What'S up, what's up what up you already know, this is speech and today we're about to go get my hair done. My hair is finally long enough to get it. You know some braids, so I'm about to get some micro braids from the African braiding shop um. This is an expensive hair. Do this hairdo is going to be over a thousand dollars. First thing I have to do is get weave, so I'm at the hair store I'm getting this Janet here, 24 inches, they told me get 20, but I'm gon na get 24 because my husband, like long hair now Peach patch I haven't - had micro braids since I Was uh 18. I actually went to prom with micro, braids they're really really pretty, and they last a long time. Let me show you all the hair, so this is the hair. This is the Janet Collection, not sponsored this hair. This is what I'm about to get these micro braids, but mine, gon na be smaller. This hair is 84.99 a pack. So once again, this is a very expensive hairdo. They told me to get three, but I know I got a big head, so I'm getting four. Hopefully, I won't have to come back for more hair, because when I was young, it was common for me to use six packs. I got a big head, don't let a little bit of half oh yeah, all right Peach fat. I decided to come to Bank of America ATM because uh, it's no Navy right here. I could have went to the credit union across the street, but at Suncoast you only could take out 400 out of their ATMs. I would have to do three ATM track. Uh transactions versus Bank of America, they like check out a thousand at once. So that's why I decided to come here all right, Peach fetch. I haven't gotten my hair done at an African braiding shop in years because of my last experience last time I went to the African braiding shop. The girl was like, oh she'll, do my hair for 200, which normally when I go to the African braiding shop, I pay anywhere between 375 and 500, which is fine. I have a big ass head. I know my head is Big. Even when I get lace Twigs. I have to get the extra large caps got a big noggin, okay, but it's a big brain and she was like she's gon na charge me 200 and I'm like okay cool. I thought I was getting a deal. She did my hair, so big and ugly. My brother stopped by to bring me some food and he was like. Oh your hair ugly, have you seen your hair, which I haven't? I hadn't seen it and I'm like no, and so I was like he was like look at your hair because I go in the bathroom. I look at my hair and he falling out laughing. I was like, oh my God, my hair is ugly and I told them I was like I don't like this. I said I don't like this. I want my hair small and she was like no, it's 200 [ __ ] and I was like okay. Well, take it out and do it small, because I want my braids small. I told you that, and so she went to talking in her native language and then she just started cutting my braids, and so she wasn't doing my hair and I'm boo-boo crying this. The African braiding shop - I always go to I've, been going there for years. Uh took other family members they're like I go there all the time, and so the owner was like. No. This is my friend. This is my friend. She helped us do our Instagram page. This is my friend: don't do her like that, we'll fix it, we'll fix it, I'm just like no and I'm crying and I left and I actually posted a picture of it on Facebook. It went viral. Everybody was laughing at me and I was just cry like how could y'all doing me like this is some big ugly dookie braids, so I did go back after that. I never went back to the African shop that has been about four years ago, but today I wanted my hair done today. As you know, African braiding shops here in Tampa Florida. I don't know about other places. They do walk-ins only first come first serve, so that was more convenient for me. Also guys, um. I went to two African shops before I picked so the first one. Well I got to get food. I forgot the first one I went to was the one that I had the bad experience at, but I've been going there for years. All my other experiences were pleasant, so I'm like I'm gon na, go there first and when I went there it was only one braider which was the owner in the shop. Nobody else was there: I'm gon na get Popeyes since it's in the same Plaza across the um street. So I was like I'm gon na get. I'M gon na go there. First. She only had one braider. I asked her because they do need a micros or Bobs and she said micro, not the Bob, but I know they're doing the micro, because it's easier, you don't have to braid it all the way to the end. But I want my hair braided down, which is why it costs more money, and I was like okay she's, like she's gon na call somebody for me and I'm like okay. Well how much she was like. I got ta wait till they come blah blah and I was like okay, I'm gon na go, get hair and I'll come back, but I was on the phone. My husband, I was like I'm gon na, go to the other Africans where I go and get my own. What those things called cat tail braids I'm gon na go over. There pardon me and see how much they'll charge me and when I went in there they were talking to their native language like girl, yeah short uh dude, the latest. I will do the um micros it's easier than a bob due to micros they last longer. So I'm like okay, but I want them really small and I want them like this and they was like. I want to talk in the native language which I could pick up on. Some of the words hold on guys. Okay, thank you, so they were talking in their native language, which I could pick up. The words like they was basically talking about the price, and so she was like, if you want them like that, how long you want to braid it down just get them braided down to here, and I was like no, I want my braids like to hear, and So she was like that's gon na be extra money. She said I'll, tell you what it'll be 500., so I said, but I want two people on my head, so I could be faster. She was like it's gon na be an extra 200. So I'm, like that's fine in my mind, I had already said I'm willing to pay them a thousand, because I know my head's big. I know I don't want to be there all day. I wouldn't mind having two and three people on my head and I know I want them very, very small and close together so um yeah, that's how that works. It'S normal normal black girl, hair, stuff, y'all know I like Popeyes. I haven't ate pot pies in a long time, though, because every time I don't win, it's been a missed by us. The Popeyes be tasting like water or it'd be old. Hopefully I will have me a good Popeyes experience. I think I'm gon na get that three-piece. Combo, it's 11.99 food, it's so high y'all! Look! The two piece is 9.99, I mean, but we could come to Popeyes get a breast kind of