Making My Wig Lay Flat! Bald Cap Method | Cydnee Black

Hello guys, it's me here with my braids hello, guys welcome back to my channel, so today I'm just going to be putting on a wig and talking with you guys. I got this way from RPG show and I'm going to be trying out some of the methods that I've watched people applying wigs to make it look more natural natural. So this video is not going to be a tutorial per se, because I don't fully know what I'm doing I'm just kind of like winging it a little bit. So I don't want to say I'm teaching you guys how to do anything. I don't three numbers. Braided, I feel like it makes it really flat if I have like great going this way and then braids coming back this way, it just makes it really flat. I also really like doing this. So they say that you should push your baby hairs back first, so that those are laying nice and flat for you again, I'm gon na take a little bit of this just kind of leave my baby hairs down. I have a lot of baby or do you guys like an excessive amount? My mom is a really hairy lady and she passed it down to me and all my sisters and I never realized like how hairy my hairline is. I used to always think that, because I used to get relaxers when I was little, that's why I like the very front of my hair, never grows out really long, but it's honestly just because it's not meant to like it's just short little little hairs. That'S just a genetic disposition of the hair. It'S just baby to baby here. So now, I'm going to take this cap, pull it over. My ears. Wait like this. I don't know. Maybe this caps not dark enough. We want something that looks like our skeleton. This won't seem less transparent seems like about the same. You didn't need to do that at all whoo now, I'm gon na take the got to be glued blasting free spray and I'm just gon na spray. It like right in front of my hairline and I honestly just like the color of them a little bit better, so I'm going to change the weight hep again. Sorry, I told you guys. I told you guys this is not a tutorial, I'm not teaching anything here. I'M just trying to put this wig on and make it look nice, I'm just like you gon na, take the got to be spray and I'm just gon na spray. It like right where my hairline is it over here, don't forget by the ears. Okay! So once you sprayed it down everywhere, you wanted to spray. I'M gon na blow dry it now, so it sticks feel like it's pretty much dry. Basically, I don't know some people say that you should do like another layer. I'M gon na do just like a little bit more just make sure it's like on my hand, you know just so we can't get plays later. Don'T get played thing is pretty much drying out. Okay, okay! I love it. So now I'm just gon na cut the extra band there you feel like, maybe in it lay it down enough because you didn't see you smell like some baby, hair sticking out or maybe she's gon na have a lot of baby here. Oh no! Oh I'm! Gon na try and like cut off like personally, we don't want those, oh no. What this is doing over here, don't cut yourself, just a girl in her room trying to make her wait. Look nice! This is like crazy, like what we do to make a wig look. Nice isn't the same. Okay, now most of the videos that I watch says that you should put some foundation on top of it to make it look like your actual head, almost like a bald cap. This is I'm making a bald cap. So that's what I'm gon na do. I'M just gon na do it, I'm told flat brush, take some foundation on the brush, just feel it. I mean honestly like if you were far enough away. You might be done both. I would actually maybe I'm cute bald and my cute bald guys in like to introduce you guys to somebody. This is my wig. This week is from RPG show it's. I think it's an Anthony cut, wig. I will make sure. No, I'm pretty sure it's an Anthony cuts. Like I don't know the number, though I will put it down in the description box. An RPG show did send me this way, but I love our position. Lately. I'Ve been buying our pre-show wigs for a while, like I have three of them. Okay, so I got the wig and I just cut out the lace of it and I didn't add, a band. I just attached the strap ease on it pretty tightly so it will snug onto my head. Okay, let's go down. Oh oh, should we like work? I try it on the wig without doing the bald cap method and it did look a little weird, but with this on it actually makes it look pretty legit good YouTube. Friends, I think we're onto something you guys think. Oh wow, it's a little bit better. You guys should have been doing it from the angle Syd pretty I really like it. I think the dark roots make it look a little bit more natural in my hair. So I like this week. I laughs hello. Sorry, I'm sorry! I don't know why. I'M being so ridiculous, say guys honestly, so now I just need to glue her down. Okay, so for glue. I got the ghost bond invisible bonding for Polly and lace system systems shake well before using oh, my gosh. I just put a little bit of some my hand, it's really sticky, so I bought this glue because I watched alia James video on how she laced her weights and I've seen her wings before like they. I can tell she doesn't take them off at night, like she just puts it on and kind of stays on, and I don't know I have a commitment issues with my hair honestly like I might still want to take this off tonight and that's why I love The doc tippy glue, because I know I can just put water on this and it'll just come off, but we're gon na try this my fin we're gon na. Try it. Let'S try this. Let'S try in her video. She says you want to like outline where the hair is gon na lay so that you don't have any glue like coming up, take and draw like. I really don't know what I'm doing it, I'm trying okay, so I'm just gon na apply it like yeah. It was pretty sticky you can tell once it dries it's pretty on there, which is nice, that's what we want. I haven't like looked up yet how to get this off. So that's gon na be fun. You guys have no idea how much I hope. I'M doing this right, it's so sticky everywhere! Oh, oh, my god, I'm literally just getting glue everywhere! Uh! Do you guys see this like? What is my problem? I'M gon na have to like redo my makeup with that glue all over my finger. It'S so sticky, but now that I'm a sticky mess to wait for this to like sit for a little while, I should put it back actually nevers you like to fix your mistakes, guys don't give up. Honestly, this glue is so sticky, it's like so sticky, but like what do i? What do I expect from glue? What do you want from glue Sydney other than to be sticky, but legit? This stuff is sticky Wow. I just want to like tweak the actual hairline a little bit, maybe add some baby hairs. Honestly, RPG show wigs come pretty much like done, there's not really much. You have to do to it honestly, at least in my opinion, but maybe I'm not that good with waist. If you ever feel like that, like sometimes I feel like I've see people who have on wigs and it looks like a wig but like it doesn't mine, I don't maybe because I'm wearing it, but I always just feel like it looks like a week and when People say they're, but it's not I'm like. Why are you lying to me? Okay, now, I'm gon na take some of my face powder. Just tap it in there get it all in there. Don'T look crazy. I'Ll, be honest, be honest all right, so this is what we got. I haven't straightened a slate or anything. Nothing like this is what it looks like straight out of the box. I haven't done anything to it other than what you've seen in this video. That I can still wear, I feel like wigs are becoming obviously they're really popular right now. So I feel like they're, just really overpriced in some instances, like I paid $ 800 for waiting for that it in love, I paid $ 700 for Windland in love. I know people who pay thousands of dollars in two thousand dollars for wigs. That are, you know. Alright, I think RV shows are more less expensive in so like four hundred to five hundred dollars, but they do have lips that are like three hundred. So to me, that's just it's more worth it than spending two grand on a way. Again, you don't even know if you like it, you know this one's pretty. I don't want to curl it, but I'll save that for another time, alright guys this is the wig on my head down it's a little bit of glue over here, but it's okay and yeah. That was me putting on living with you guys, not really knowing what I'm doing, but I think it turned out okay, the next time. I might do it a little bit differently. Maybe it pull the ball cap down a little bit more on my actual, if someone by real hair is still out, so that was a mistake, but other than that, I think it looks great.
