Hi, this is Heather Matthews at Metro design, studio in Chesterfield Missouri, and this is, can you perm thin hair? It'S a question. I get asked a lot and actually perming thin. Hair is a great way to give it some volume and some body. The things you want to consider in any perm is the condition of the hair, not necessarily the thickness. It'S the condition. You need to make sure that you're, starting with healthy hair, if you're starting with damaged hair, the perm, can only make it worse and there's a there's a chance that the perm might not even take it all. I don't recommend perming heavily bleached highlighted hair. There are perms out there that are specially made for highlighted hair, but if your hair is over 70 % highlighted or all-over bleach, then I recommend not perming it other than that. If your hair is healthy, it doesn't matter if you've got three strands of hair. On your head, you can perm those strands as long as they're healthy, and this is. Can I perm my fin here? You
