In this tutorial, I will be showing you an easy way to achieve the hairstyle models use to sport in the 80s. This is one of my favorite hairstyles to wear for every occasion from date nights to brunch with the girls!

Hey guys welcome to my channel so for this video, I'm going to show you guys how to get this very 80s model e-type of curly. Look that is totally wearable for literally any of it you're going to, and what's awesome about. This is that the curls stay for so long that you can go for like four days without doing your hair and your hair to look perfect. So let's go ahead and get started. So what you'll be needing is a color like this? I don't know if that's called half an inch or an inch I'm going to put in the info there, except to look it up, but just something very thin. So that way you can get those nice eighties curls. So first thing you want to do is grab hold on piece, this big and start really close to the root, and just twist it around all right, I'm going to let that heat up and make sure to use heat protectant. I forgot to mention that to burn for it. I already have some in my hair, like Billy all right and then you're gon na, let that go now. I know that looks crazy, but we're gon na be brushing it out and stuff, and I just hold it up for a couple seconds, so it kind of does it fall? Okay, just like that can't believe that was like way down here and look at it. Now. Isn'T that insane, if you have shorter hair and definitely go for a bigger iron, so you're not left with hair? This long probably should have mentioned that before okay grab another piece and go the opposite direction, so always change the direction of each curl. So that way, when you brush you they're not all stuck together but then hold it, we're gon na grab them here and literally. This is all you're doing you're going in out in out changing the directions. They don't stick. So I'm just going to go ahead and speed towards the rest of this okay. So, let's go ahead and move on to the bags go ahead and bring out your straightener go ahead and brush out your hair, and once your straightener is heated up, we're gon na be passing our straightener into a/c. So go ahead and do that and just 180. Your strainer and then do the same on this side. Okay, so first go ahead and brush your your hair out with your fingers just separate pieces, and the key to this is really to separate the curls, because it's gon na automatically add more volume, okay and for your bangs you're. Just gon na go like back like this and then you're gon na bring it back to the front and you're just gon na mold that with your hands to your liking and then for this side. You want to go like this and like that, I just kind of make a little little thing like that really contours your face nicely and I like to lay this down that way and lay this down that way all right and you're done. So this is a look that you can wear here in 80's babe and still look amazing and updated, but you still have that five and that's what I really loved about it and I'm so excited for you guys to try it. We used to back tease our bangs a little and use a lot of hair spray to get the bangs high... the higher the better was the motto!
