Easy Grecian Braids For Short/Medium Hair

Hey guys,

I don't really have a name for this hairstyle so i'm going for the 'Grecian braids'. It's a really cuter and super easy hairstyle.

Just remember to take small sections whilst braiding!!

Sorry for not posting in so long. I've got loads of tutorials ready to go and i'm working on some fun new ideas, so they should be up soon!!

Hey guys, so today's hair tutorial is one of my favorites. It'S a really easy style that looks quite complicated. It'S really easy to do. All you need to know is: has a Dutch braid and so yeah it's this perfect hairstyle for, like I know, if your hair's a bit greasy or if you're like me, you don't wash it for like three days at a time but yeah so um. No, it's super easy and it's a really great style. So I hope you will enjoy so to start with you're going to need some hairspray at a lended comb or something to put your hair with and a few hair grips and some plastic elastic bands or just regular. However balls. But if you has thinner best have clear, elastics, um, so yeah, so to start with um. If your hair is a little bit greasy like mine, I just give a bit a bit of spray dry. Shampoo I mean I just tend to stick or just stick to the roots. Just work and um dry shampoo is really good for styling hair. Just I dunno it just gives the hair more texture. So, okay, then we want to split it down. The middle. I'Ve been wearing this parting from Oh today, so it's hopefully it should split quite quickly and you want to make is messy or as neat as you like. As you all probably know, I'm quite messy. So I tend to wear my hair. That way, because you know don't give people the wrong impression - and I separate it off so you can freely work through the side without it getting all mixed up there: okay um in the world's most adorable Duchess. What is even, I even know, what's happening life, so we're going to start braiding out and, as I said earlier, we'll be doing a Dutch braid rather than a French braid. So a Dutch braid is just where you take the hair under rather than over, and we want to be doing quite tight, braiding, so taking really small strands of hair because later we'll be pulling apart. And this way, when you pull it apart, it's not going for pletely fall apart, so taking a small top layer close to the parting, you just want to start braiding, Oh actually nope, when I give it a quick spray with hairspray just to kind of give the Hair, a bit more tech open up, make it a little bit more elaborate collaborative and basically that so and then we just want to start braiding so taking the hair under and then picking up a really small strand like that and continuing to braid. So you want to make sure you keep the braids nice and tight, so they don't fall apart and also if you have shorter layers or a fringe like I do it's best to pull it tight. Otherwise, you get bits of your french ticking out and you want to try and keep as close to the scalp as possible, and once you get to the ends, you don't know what you don't want to end here and they go down. You want to get all the way down to the back, so said as we're going. We want to keep as close to the scalp as possible. Okay, if you've missed a bits of hair, just pick them back up so once you've got all of the hair picked up, but you just want to continue to braid to the bottom and spray the ends with the hair spread just so it kind of keeps them And it stops the flyaways and just secure the ends. Okay, ideally you want to go down as far to the bottom as possible. Okay, so now on to the next, remove your dubious looking Bunch so to give it a quick spray, hairspray work that in okay - and you just do the same, so you start with a smaller section at the top of your scalp and then just work. Your way down and then once against brilliance, okay, so I've just replanted this one just because you want the plant to be as far down as possible so anyway, and now we're going to start pulling apart the black. So I want to do and you're not actually going to be putting it apart, of course, so you want to be pulling out and the the side parts so holding down the middle. Just take the side, hold it down and pull it I'll pull the edges. Even so, you can probably see so I'm holding down I'm just bringing out the edges and then once you get to the head is best to press down to the scalp, and this is why we did a tighter plant. So when we start to deconstruct it, it doesn't fall apart, yeah and it's basically kind of one size time rather than doing hot packs. So, as you see, some bits may fall now, if that's the case, just pin them back, I'm into place, okay and then once that's kind of being puffed out to how you like it, give it a quick spray again. Yes, I go through a little pesto and now we want to use our hair grips. So what we'll be doing is we'll you folding the hair across as such, so we do it we'll take the left one and what you do is you take pick up the braid and you just hide it underneath and the save that see. You then pick up over and you hide it underneath again and then you just want to pin to make it secure and there we go. This is the final and anyway, I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Bang