Wing snack box for just 3.69, because baby I used to get there all the time did. Y'All forget about me. It'Ll. Take a minute to look at the menu. Yes, they might have forgot about me. I would have went on uh 22nd, the kings that got me a Cuban, not a Cuba, a steak and cheese sandwich which I started to do, but I don't want these people to think I'm not coming back. I want to get a three-piece combo. Is it possible to get two breasts in a wing? Yes, okay, a three-piece combo, two breasts in a wing. They come with one side, yes, ma'am right aside, macaroni, please and then for the drink. A Strawberry Fanta, please uh, whichever one is fresher: okay, okay, thank you, and can I have some hot sauce and strawberry jam? Please, okay! Dude! I had a little spicy pack thing. Yeah. Can I have one of those please or three of those? Thank you all right. Guys so our total is 14.66. I haven't taken y'all with me like this. In a long long time, y'all know we always go get our hair done together. My hair done together a little money, we're gon na be paying cash y'all. Look I paid off all my credit cards and I've been listening to Dave Ramsey and I'm trying to start back. Only using cash cash is King. I ain't trying to be a credit card debt because baby people say oh swipe your credit card and pay it back right away, but I'll be doing that. I swipe my credit card and I'm like I ain't, giving them my money. I want to keep my money. I want to keep next thing. I know I'm over ten thousand dollars in credit card debt for [ __ ] that I could have bought cash now I got ta pay them back and I don't know I'd be feeling like I'm paying for stuff twice. So I said you know what I'm gon na start back only using cash, I'm not using my credit cards, I'm gon na keep them. I'M gon na make some transactions. They say you need to spend 10 to 30 to keep them from going off completely Dave. Ramsey cut them up and I ain't cutting them up because I don't know times might get hard one day and I might need to swipe one. So I'm gon na make sure I keep using my credit cards, but keeping that utilization at 10 to 30 percent versus baller, not maximize, and next thing. You know you ten thousand dollars in credit card debt, that's crazy! All right Peach patch! We got our food and now we're going to the Africans, which is in the same Plaza, and if somebody like peaches, why are you calling the Africans? That'S what we call them from what I'm from the Tampa. We call them the Africans, it's the African braiding shop. That'S what they got on their door at African braid shop, some of them be Haitians, but they call this stuff, an African braiding shop. That'S what we call them in this Plaza. They got Ross and they got uh DD's. For those of you who, like a good deal good deal part right here, I wish I would have bought my books, but I didn't so. I did bring my uh beats airpods, so I'm gon na be listening to me, some music, editing, videos and stuff. I get my hair done. This is gon na, be an all-day process, but I'll be cute. If I'm just gon na be like yeah and Peach patch, I did bring um. I wish I would have brought my book. I bought a new book that I want to read and I haven't had the opportunity, but I brought all four phones for the book. I do pay for audible subscription, so I might just let it read it to me, but sometimes I don't like the voices out of the book, so not sure, but we got our food, we got our drinks, we got our hair, we're ready, I'm gon na call And have daddy bring me my laptop, let me lock this door, bring me my laptop so that um, I'm gon na have daddy, bring me my laptop so that when I upload videos and stuff, I could do a little bit of work on there as well. I'M excited to get my hair done and the reason why I'm gon na go with braids and I feel like it's worth the money. It does last longer versus me getting the lace put on every week for every couple days. That'S a hundred dollars to install plus a tip because I've been sipping. My sister um you're spending like 400 a month getting your wig installed when you could just get some braids and it can last you two or three months easier to maintain and I can look like somebody, even though I think I look like this, and this is The African braiding shop and get it they will whoop your ass. They beat this girl up before they got a video. It went viral dude whoop, your ass, so make sure you pay them all right. We trash here is my macaroni. They got some good macaroni. I feel like they cheated me. They could have gave me more. This macaroni is better than Chick-fil-A argue with you now Peach batch. I told these people I wanted two breasts and a ween. They gave me two wings and a breast and charged me extra all right. We expect so I'm currently getting my hair blown out all right Peach patch. My hair is done. I forgot I was so busy making shorts. I had forgot to show you I'll show y'all when I get in the house, but I am on the interstate on the way home honey. My head is heavy in the back. Oh it hurt in a bit, but the tops feel like. I am tired. I called my husband, I said babe, I'm just ready to come and eat or cook dinner, I'm ready to come and eat, use the bathroom, take a shower and go to sleep baby, I'm gon na sleep like a baby. You hear me, but this is what I needed. I know this could last me for at least two or three months Grand rise of each batch. I literally just woke up, and this is my hair - it's really really small and hurt. I don't want to take it out, so you guys could see, but oh yeah, it hurts so bad yeah, so baby these are micro, braids got a little cotton or something in there. These are micro braids. This is what it looks like. They didn't braid them down. As far as I wanted, but I was ready to go anyways, so I didn't care anymore, but in the back they was braiding them down. You know longer they came out really cute. I could wear them different ways and I still got that long. Curly, hair set. So it's gon na be like you know what my husband likes. I know I got gold in my eye and stuff I'm about to take a shower and get my day started, but I hope you guys enjoyed the video. These can be very, very expensive, but it is so worse the money to not have to deal with your hair for months. I know I can keep these in for at least two months. Maybe three, four five. I know one time I had some macros in my head when I was younger for six months and my hair grew so much now, for those of you wondering peaches are gon na. Take it out, I'm gon na go back to the Africans and get it taken out. They normally charge about 65 to take out braids for the micros it'll, probably be like 120, which isn't bad. I don't know.
