Hey-Ya is TT leverage and today is watch day. We are watching this gina curl and y'all are gon na come with me. Of course, I got on my 11th karma swim, not your wifey super cute, adjustable straps, adjustable knot and a super fun play on a wife-beater. So check that out below when you're done alright, now I'm going to actually not trim but kind of clean up. My hair, I use this every two months after I wash and while I'm blow-drying my hair, but I don't need to blow-dry my hair anymore and I kind of like to do this on dry hair. So I'm just gon na get this done before I wash. What my clippers! I normally do this clip like every two months, but I know with this process you're going to spawn you're getting it treatment done. You'Re gon na have some damage, so I was expecting to need a clip a little bit earlier. It doesn't really look too bad from what I've seen. I'M still gon na cut it anyways cuz, I'm just always super happy, I'm always cutting my hair. So it's just a cleanup, I'm not cutting cutting it, but I'm just cleaning it up. I'M also gon na be cutting anything that looks just a little thing. A little weekend like a little fragile, I'm gon na you're a kiss. I would do my whole hair. My whole head whole head of hair. I went through all the hair overall, I'm actually very surprised how few split ends and damage and so on. We did do a really good trim right after I got it done, but I was expecting like my hair to just be looking nasty on the ends, but most of the hair looks really good. There was a spot like right here and like right here that got a little nasty but other than that they look really good too surprising. I mean it's only been a month and I normally do this every two months. I definitely got less split ends than normal, but normally it's every two months unless split ends and like when I used to flat iron, my hair. So, honestly, I was expecting my ends to look nasty. Like I was saying I was gon na clean up and I thought I was really gon na be like just trimming off all those ends, but they really know it too bad six language. I warrant out kind of curly and then I didn't wash it or like brush it before I put it in those braids twists, so I'm expecting some tangles, I'm not gon na brush through it, and so I put conditioner in there we're gon na get in the Shop where you say at this point I'll put a mask like a mass or leaving or oil, but I've been putting lots of products in my parents, so I don't think I need a mess. It doesn't feel dry. Yet John y'all ready y'all ready from ginika watch things watched a let's go. Let'S go, I love wash day with this area. I do alright. Let'S stop so crazy to me. That'S a good shower you're gon na yeah I'll get inside sneak into my shop but breathe. First, a little wet to her wedding with lukewarm water and try not to get off our booth, I'm using mobile, moisture conditioning before I could tangle my hair. Just I get less breakage and snags and the reason why I didn't want my roots wet is because, as you brush your hair, when it's wet, if the follicles are wet, they're, more likely to slip right out and you'll lose more hair while you brush I'll, be Honest this wash day is not up to date, as I've been trying so many different products and have found sometimes that I like better or are more affordable. So when I do solidify my routine, I will be sure to share with you guys my methods are still the same. I'Ve just found some parts that I like a little bit better. I actually prefer this brush over there. Oh my dream: all the pursue the English a life work that tango Oliver supervisor comprises. Like I brushed my scalp ok, so I love this shampoo and it says you can use it on chemically treated hair. But I think this is a big no-no for Gina curl hair. So if you have a Gina called, I don't know you can use it, but if you're a naturalised swear by this go, buy it like right now I usually don't wash my hands until I know my scalp is absolutely completely clean and sometimes it takes a couple. Rinses once I know my self is absolutely clean. Sometimes I just like that. Suds run down into my hair and use that to wash my hair for, like a diluted, shampoo. If I have a lot of product build-up or for some reason, my hair is just really greasy or dirty, then I'll use a pure shampoo to wash my ends so once I've thoroughly thoroughly rinsed out all the shampoo I'm going to give my hair, but please I Kind of like position different spots in my head. Whenever I clipped it, I'm going to wash my body to all my shower stuff. My hair is out of the way the condition is going to soak into it a little bit and I'm not gon na be dropping money and putting on my body products on it makes sense not who, once I finish in the shower and I thoroughly thoroughly rinse Out my hair, this is just something I've noticed a lot of us do and I'm even guilty of it myself, leaving conditioner in your hair after you exited the shower. If it's not a leave-in conditioner, it's best to wash it out, it's not a moisturizer, and it's definitely not a styling clean whatever product is supposed to be left in your hair will remain in your hair after you wash it, and you can be sure of this By turning your water down to cool, thoroughly rinse out the conditioner in any product, that's supposed to be left in your hair will remain in your hand to do conditioner. I was rinse it out, but I was a little bit get out of the shower. There is nothing in this hair next, while my hair is still wet, I do it. Shea butter can see leave-in conditioning and the alpha-particle. I know something that we know diamond I'm not going sparingly. I am blogging Olive Oyl, California, olive branch and Physicians Formula, argan oil. It'S kind of damp: now that's a lot of oil. I can't put it back because it's cooking so now my hair is damp. I'M just going to slap some oil in there and I've always done this by the instructions I was given for. The Gina curl was actually actually suggested, lighter Sheen oils, but this is just how I've been doing my hair. It feels so wrong not to that's just how I've always done my hair, even before the Gina girl, all right, you're done washed. It watch this. It'S nearly tried, don't need to check out 11 karma the win. I have some super cute pieces there somewhere. It'S super affordable this year. Don'T wait to check that out. Also make sure you like comment and subscribe, put some notifications on so you Thomas, this veena girl journey also so he's giving a beauty tool, tips and secrets of Azaz buddy, I'm like covered in body lotion. It'S not my hair. I promise shea butter honey shea butter baby. Let me stop. Oh I'm going for balsamic. That'S on the floor. Don'T make money

