Pedro'S Pointers: How To Properly Dry Your Hair After A Shower

In this Pedro’s Pointers video, Aaron talks about how to properly dry your hair with a towel. Not a big deal you say? Wrong! When you get out of the shower you hair is wet, and when it is wet it is more brittle and prone to damage and breakage. So, you have to be extra, extra gentle. Don’t just grab a towel and start shaking it in your hair. The key is to take your towel and pat your hair all over…don’t go crazy with the towel, that is just a recipe for disaster. So, be careful with that towel and respect your hair, gentleman!
So does this look familiar? Is this the way you currently dry your hair after showered answers? Yes, you are doing it wrong, but today that changes. So yes, my hair looks wacky, but I am sacrificing in order to teach you an incredibly valuable hair lesson hold on. I can't I can't stand the thought of my hair looking that jacked up for this video. So when you get out of the shower, your hair is wet when your hair is wet, it is brittle, and so what I don't want you to do is just grab a towel and start shaking it and giving it hell, like your mother, did to you when You were like 3 years old you're, a grown-ass man. The problem with this is that when your hair is wet when it is brittle, it is more prone to damage and breaking. Instead, what I want you to do after the showers take your towel Pat right right here: yeah you're patting you're, not shaking Pat and move Pat and move Pat and move Pat exactly you get the idea, instead of just like going crazy right, because the padding is More gentle, it's letting your hair know. Yo. I respect you. I love you and I'm not gon na give it the business like I've been doing for years.

Kenneth Drury: I found that you’re better off getting a terry towel robe with a hood. You can also use longer without washing because your body parts will always get dried off by the same part of the robe every time and you will never worry about your face touching the spot your dried off your balls or ass.
Dejan Caliia: Alpha doesn't even take his own advice on this...in his 5 min shower routine video he's clearly rubbing his hair vigorously while drying it with the towel! I've tried doing this " pat and move" method and aside from it taking forever to dry, it left me with hair clumping together all over my head! That could just be due to my specific hair type...
Not Actually Myname: It’s not brittle but it snaps. It’s more prone to damage. Brushing hair that’s completely dry is when it’s brittle and can break it’s not good to brush wet or dry hair but slightly damp that’s why they spritz your hair at the hair salon before they brush also to helps it lay flat to cut but spritzing it with water helps prevent breaks bc it’s not dry but also not completely saturated with water. Add oil to bottoms of long hair bf wash bc even if not shampooing ends and only scalp, water plus shampoo rinsed down drys it out. Add a good oil n brush trough right before the shower. Avoid brushing waterlogged hair even more so than drying it too hard ^
