The hair does come really really soft, it doesn't come with the funky smell or anything like that. It does come layered and curled, and i feel, like you, just got ta play around in this wig and make it work for you boo. I do have this wig in the style short layered. I did have a little bit of minor shedding, but nothing worth getting mad about it's.
