Did you ever stop and think why spend too much time just getting ready? Oh Lana, welcome to my very first youtube video ever so today, I'm going to be showing you how I did this hairstyle. The reason why I picked this to be my first video is because this is the question that I get asked the most when I'm on this treat. Oh, my god, how do you make your hair look like that? What products they did use did you use a curling iron, so I decided to tell you today exactly how I do it. This is my go-to for events, my go-to for weddings or just to keep my hair healthy, because I use absolutely no heat. You can go ahead and use heat if you have healthy hair or if that's your method of choice, but today I'm going to show you how I do it. Okay guys. So now, I'm going to show you all the products that I usually use for these hairstyle. The first thing is bobby pins. You'Re gon na need a lot of other pins well, depending on how much hair you have or how thick you want your curls to be. I usually use around a hundred bobby pins. I know that sounds like a lot, but it goes by fast. I promise. Okay, then. The second thing you need is your product. I divide this into the first category is products that are treatments for your hair, like living conditioners or oils. These are the two that I use. There are all up Lex: they hair perfection number 3. This is so good. I really feel a difference whenever I use this in the overall health of my hair. The only downside is that look how little it is. I'M gon na link all the products below, but I feel like this little bottle is around 30 something bucks which is really expensive. Another product that I use that is not as expensive, the black, vanilla, moisture and Sheen from Carol's Daughter. It'S an oil treatment, but it's thin enough that I can keep reapplying through the days if I still have the same hairdo. So that's category number one and then category number two. I utilize. Whenever I have a party - or I have an event to go, that I want my curls to really stay put because I'm going to be bouncing around and I use product like gels for sprays. The one I have is matrix. Vial ash. I don't know how to pronounce this, but again I'm going to link all the products down below and for hairspray. I have way texturizing hairspray and I have the pure ology clean volume. I use this around my roots. If I feel like, I need a little more Babu and the third and last product you're gon na need is a hair brush and that's it okay. So let's get started. The first thing that I do is I grab a random piece of hair. I like to grab where my curl would naturally occur. So let's say this and then I brush it. I put the hair treatment or, if you are using that gel, you would put a little bit of gel or mousse or hair spray, your preferred product, and then I wrap it around two fingers. If you want a little bit more volume, I would go away from your face, but honestly I yeah I do it the opposite way. I don't know why I'm just used to doing it that way after many years, but I go the other way around. I wrap it around and then I grab a bobby pin and I secure it in my head. Okay, let me show you another one. I grab a random piece of hair. I put my hair treatment, I brush it and I wrap it around two fingers and then I put a bobby pin. That'S took curls 98 to go and I don't want to bore you to death. So I'll see you right back when I'm done with all my hair okay, so I am done pinning all the curls up. It took me about 25 minutes 30 minutes. It does take a while. Now I have to let my hair dry completely. If I let it air dry, it's going to take me about two hours. That'S why I recommend doing it before going to sleep that way. You don't have to worry about it, go to sleep and then you wake up. You took the puppy prints out and voila you're ready. Otherwise you do have no time you can blow-dry it. You can do it in the cooler setting. That way is less damaging for your hair for today actually half the time, because I'm just going to be home. So I'm just gon na let it air dry and we'll be right back in about two hours and take the bobby pins out to show you what it looks like all right. So it's been about a couple of hours now and let's take this off. So this is it guys. This is what it looks like after you take all the bobby pins out. I'Ve been doing this hairstyle for years, and now I'm happy that I get to share with you guys. Thank you so much for watching and thank you for being patient, because this was my very first video ever so. If you please have any feedback, I would love to read it. Thank you guys and have a beautiful day.

I've never had this problem, but I've never had healthy natural hair in a long time. I've always dyed it or permed it since I was 14, im 31 now. & started my natural journey 4yrs ago, which I'm happy with. I just miss my easy heat curls! Love the video, you are gorgeous btw!!! New sub!

Donna: Stunningly beautiful! If Olaplex was smart they’d supply #3 free for the rest of your life. My mistake is I bobby pin my curl flat to the my scalp. I’ll try your way. How do you sleep on them without causing them to come out? I noticed too, you appeared to use only one of the products you showed, right? What are the circumstances you use the others? I hope your videos make become a great success. My advice is to be real, a teacher, humorous, and painfully honest. Can’t abide the “I’m beautiful people”. Now —go girl!

Bookdragon: Don't do this if you have medium length hair. I tried this and I looked like Shirley Temple You look gorgeous though
