Babyliss Pro Perfect Curl Tutorial - Medium Long Hair | Ysis Lorenna

Hi guys so today, i'm here to do another valentine's day tutorial for you. This will be for this hair tutorial. If you want to know how i created this makeup i'll leave the link down below for my previous video, showing you how i created this whole makeup. Look, it might take a little bit of time, but it's a nice excuse to take some time for yourself. Maybe pour yourself a glass of wine and watch a movie whilst you're getting yourself ready for the big night gon na, be using a very exciting new hair tool and um. It'S the babyliss pro perfect curl. This is what the tool looks like. It looks very scary, and it's lighter than i imagined i thought this was going to be really really heavy, but it's not actually that heavy i'll show you how this works. So you have three different settings that you can set here. One is for the temperature, the second one is for the amount of time and the third one is whether or not you want your curls to go left right or you want it to go automatically alternate the curls for you. I thought this was perfect for valentine's day, because i wanted to create a very romantic slightly sexy look, and this will give you lovely curls, that last all day long, it does take a little while to get the whole head of hair done. But for me it took the same amount of time that i normally take with my hair curlers and it was just a lot less first, i wasn't worried about getting burnt or anything else. So i'm just going to get started and i'm going to put this on on the maximum heat setting, because my hair is quite thick for the second dial. You can choose from 0 8, 10 or 12 seconds and i'm going to put mine on 10 seconds and then for the curl sides. I'M going to leave it on automatic so that i can choose for me to alternate between right and left and when i reach the front of my hair, then i'll change the settings to sort of adapt the side of my face to make sure the curls frame. My face quite nicely so, whilst this is heating up, i made sure to apply some hairspray onto my hair and now i'm just going to brush through it to make sure there's no knots and the hair is tangle free. So, first i'm going to take all the hair from the ears down and separate it from the other part. So i'm just going to pop this clip here to hold the hair in place. So this is the size of the sections i'm normally going to be working with, and i just run my fingers over it to make sure it's tangle free and the most important thing when using this is to make sure that this side, here with the barrel is Always facing towards your face so just pop your hair in where you want your curls begin and close it. It looks quite scary when the hair goes into that barrel. Now you just got ta wait for the beeps, so that's the last beep and you just open it and release your lovely little curl. Isn'T that nice, i'm just going to take another section and do exactly the same thing pop my hair in and close it and then take it out a pretty little girl. What i like about this tool is that it curls the whole bit of hair, not just the top and the middle it curls the ends as well, which is something that i struggle to do with any other curling tool. If there's any bits that you feel like it didn't curl, well just go back and do it again, so i'm just going to carry on doing exactly the same thing and i'll be right back. So i'm back and, as you can see, there's only a little bit left to do and look at this volume. It'S just incredible. I love this and i've literally just been doing exactly the same thing all around the hair and getting to the front bit now. I'M just sort of tailoring where i want the curls to go, but because they all fall to this side. I'Ve changed the setting to right, which is the right side of my head, so the curls curl away from my face and it just sort of frames the face much nicer and, as you can see, i've avoided sort of the roots because i don't want to be Curled at the roots, yeah, i think it looks really nice. It does look quite voluminous, um yeah i'll have to brush out these curls. As you can see, it's a hell of a lot of volume, but the curls are absolutely perfect. I'Ve never had a curled hairstyle that looks this perfect at the ends. It just looks really nice. So now, i'm just gon na go through the curls with my fingers. My rings are all getting caught into the hair. Take my rings off and then just loosening up the curls a bit. You could leave them as they are like that for a sort of like a really glam style, but that's not the style that i'm looking for. I want something: a lot more natural, so i'm just gon na brush them. So now i'm just going to use a couple of hairpins to pin this bit of hair out of the way do so there you go here. You have a romantic curly, wavy hairstyle, with very smooth curls that started out quite voluminous, but just by pinning these bits back, it just looks a little bit more so feminine and romantic and perfectly appropriate for valentine's day goes really well.
