No, but i was struggling a little bit here. I'Ve used perm rods before, but i always get confused with which way you should roll it and always roll it. The way your twist is going, don't ever roll against the grain. Okay y'all. So at this point, i'm removing all of my perm rods. I just want to let you know. I spent a good two and a half hours under the dryer to get them this dry. I would recommend not doing this style right after you wash your hair. If your hair holds water like mine, does because my hair takes forever to dry anyway, but i hate sitting under the dryer so next time, i'm going to start with mostly dry hair and spritz, my hair with water as needed, and once you remove the perm rods. They should be some cute little bouncy curls. Next, i'm going to take some jamaican black, castor oil and lubricate my hands and the twist before i remove them. So now i'm just gon na break all of the twists apart and then take those individual pieces and break those apart too. Now i'm going to take a afro pick and pick my hair from the roots all the way around to make the afro. You know nice and full and, as you can see, my roots are showing so i'm trying to like camouflage them as much as possible, and you want to make sure you don't pick the hair from the ends, because you don't want to ruin the curls that you Made and there you have it a cute little fro, you can wear on an everyday basis. Honestly, this is how i've been wearing my hair for the past few days and if you stay tuned, i will show you how you can keep this up and make it last for up to four or five days, and so, let's just get into that part. So my background looks different because i was on a little vacation with my family at the time that was my mom, but this is my hair on the second day and um. It was feeling just as soft and it didn't look exactly the same, but it was still cute for second day hair in this next clip. I'M going to show you how i wear my hair to bed and keep it looking good for the next couple of days. I'M basically going to take these elastic bands and divide my hair into sections, and i'm going to do little pineapples. I believe they call it pineapples all over my head to keep the shape of the fro, there's no particular rhyme or reason to how i section the hair off or even where i section the hair off at it's. Just you want to keep that basic shape of the fro. So, however, the fro falls that's kind of where you want to put a ponytail at because when you take them down, you want it to. You know fall back in place whenever i do this. I don't really wear a bonnet or a silk scarf because i feel like it will press down on the hair and basically defeat the purpose of doing this. So i just make sure i have a satin pillowcase and i sleep on that - to protect my hair even further. So here's the next day and i'm basically just removing the elastic bands from my hair and you want to remove them carefully because you don't want them to snag on your hair and pull your hair out, which i don't have too much of a problem with um. But you know if you have sensitive hair, then you just want to be careful with that. Next, i'm going to use my hands to fluff my hair out a little bit. Then i'm going to take my afro pick and pick the hair at the root. Once again, just all over, so those individual parts can come together and be unified, especially for me, since my roots are a different color, just to make sure it's all even and unified girl. This style lasted me four days and i was pretty content with how soft and how good it looked throughout those four days. Even if you have to redo your hair with in the next two or three days, it's still a really easy style to do, and i recommend everyone that has an afro try it, because i really like this technique - and i hope you guys enjoyed this video. Let me know what you think about my hair down below and let me know some things that you do with your afro and i'll see on my next one peace. You
