(Medium Hairstyles) Haircut Tutorial For Layered Length Hair

---What are the best methods when cutting medium length layered hairstyles? Watch how we cut, style and provide a beautiful layered medium haircut.

In this video, Radona takes long damaged hair and cuts it into a cute medium length style with layers. Because of the natural curl in Belle's hair, RaDona used Scruples Smooth Out to help tame down any frizz and curl. You'll want to use a bigger round brush on the natural curly hair to help it dry more straight. Flat iron each section after you dry it.

Hi I'm her daughter for boys and girls. Hairstyles come today, NFL with me, and what we are going to do is chop her hair off. So we wanted to show you guys she's, just tired of the one she just wants. A change. Get rid of the lane Springs coming. That'S always fun to change. Okay. So with this long long, hair, first of all, I would go from the middle of the ear and then just pull this up. Okay, her hair is obviously wet, just not sopping wet. Okay. Now she's gon na put her head down, make sure you just pull this down straight okay. She wants it to about right there so you're going to comb it down. Then I'm going to bring my shares in okay make sure their head stays down. Okay, I just hold the hair down with my comb and then I just winged him up to that guideline. All right, just cut came on this side just hold that down. If the first thing he has really thin hair, you wouldn't need to pull you. Don'T half of it up if there's not enough hair and then just make sure you check both sides, this one's a tiny bit when you see me, take this corner off anyway. So if it is, you know what would that she just had to turn my hair. So I'm taking it into sections that first section now I'm gon na let down the second section again just hold that down! You can see that guide line underneath there. Okay, now this side again spring straight down, follow the guideline. Okay, now this last section with Bill's hair, you know some of the elbow woman just keep it one legs like this and that's great, but she's wanting some ladders into it. So we are going to do some layers also just checking both of these sites. Okay, those match up now for the slides, you're gon na want to tilt their head to the left, make sure their chins not up but just level. Okay, then you're gon na cone, this up or or off to the side, just make sure your fingers come straight across the problem. You'Re gon na have gift if their hands down, then you cut then. Obviously, when you lift it up, it's gon na be shorter. In the front, so that doesn't one thing you want to make sure is: their head is straight: okay, now this fight we're gon na tilt this way. Okay, now what you need to do is check both site. Make sure that they're, both even very good. Now we are going to be later so I'm gon na take this top section here now, where you want to. If you want to see where the layers you know, I'm thinking about they're, just kind of drop, your hand down, and you can see about where they're gon na start weighing so that's about where, where I want wanting the layers so we're gon na start here. Okay, if you want, you can totally section you know vertical if you want. I just follow the guideline that I have and just take sections as I go so depending on how you like to do. That is totally great for these layers. I'M just doing a ninety degree that hair that just fell out right. There is the link, so that means you're not even touching the length which, obviously you don't want to. So what I'm doing is I'm grabbing this other hair to the side of that other section, and then you can see where I cut on the section before that, so it just wings up you go from the ear back. Take all of this section. Up just went cutting into this okay and on these layers, I'm coming I'm not going straight out to cut out and not coming straight back and right in the middle right in between okay. So now this section to start the layers. We hope this up, maybe I'll turn her this way. So you can see even better okay, so we're going to take the sections in this side again just a 90 degree angle. Okay, now again, like the other side, just bite it you're gon na take all that hair up, look straight up degrees and remember this light: it's not straight out not straight that just in between okay, so you can see those letters to that. Okay, now you can take this whole top section. I'M going to hold it straight up, come straight across okay and then this section, all the sections run right up the ear, you're gon na hold straight up and come across and just meet that guideline right there. Okay, straight up again perfect: okay, now bill where's, her bangs, you know up to this site. She likes the length, oh right now so with her sites. What we're going to do is we're just going to trim all this okay. What I'm doing is just barely setting my scissors, you open and close really, not big. You know not hard, just really soft, okay and then this side barely turning that off. Okay and then, when I get about middle here, then that's when I come around this way and go down with my shears again just little just open it a little bit at a time perfect. Now that was a lot of you know if her hair's, pretty heavy. So I'm going to do is hold this up and where you know you can see where that bends. That'S where you want that texture, I'm just gon na take that through not in one spot. I just open my shares through without the strands there. Don'T go. You don't want to hair lane or obviously, in a part, you don't want to do that or even a little homies. You always want to come underneath. Okay, now up through her bangs, just a little bit just gon na, do a little bit throughout it ends there. Okay and the product I'm going to use on bail is from scruples it's smooth out. This is a straight in gel, it has silicon in it, and so it makes it really soft and smooth all through her hair. Then we are going to dry it and then you, okay, now with Beth Harris. You have a lot of curl, so I want to do her beans first just so they go dry. Okay, so they're tight, we're doing to the cloud item else in a minute, but we are going to do this part. First, okay, you know pull this up out of the way I'm gon na. Take this. You know it's my big round brush. Okay, then, here just coming straight down with that: okay little section again, okay, now again, I'm just going to take each piece come down a couple of times, so we have it straight or entertainment here, because we're wanting this to look more straight. Here'S to use a little around brush it would really be curling up. So, okay, sorry we're getting there. Okay, just a flatiron this straight again working our way up. [ Applause, ] you're having it yeah, see. She'S always had one here. So listen to me! Fine new change for her this kind of thing also is it's still. You know going to be easy to pull back. She can get it out of her. You know out of her way if she needs to, but yet it's shortened up, it's a fun cute style and then she just doesn't feel like it's hanging with no style. If your hairy head go ahead and round brush it up and then never give it extra money, okay, this is where I'm getting to her bangs. Just gon na come up and okay now from here on back I'm just going to take sections [ Applause, ]. Okay, now two more sections, then we should be okay. Now, with your hair, since it's so early, I'm going to take a little bit of distortion for my SATs, it's I think I'm just gon na turn it. This way swings here in the mirror, and I'm going to just bring that through this area, put those little flyaways down, okay and then just gon na bring my fingers through her layers, so just kind of pieces. Those out you can see how cute that is with all the layers. It'S really cute lightens up her hair, really nice and soft good haircut for her bangs are just you know just into her side that way, and there we go. Okay, that's a fun turn that for ya, Thanks
