Hey guys, this tutorial will show you how to do the milkmaid braid updo which is perfect for the summer. This hairstyle is very popular among celebrities and it's so easy to achieve on medium to long hair. I don't know what took me so long to make this video because it's not only cute, it also beats the heat! :)

Hey guys today, I'm going to show you how to do the milkmaid braid. This hairstyle is perfect to wear during the summertime because it gets all your hair out of your face and, most importantly, is as easy as one two three. So let us begin first off brush your hair and make sure it's tangle free at the back of your head parks, your hair into two sections. This part is optional by left some hair out to frame my face and with the rest of for your hair, you want to divide it into three sections and do a regular three strand braid and don't worry if your hair isn't as long as mine. This hairstyle will work on medium length, hair as well to add a little volume to your brain, simply tug on the side, that's closest to your face when that's done, tie the end with an elastic band and do the exact same thing to the other side. Take the braid and wrap it across the top of your head insert a bobby pin over the elastic band to secure it in place. If you have a bit of hair sticking out just tuck it inside the other, braid wrap the second braid across the top of your head and pin it underneath the first free. My hair is quite long soldered. The end sticking on third but I'll, show you how to fix that later use a curling iron or flat iron and curl, the Strand you lift out earlier curl the end that was sticking out. I use a bobby pin to tuck it underneath the braid turn your milkmaid braid hairstyle, into a bridesmaid's hairstyle by adding flowery flicks and for added security. You can insert some bobby pins over the top of your head to keep the braid in place. So here's the finished look, the back is flat. So if you want, you can always tease it beforehand, but I'm trying to avoid hairspray because the weather is so hot anyways.
