Imagine feeling so hot and picking man. I would love to just dunk my head underwater, but you can't you're trying to grow your hair and keep it from being damaged or even having to worry about people around you splashing you and getting your hair wet. It'S so annoying most times we just put our hair up as high as we can hoping that our hair doesn't get wet and we are just left being tempted if you're anything like me when you're at the pool you want to cool off and have some fun. It can be so boring getting into a pool having to stay in one spot, just looking around at everybody else enjoying themselves boring. So let's fix that problem. I'M going to show you guys a way to protect your natural hair from the chlorine. So you don't have to make that sacrifice. So what you're going to do is soaking hair in water and when I say soak it, I mean really soak it into sand under the water faucet for at least a good five minutes. Why you want to do this? Is because wet hair tends to be less absorbent than dry hair, so wetting your hair before you step into the pool, reduces the chances of your hair, absorbing the chlorinated water molecules from the pool it's kind of like filling your hair up with water until it's so Full that nothing else can get in once here is all soaked. Then you could start adding conditioners. You can use any conditioner. You want just apply it to your hair. It creates a protective barrier that prevents the chlorine from getting into the hair shaft. As an alternative, you can also use olive oil or coconut oil. The hair strand is safely coated by layers of oil and, as we all know, oil and water don't mix. However, if you use oils, you have to keep your head covered or swim indoors, as oil will cook your hair in the hot Sun and then go first swim where you can finally enjoy yourself. If you want to be extra protective, then go ahead and put your hair in a bun or braid it and, of course, no matter what you should always rinse your hair out, after swim, just to prevent residual chemicals from building up. Even if you can't get to a shampoo right away, it's a must just give your hair a good soak in fresh water for about 5-10 minutes but be sure to shampoo right when you get home. Well, that's all the tips! I got for you guys for now. Bye, I hope to see you guys in my next video make sure to LIKE and subscribe
