Hey, what's up you guys, it's been a little bit. I wanted to do a video on what i've been doing with growing my hair out. I'Ve gotten some requests for it, so i'm going to give you a couple key tips. This is for me and what i've done and things that i used doesn't mean it's gon na be the same for you. It'S totally fine, but hopefully you'll be able to take some pointers from this. If you're deciding to grow your hair out you're on the fence with it whatever, maybe this will sway you in the way to do it or not to do so here we go. I'Ve always felt that the whole multivitamin thing was some of it may work, but i just i never saw like crazy results with anything. There is one, though this brand biotin right here. I'Ve noticed the biggest change with 10 000 mcg, it's water soluble anyways! That'S what i found my best results with with actually getting my hair to grow along fast in my business. What happens? Is you get looked on? The job client wants to cut your hair and then you're back to square one with everything i needed to get it long fast, so that i didn't end up in those situations where, because i didn't want to cut it, i want to grow it out. I'Ve been wearing short hairstyles for such a long time. Another pointer i like to mention scallop, massage massage your scalp every single day. It increases blood flow if you're trying to get it to grow fast, it's just overall good. It feels good you're not going to have any downsides to massaging your scalp at least once or twice a day. Another pointer i use styling cream. I don't have a. I don't have a specific one style cream is just going to be able to keep. You know in place, it keeps all the fuzziness and everything from you know you get like flyaways or whatever all over your hair, and it just keeps it tangled down without keeping it or making it oily. Those have been really crucial for this style as well, because i, like more like a textured piece, look on mine, i don't um, i don't want it slick straight. At the same time, i don't want to have some curly. You know mess which my hair naturally is. Wavy another thing i'll mention: i have cut back on shampooing my hair. I only shampoo my hair, maybe once or twice a week may sound gross to you. It'S really not once your body gets used to you doing that it will start producing less oil. It makes it very manageable, your hair doesn't smell bad or anything like that, keeps it clean. I do still condition my hands, though, because if i'm out in the sun i'm out on my bike whatever it is, i get a bunch of uh. You know you get damage and everything like that, so i it gets dry, so i definitely do keep a conditioner on the ends. When i do shampoo my hair, i just shampoo my scalp. I don't shampoo the ends or anything like that, because i want to keep those natural oils on my hair last tip, good old mother nature, drink lots and lots and lots of water. That'S been a huge, huge, huge, huge help with me anyways. I hope you guys were able to take something from this, encourage you on your journey to grow it out. Please let me know in the comments below, if you want to see more videos like this, i'm all ears,

Cody Allen: This is rad! Currently on the journey to grow mine out long enough to cut it so it's all one length and follow a lot of these tips already. Glad I am on the right path

Simon Barnier: I'm a huge fan, growing my hair and beard out for a while now, gonna trim down the beard today and shape that badboy up. The hair is medium length long now, but gotta stay consistent on these tips. Thanks for the upload, see you on the next one!

Garbhan Boyle: Great video man. My hair is going silver (naturally) at the minute but I kinda like it. I noticed the texture of my hair felt a little different. I’ve started using argon oil in my hair after I wash and sometimes even on days I don’t wash it. Noticed my hair is so soft and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Yoeri van bergen: love these videos. i am currently growing my hair out after many years of switching between medium and short hair. always regretted cutting my long hair.

Felipe Amback: Hey man! I´ve been waiting for some tips like this from you since I started to follow you on IG couple years ago. I´ve started with this lenght you have right now and I just let it grow and now is super long and I´m struggling with the ends fusiness and styling in general. Also, none of my previews products that I used to apply when I had short lenght works anymore, they make my hair pretty have. I would like to know a little more about the type of the products that you use to make the styling. It would be an awesome video. Thanks!