With Marcia: Anyone else wanting to get this done on their own hair after seeing her results!! Just beautiful. Thanks for keeping us updated !

Michelle Van Leemputte: For me, it’s not so much about having a looser texture as it is having a hair type that’s so much mor manageable! I’d do it if it wasn’t so expensive

KeepingUpWithNocie: Omg your hair is so so so gorgeous and healthy! I’ve seen other Gina curl videos but your hair came out the best. I’m so tempted to get this done but I’ll be following your Gina curl journey so long. I hope you film more hair videos. ♥️ And, you’re so gorgeous

L Bu: Your Gina curl looks very natural. Your hair is beautiful!

marigold910: Geez there is so much hatred I’m 4c but can’t with my hair anymore no not because I don’t love my texture I just can’t always do my own hair due to fatigue, time, etc so who does it my Nigerian mom who has 0 patience and cares not how she rakes through it causing set backs and damage and it sucks. So yes for sanity and the length I want I would do this just to still have “texture” but something that doesn’t require so much time and easier to detangle! Just worry bout your own crown and keep lifting up queens if not shut up and sit down

Crazy World Of Christina: You’re hair is beautiful! Looks so healthy and curly .

desiree fauntleroy: Love, love, love the video!!!! I’ve been waiting for you to film this. Thank you!!! Your hair is so healthy and beautiful. Great tips from start to finish.

Leoness Butterfly: I love how she is feeling herself... Lol

Kynota Murray: Keep us updated especially on the touch up process!

Akira Elai: Off topic but her natural hair is so gorgeous , it’s so long and healthy

As Told By Juju: Wonder how many “naturals” have this and pretending like that’s just how their hair grew.

Sammy: I love your hair. It looks so easy to care for.

Mackenzie Palmer: Thank you for being so transparent. You have a fan and a subscriber!

Yourfriendlyneighborhoodblackguy: I need to figure out how to get a curly perm! I hate my natural hair! This hair looks so cute!

pimpmyride: Smart girl. Paddle brushes are all I use on my clients with tangled hair. The bristles a separate so well.

desiree fauntleroy: It looks like it grew already!

Brinique: YALL ITS HAIR SHE CAN LET HER NEW GROWTH COME BACK AND START OVER SHE JUST TRYING SOMETHING NEW CALM DOWN

galaxy90 r.: Very pretty You remind me so much of the actress Kimberly elise and love your hair

Kamil Hickley: Once you stop the curl reformation, is the transition process the same as a relaxer? I'm really curious about this

Dre Day: looks great! similar results when I was texturized.

N BD: This perm is soooo pretty

Pajah Williams: Living vicariously through your Gina Curl. It's too expensive to maintain for me plus I love my natural curls too much and the versitility of having natural hair, but this so beautiful? Can you do a video on how to take care of your hair w/ a Gina curl? Like what products you used as a natural that don't work anymore, any styles you should stay away from such as curling wands and flat irons. Can you blow it out? Also would love to see the wet look on your gina curl.

tj Tanner: Wow the end result was beautiful!

sza sremmurd: Great that it can handle lots of manipulation as well I thought it was like a no touch low manipulation hairstyle

FrauMase: Looks pretty!

