In today's video guys, i'm going to be showing you how to put your synthetic hair into a bob wig guys. You don't have to throw your synthetic hair away if the teeth start getting fizzy or if you start getting tangly or salt or getting old. All you need to do is just cut it off and turn it into a bob wig, and today i'm going to be featuring no other than this. My wig guys. I'Ve had this week for about four or five months. Now i have a video of this wig on my channel. It'S a basic synthetic wig. I got for about 10 pounds and i've won this week a couple of times now and i think it's time to let go of the length and turn it into a bulb cut, so guys, i'm just gon na jump into the video and guys if you haven't Subscribed to my channel, yet i don't even know what you're doing like seriously. So i'm going to be using this wig and i'm going to be showing you guys how to cut into a, but first we need to comb this hair out and detangle it and guys. I do not have time to start stretching this wig and doing all of that. You know hot comb and everything, so i'm just gon na go ahead and do the hot water method and then bone straight is and i'm going to go ahead and cut it into a bob cut. The first thing you're going to do is to actually pour hot water on this wig to turn it into a bone straight guys, i'm going to go behind this camera and do that only because i do not want this video to be long, and i have videos On how i straighten my quality synthetic hair into bone straight, so i'm just gon na link those video on this video. So you can check it out while checking it out. I'M just going to quickly go ahead and straighten this wig and i'll be right back to show you guys how i caught my bob wig all right guys, so i've gone ahead and put the wig in the water go ahead and quickly dry. It! I don't want to put this on my hair, so i'm just going to do it right here and i'm definitely concentrating on the top beads, because i'm cutting a bob. So i don't need all of the hair from here down. So i'm just going to concentrate to dry it from here to here. Okay, guys, it's not working now for me, so i'm just going to put it on my mannequin here and then i'll do that. Do i actually went ahead and dried everything i knew. I said i was going to concentrate on the top bait, but i definitely went in and dried everything because i wanted to see like how sleek this wig will look and mind you guys. I haven't added anything: no conditioner, no um, um shampoo, no, nothing! I just put it in pure hot water, and then i brought it out dried it with my hand dryer, but if i'm definitely going to be using this hair as a sponge straight, i won't be trying with hand dryer, it's always better to air dry it. So now i'm just going to take it off the mannequin head, put it on my head and show you guys how this actually looks before we call it into a bone straight wig. Like really are you guys seeing this? It looks really sleek like it looks so flat. I think i can basically just rock this wig looking like this, but you know why we're here we're here to finish some wig yeah and we're definitely gon na. Do that so yeah, i'm just gon na go off and um i'll definitely come back to show you guys how to cut a bob wig but yeah. Basically, this is how it's looking so far, okay guys. So this is how straight and flat the hair looks um. Just by putting it into hot water and i'll just go ahead and show you guys how i cut this hair into a bob wig, the center part kind of look funny because it used to be a side part, or rather it is a side part wig. So it looks a bit funny but yeah by putting it into water. This is how sleek and nice it came out, so i'm just gon na um put it back on the mannequin head. I just wanted to show you guys how slick the hair came out. That'S why i put so i'll just go ahead and put it back on the mannequin head and then we're gon na cut cut it. Yes, okay, let's go all right guys, so there is no easy way to do this, so i just put my mannequin head on the table and the hair is so long all the way down, but because i'm gon na be walking around this pace, it's okay! That'S why i positioned the camera that way, so you can see what i'm doing very well, so you have to brush the hair. The key to cutting a perfect bob cut is to comb the hair very well brush it and make sure that all of the hair are in place for when you cut the bulb now, as you can see, i'm brushing the hair all the way back, not in Front and not straight forward, because i really want to cut a drop front. Bob wig now you're going to use a tiny ribbon or a string just to make sure that you catch the hair all in one place before cutting the bob. And i'm doing this method. Because it is the easiest beginners friendly how to cut a bob method by tying it up and cutting up below where you've tied it. So i'm using these two strings of rubber band and i'm going to make sure i tie it as tightly as possible, making sure that all of the hair are all in place for when i cut the bow now once it's all tied up, you can only do This tied to the back mater if you're cutting a drop front bulb a drop front bulb, is one that the front of the wig or the front of the bulb is kind of like longer than the back. So that's what i'm cutting and that's! Why i'm? Bringing all of the wig to the back and tying it that way now you're going to position it very well, pull it down, make sure that they are all in sync and they are all looking straight to you remember guys you can never get a perfect bob Cut but you can cut and then go into it to straighten it up. So the next thing is your scissors and you're just going to cut below where it's been tied, so don't cut above it cut below. Some people might want to cut above it, but it's better for me to cut longer and then trim it to this length that i want then to cut it shorter and panicking. You know getting the wrong cord and then going into it to you know, cut cut cut until it's. You know extremely short, so here is the cot, and this is how it's looking exactly the way i want it. The back is shut and the front is dropped down long now you can see those little short hairs in the middle. It'S practically normal when you're cutting this made out of bob. So all you need to do now is brush it and then go into it and start trimming all of the rough hairs in inside cut all of the hair out and make sure that it's all trimmed out all looking perfect. All looking nice or looking straight for a bob caught like i said before, you can never get a perfect bulb caulk, but you can get something closer to that, so you just have to keep going in keep combining trimming it, making sure that