12 EASY hairstyles for back to school for short, medium, and long hair 2018! In this video i will be showing you how to style your hair without using heat and take under 5 minutes. These hairstyles are perfect for most lengths of hair and are great for straight, wavy and curly hair! These styles are super effortless and you can personalize them to be even messier or super neat and tidy! These styles can be used for school, work, gym, sports, lounging around the house etc.

[ Applause, ], hey guys, welcome back to my channel if you're new here please subscribe that helped me out a lot today. I'M gon na be showing you guys, 12 super easy and quick hairstyles that are perfect for school work going to the gym or just lounging around the house, even though I have short to medium length hair. I think these Styles will look good on short and long hair. I hope you guys really enjoy the video and without further ado, let's get into it. The first hairstyle that I'm gon na be showing you guys is a simple half-up, half-down style. First, you part your hair, starting at your temples, then finger comb, the hair and smooth in any bumps that it may have then you're gon na secure the ponytail using an elastic or scrunchie. If you want more volume, you can flip the ponytail upside down and tease it using upward motions with a comb. Another way to achieve more volume is also by tightening it a little bit at the top. The next hairstyle plays off of this one and it's just switching out the high pony for a top knot. If you have shorter or thin hair - and you want a bigger button, you can use a scrunchie like I did as its base. I wrap the ponytail around the scrunchie and then secure the extra hair with bobby pins for the next hairstyle you're, going to want to part your hair in two sections, starting from your temples. Once again, then you just tie two pigtails. This can be a hairstyle on its own, or you can step it up. A notch, like I did, by adding some space buns [ Applause ] to achieve the buns. I teased both pigtails with the comb and then secure them with bobby pins. Don'T worry if it looks a little bit crazy because we're gon na fix it later [ Applause ], we achieve the buns, I just twist the hair around itself and then secure it with bobby pins. You can make this hairstyle as me or as messy as you'd like, and I think it's just a really fun way to spice things up. The next hairstyle that I'm gon na show you guys are double french braids. These are super easy to do and great for keep being hair out of your face for work or if you want to go to the gym or something like that. First, I section my hair into three pieces and braid them, as you would for a French braid. I braid them all the way down and then secure them with a hair tie after I finished both sides, I like to pull out some pieces of hair just so I don't look bald and it really frames your face in a nice way. The next hairstyle plays off of the last one, and all you need to do is tie another hair tie by your ears or the nape of your neck on both sides. After that, you can untie the bottom tie that you tied in the previous hairstyle and you're left with cute little pigtail braids. Another easy hairstyle that you could do that plays off of this one is just by teasing the pigtails to make buns after you tease both sides. You'Re gon na want to fold them in half and tie them with a hair tie. Don'T worry if pieces fall out because you can always bobby pin them afterwards, like I did after both sides are secured with hair ties. I bobby pin them to my head, so they're not dangling around and then at the end I fix random stray pieces with bobby pins. The next hairstyle I literally did half of my junior year in high school because it was just so quick and easy for this. One you just smoothing out your hair by brushing it out and using your hands and tying it in a low ponytail and securing any stray hairs with a bobby pin. Another hairstyle that plays off of this effortless low pony is a low bun. I try to make the bun a little bit Messier to contrast the smoothness of the front and it's super easy and fast to do. Then I just secure it with a scrunchie and bobby pin the stray hairs. If you're not a sleek hair type of person, then you could always do a messy, ponytail or bun. To achieve this, I leave out my shorter pieces of hair when tying my hair and a low pony bun, you can make this a ponytail or a bun. It just depends on what you prefer. What I do is tie my hair as if it was a ponytail, but on the last loop I stopped the hair half way through. So it's a mix of a ponytail and a bun. The next hairstyle you're gon na section off two high pigtails and tease them with your comb after both sides, are tied up and teased you twist, the hair into buns, just like before. After that, I bobby pin them and secure them to my head and add scrunchies to add a little bit more fun to the hairstyle and to tidy up these stray hairs. You can use plain hair ties or scrunchies, it's all up to you, but I think it'd be super cute to match it with your outfit for the next hairstyle, I'm just bringing some texturizing spray into my hair. You can use a beach wave spray or a gel. Whatever you prefer and what I like to do is scrunch up my hair to make beach looking waves. Last hairstyle is literally the one I wear in every single video. All I do is part my hair in the middle and tuck my hair behind my ears. It'S super easy and it just gets the hair out of my face. So that's why I do it. That'S all for today's video.