ABRIN: I want to try this but a curly perm is not something you just try Update I did the other version that’s just called curly and my hair dry asf

J H-B: wondering how this affect ur hair if u like to wear it straight too. does it thin it out when straightened? the curly perm?

Tay’s Web: I was going to get this perm done to my hair but I wanted to know if you can still use heat in your hair with the Gina curl

baba: I think I am getting in this on the patches of straight hair I have.

Crown Of Majesty: Beautiful hair. Do deep condition, protein treat your hair? Also do you put any leave in conditioner?

Britt Taylor: Hey Titi I love your Gina curl I like your hair before also. I plan to get one soon But what would u recommend for slightly damaged natural hair to grow beforehand?

Mrs. Shanni: FYI you can do twist out etc in between touch ups

Sadé Anthony: Well think I will get this was initially going to get a relaxer but I would love my hair to look this!

Michelle Sum: beautiful hair!

Kay Marie: Is it just me or do paddle brushes rip your hair out cuz I swear them lil balls be yanking on my curls

Nana Poku: Can you get a curly perm after having a straight perm without cutting your hair ?

Yjuania Still: Do you use activator on your hair? I had a curl in the 80's and only used activator and seldom washed it and it grew. I guess this is a new twist on the old curl.

Cheri: I would love to get my hair done but where I come from (idk if this happens anywhere else) Depending on how long your hair is, it cost more to get it done...I paid nearly $200 for light highlights :(

NENE COLE: So when you put a curl kit in your head ,will it wear off? Or you have to let it grow out and cut it Lil by Lil?

Tayler Dobson-Zabik: I think your hair would look good with a diffuser too

Liyahhh Riaa: The new growth is going to be wildddd I don’t think she can get the touch up treatment done until a few good inches grow back so how will she deal with the 4C new growth until then.

Hossam Hamdi: Love this beauty

Shelly Long: I know someone who uses Large rollers and her hair is wavy Mid Back. I think I might try this.

tj Tanner: She is gorgeous!

Napsagain09: I made the mistake of using that shampoo a lot with my Gina Curl before realizing how much protein is in it...OOPS

Kandi Rox: Wash day finished? Huh? was so shocked when she said wash day finished. I don’t know what I was expecting but surely not this quick

Shania Themen: This is literally my natural hair texture. I have a natural hair page on ig @natural.niia

Alli Elizabeth: Is the breakage on the back your head due to the Gina curl or was it there before ? No hate just wondering... I’m considering this and I just want to Weigh the pros and cons by learning from your journey.

sweet little apple: girrrl !!!!!! your hair hair is amazing making me thinking it it unreal

The Curly Conundrum: What brand of curly perm do you use?

Nina: what happens when ur natural hair starts growing back?

0.0M views: Do you get one strand knots ?

Chillax: Your hair is lovely

Heidi Shai: You’re so beautiful !!

lisangel Black: I would prepoo with coconut oil before cowashing and then I would just cowash with a cleansing conditioner like soultanicals butter shampoos or l'oreal or Oyins handmade cowash weekly, maybe a leave in, then use camille rose curl maker or uncle funkys curl magic and maybe an oil if needed. Maybe once a month, I would use an appropriate shampoo. Done.

Shaela Ashley: What perm do you use for your hair ?

1SparksFlyOut: Lovely curls, but I feel like her edges tell her past. I think because edges tend to grow out faster, even when chemically treated.

giyann: You look great

Chic Chi: Oh cool I didn't know you could do curl perms on black hair. I thought that only works on white ladies' hair

Janae Thomas: Can we see how your hair looks after you get out of the beach or pool ‍♀️?

Sydonne Warren: I wish I could do this but my hair is texturized

Shannon Armstrong: Gorgeous head of hair

Kenzy Black: i love this omg

Mari Jaco: I think I’m paying Gina a visit!

GtheHustler: Can you straighten your hair with this?