it's the perfect size That you want, as you can see, i'm going in with my scissors and i'm trying to level those cords up. You know level it up, make sure that it doesn't look rough or all of the hairs are perfect in the same place. So that's why i did and um after that you're basically done yeah like really it's as simple as that, you just make sure that you trim it up, make sure that everything looks perfect and when you're satisfied with what you've done, you can go ahead and comb. It down make sure that all of the tiny hairs are out of a and then voila that's how to call a long bob cut now. This is a drop down front cord. So that's why the back is shorter and the front is longer so basically, this is how to cut your bob cut. So, let's just go into it and start doing all of the things um. All of the other things like um stretching this hair, because, yes guys, you need to have like a seamless, bobcot um, make sure that you um use your hot iron or whatever to just like press down the hair. Make it very sleek make sure that all of the hair in place - and i love to use my hot comb, but on a very low heat, it depends on how much heat your synthetic hair can take. So if your synthetic hair can take a lot of heat, they are really nice synthetic hair hook, which can take really good um amount of heat. You can go ahead and use like 260 or 230, but i'm using the lowest in this video, because this synthetic is a pretty basic one. It doesn't take that much heat, so i just went in again and tried to like trim all of those um tiny hair popping out just trim them up, make sure that they are all perfect and, as you can see, it's close to perfect. But it's not perfect. Yeah we can work with that. Definitely so i'm going in with my whole comb again just to make sure that the top is flattened. It'S not um like bulky and all of that so yeah, that's what i'm doing with my um hot comb right here and after that, i'm gon na go in with my flat iron just to bob that tape, just just on very low heat. I kind of put too much heat on this one. It'S looking like um, it's going to burn it, so i was a bit scared, but it didn't burn in so just go in and try to like bob the tip as you straighten from the top. When you get to the tip just bob it just kind of like curve your hands in and not out, except you want your wig to look like it's toned outside you have to do it inside, like um cover it in and not outside. So, basically, that's what i did and literally that's everything with this video i'll. Just let you enjoy the rest of the video, but, as time goes on, i keep going in um when i put it on my head, and i saw that it wasn't really as perfect as i would like it to be. I kind of like went in, and still you know, did more of the um trimming and more of the carving just making sure that the hair went on nice but yeah. Basically, this is how it looks. You can tell me that this doesn't look good. This is how it's looking right now but mind you we're not done, but this is how it tastes. It looks so cute, but i kind of think it's a bit long, so i'm just gon na put it on my head and if it needs any trimming i'll go ahead and do it on my head. So let's just go. Do yes, i am definitely going to do some baby hair because you know guys i can't finesse this hair. To my satisfaction, i can't deliver to my satisfaction without a baby hair. So, like i always said, a baby hair would distract how um synthetic a hair is. So yes, anytime any day, sign me up for some really good old baby hairs, so i'm definitely going to be using the baby hairs that was with this hair um. At the initial install i did install this hair and i cut out some baby hair when i was doing it so i'll definitely add a little bit more and i'm going to go ahead and lay this baby hair mind you guys today's not that day today is Definitely not that day that baby has decided to kind of like obey. So i struggled a bit um trying to lay this baby hair. I was a bit confused. I even looked confused because i really don't know what i was doing but yeah. I basically just you know, did whatever and i was like you know what it's good enough. I just needed to like distract the fact that this is a synthetic hair. If you know what i mean so i went in and used my styling mousse and i just put up all over the hair and then i'm gon na go ahead to use my flat iron just to make sure that that hair is slickly laid. If that's a word like that, okay, so i just went in and pressed the middle of the hair down just to make it flat, and then i went on to like cough the bulb more because, what's a bulb without a cough that actually rhymed. So i went in and did the bulb just to bob it. You know like curve the tip a bit, give it a slick bump at the tip and remember guys. You really need to do this when you're cutting your bulb, because that's what makes it a bulb. Wig, um, okay, so i'll just i'm just going to say this so right now you won't really see the beauty of this bulb because of my color um. The dress i'm wearing is not really, you know showing this hair, but i'm gon na make like i'm gon na i'm gon na change. My clothes and i'm gon na show you how this hair really really really looks, because it looks so gorgeous like the bulb came out so cute. I actually love um kind of like the drop down in front, and that was why i did the tie to the back melted. If i really wanted it to be straight bob. You know like this straight bob called what you do is cut it in layers, so you're, just gon na um, like kind of like divide the hair into two tight on both sides like this and then you're just gon na cut it. But this method is the simplest way to cut a bob wig from a long hair. So yeah, i'm really really really loving the color of this wig and you see the way it drops down. It'S looking really really cute, like i don't even know i don't know like. Can you say it's so gorgeous guys, i'm just gon na go ahead change my dress, because i need to wear something with an off shoulder, so you guys can see how the hair really drops and then yeah. I will come back and show you how it looks. All right guys, so this is the final look of this hair um. I kind of went on and changed my dress yeah, because um, the other dress, wasn't showing the style of the card. So this is the kind of cool idea it's kind of like going downward and then the back is um short cut and then the long one in front but yeah. So basically, this is how everything is guys. This is exactly how you should cut your blonde cut or bob cut just make sure that you tie it, and then you cut it below where you tied, and you would definitely get that perfect. Look to me.
