Hi, my name is Madeline and I'm a hair stylist today, I'm gon na be showing you how to do a blow-dry on medium length, hair. The tools you'll need for today are a few Clips, a flat brush and a round brush ask for product. You can use whatever you'd like that controls your hair. The best I like something that'll, give me a little bit of a body and give me control over my hair. So today, I'm using a light gel once you've shampooed and conditioned your hair and your hair is damp. You will apply your product that you prefer now you'll want to comb your product through your hair. Now, with the drying process, always dry your hair about 80 % dry before you start using your tools once you're 80 % dry take a bottom section of your hair right above your nape, and pin that up now that you have your hair pinned up for your First section that you're gon na dry, you're gon na take your paddle brush and when you're doing your blow-dry, you want to comb back and forth. Now that you have your bottom section done, you can also go through with a large round brush starting at the nape lifting upwards and going down to create more volume. Second step you'll want to bring down your mid section, leaving your top crown again. You'Ll. Take your powder brush and do the same motions when it comes to the front part of your hair, I like to use the round brush to create a little bit more volume and a little bit more shape. Now, for your top section, you can bring it down and you'll want to take your paddle brush again and do side-to-side motions, just like we've done in the back. Also to get volume at the crown of your hair. You push your hair backwards and forwards side to side, so you have control over the base of your hair. So this is how you do a blow-dry for medium length: hair thanks for tuning in
