :). This definitely works!

orginalditto: I'm starting water polo in 2 days and was struggling with the cap. Thank you, this was very helpful

AJBlossom: Thanks so much! Really helped me do it first time where other vids I had so many more problems! Thought I'd be stuck swimming with long hair in my way forever! Thank you again!

StarlightxSlasher224: I have long platinum blonde and im tired of shying away from pools This tutorial and my cap have been a real life saver!

Lemon: Well I did it. 3 1/2 years of swimming and I finally learned how to put on my own cap. Yay!

Norahcake 21: Thanks for the tutorial, now I don’t have to struggle for half an hour before I put one on!

Zero Todona: Thank you Edit: thankfully I can’t swim yet but my hair would still get damaged just from touching pool water (fair hair). So swim cap is helpful

Claire Inosanto: This is a nice. Thank you! ☺️ What pre-swim hair conditioner would you suggest? I have trouble with that, cause even if I wet my hair, it’s not enough.

Janie Stephens: Thanks a bunch! I'm on swim team and when I compete and practice It took me forever to put my swim cap on, I didn't want to cut my hair short so..THANKSSSS!

pemel diaw: Extremely helpful

Callimachus T: Man, she should win a wizard’s prize for this. Incredibly impressed!

Liliana Figueroa: this helped SO MUCH!!

Sunshine Kookia: Merci ! Je vais tenter cette technique Ça fonctionne (et ça me fait moins mal qu'avec un chignon/queur de cheval) mais le bonnet glisse

Travis Cole: This was remarkably helpful

Carol Tanzer: Very helpful! Thank you and can you tell us what type of cap that is? Lycra? What is the material?

Sophia Merrill: Great video. Thank you for posting!

Maria Salgado: This helped so much thank 's

Lizzy D: That's an okay way but it would get really tangled if the whole time you're just "shoving it in there". A better way would be to have a ponytail flipped over your head and put it on that way, or just do a bun and pull it over

miamx: i have a swimming lesson at school tomorrow, and i didn't know how to put a swim cap on before i watched this. tysm! :)

Peter Andrus: AWESOME. Thanks!

Angie Taylor: I Never, EVER place my hair dry into my swim cap...the cap will ruin your hair AND so will the chemicals!!! Get your hair wet girls... when my hair is wet it’s much easier to place it in my cap!

Kunal Dutta: I'm a guy who grew my hair out so nice to have this when I never needed this tutorial before lol

JAMIE BROCK: Me and my daughter wear swim caps just going to the pool. Not for swimming performance, but strictly to protect our hair.

ALISHA SAMIR Collection: Thanks for amazing tip

evoh lovescats: Veryyyyy helpfulllllll♥ ty

Ahsim Eilliw: What does she mean by getting your hair wet before putting the cap on for protection? I'm starting to swim to try and get healthy. So I bought a swim cap to not expose my hair to chlorine everyday? Idk if that's actually a thing either lol. Tia! Any tips help :)

Captain Esmée: I have a question, does swimming cap really keep your hair dry?

Lil' Foxx: What are the conditioners?

Katherine Mary: Mine always seems to slip off after a while, am I doing something wrong? I pull it down as far as I can but I always end up ditching it and swimming with hair in my face

Kataura: Does this damage your hair??

Daisy Heredia: thank you very helpfull

emmy v: how do people look good with their swimming caps on

sumaiyah irdina: thank you to teaching me

¥ ᴠɪɴᴛᴀɢᴇ_ᴇᴅɪᴛs ¥: Thank you!

Math Boss: Man this definitely won't work with box braids

avinash soni: Thanks . It's nice

M. M.: Why not just put it in a ponytail/bun first? At least that’s what I do. Trying to shove hair in results in unnecessary effort, creating tangles a breakage too.

Nora Zhang: U make it look so easy

Maria Sandez: I bought "Pashator swimming set" from Amazon Us. It include swimming goggle, swimming cap, ear plugs and nose clip in one special bag i am very happy with quality and price (9.99 $) Strongly recommend if you need it.

renault klio: Tysm for this

Proxima Centauri: Not only I have very long hair, but also thick, I had to buy a special cap because there's no way for me to put them in a normal one

Jonathan Pasch: You make it look so simple.

It’s just Christy: I was told my ears have to be inside but I do that and my ear keeps folding like in half what do I do ???? And i have baby hairs in the back that don’t go in

AvangionQ: That looked really uncomfortable. Maybe a larger swim cap might be a better idea?

Gypsies0: Thanks!

Gabby Delacruz: Or you could put your hair in a bun then put the cap on

Lillian B: I put my hair in a ponytail .

Lizzy Liz: My mom thinks those caps are to keep your hair dry XD

Dyane Chung: Why does this women stress me out so much? Lol great videos tho. I’m gonna try this out with dry hair.

zaq55: @ 0:24 Whip it. Whip it good.
