Here'S how to put on a swim cap - I like silicone, so that doesn't rip your hair out. Latex well sometimes rip your hair out, but those are the three caps that you get with races, but anyway, we're going to use a silicon cap. Here'S how to put it on stretch it out, put your hands in the middle, make sure that you put the line in the middle of your forehead. Otherwise people will probably look at you funny, but the line goes in the middle of forehead place. The cap on your forehead and pull it back and just slide it right over your ears. I don't like my ears covered, because I can't hear anything like your plugs, so I like to lift it up, make sure that the hair is all underneath and I'm ready to go with my favorite guns.