Dave Hart: You are so girly and feminine hope it isnt wrong to say i think its cute af

TheEnveed: YOUR HAIR LOOKS AMAZING!!. IF I FELT I NEEDED THAT TREATMENT I WOULD GET IT ASAP, EVEN WITH MY TEXTURE HAIR THE MESS IS TIMELY. IM NOT THINKING THAT U ARE TRYING TO BE LIKE FEMALES THAT HAVE LOOSER CURLS & SO WHAT IF U ARE!?) ITS YOUR HEAD. WHERE WAS ALL THIS WORRY WHEN 80% of the heads walking around were permed? I don't care who gets upset but our people r always yelling about being seen different etc but we come on videos and state comments like so.IM HERE 4 THE TIPS, EVEN BEFORE YOUR GINA CURL. THE COMMENTS ARE SNOBBY,WHY I KEEP MY CIRCLE SMALL. PEOPLE LOVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANOTHERS BACKYARD & NOT TEND TO THEIR OWN.

Candice W.: I had a Gina Curl. I was nice for the first month...after that, the curls were super flat and the hair is frizzy. It doesn't behave like natural hair so braid-outs and twist-touts didn't have the same volume. I really wanted it to be the hype but it just wasn't for me. I think it's probably easier for folks transitioning from relaxed hair but if you are natural and like your natural hair but are just looking for ease of maintenance, I think you'll be disappointed with how your hair behaves. Gina and her crew were very nice. And I'm glad it works well for Titi.

Kameka Moore3: These comments wild...I notice people are undercover Jealous with a capital J of black girls with curly perms....it's hilarious ❤️

Shogun: How often do you do your wash day?

MissBee Haven: SIs, the way you poppin that neck in the video! lol. You're hair looks good!

Keyana Brown: Stayyyy natural !!

佬空: That's a body oof I'm jealous

Idayia Kandel: What kind of perm did you use

Sakena Redmond: Not the funky veggies video song that I play to calm my 9 month old down playing in the background lol I love it

deeliteinhair: How do you clean your roots?

Clauzell Blackshear: Damn you fine no disrespect perfect body but real talk it's all about your soul

Nurisha Jack: Can you show pics of how your hair looks when your wash n go is fully dry?

Brie Aracely: Did your breakage in the back occur before or after Gina curl ?

Laydelin Jeandor: Is ginacurl similiar to scurl ot more like curly (wetwet)?

Wolfhrdtuts: Does it wear out ?

Y K: I have hair naturally like this and people always claim I have some kind of processed hair bc I’m not “mixed” and now I see this is a real thing cool no judgement just hate that people are so ignorant

Lee: Gorgeous. Have you experienced any damage from the curly perm chemicals?

marlasouth: How comes when washing you said the Shea Jamaican castor oil isn’t good for ur Gina curl? Because I have a wave nouveau and I was thinking of using this product? Xx

Jada Gilbert: You have thee best Gina curl result

ThatsJustDestini: What size rollers?

Valbella91: Man I was so confused as to why your hair looked like 3C, but your edges looked 4C. Definitely didn’t know this was a thing. Thank you for informing us. I love my hair and just would not do this though

AppleBomb: Do you feel like your hair porosity has changed?? Do you absorb products better/more effectively? I ask, bc I have a similar texture that you previously had and products always just sit on my hair and end up flaking, so I never really put any styling products in except for a leave-in and my hair went unstyled for weeks --maybe an occasional 2str twist of diff girths, but not a wash'n go or any curly hanging style. Frizz is my nemesis, and I'm living vicariously thru you in these new videos. #NewSub

mega kong: Anyways I love your hair Botha ways

tiffany harris: Have you flat ironed you hair? Did it break off?

Miyah F: is this permanent

Joyce Love: Hair looking like a good wig yaaaas

Sie Sie S: ☺️

shyxn3: How many weeks have u had gina curl in this vid

foreign princess lula: How long dose it last

Tayyy: I’m confused I thought it made your hair straight ?? Can someone kinda help me understand this

Vivienne Joseph: PLZ ANSWER DO U TEXTURIZW UR HAIR HEFORE PERMING

Ebizzill: idk why but throughout the whole time i was thinking to myself "i want to touch it" ... lol...

ItsTorie: I don’t like how people in the comments saying she’s fooling people to think she’s natural but is obviously being very open about the fact that she got a perm
