Short Pixie Wigs And New Reading Glasses

Good morning, hello, beautiful this is lady melva, your wig designer uh, to my younger subscribers, hey nicey, to my more mature subscribers, hey girl, what you doing and this morning y'all i haven't been on in a while uh. Let me get this hurt. My hackers uh miss me ever trying to be cute um i haven't been on in a while. Uh today is monday uh, the monday after thanksgiving. I hope everybody had a good thanksgiving. I hope you didn't eat too much. I did, of course, but i took off work today. Yes, ma'am, i did, i sure, did i sure, did um now i put in for two weeks ago that way you can get paid um i can get paid for you know the holidays, because we were closed. Uh that thursday and friday, so i put in a request to be off today and it ain't nothing like. Let me tell you let me say something before we get into what i'm going to get into uh. It ain't nothing like being off on a monday and i think i'm still uh spoiled y'all. Let me see if i'm recording, yeah, okay, it's nothing like being off on a monday. I think i'm still spoiled from um when i was a beautician uh. As some of you know, some of you may not know and subscribe to my channels and, like my videos, you guys uh into the my to my subscribers, hey girl, um. I forgot i was gon na say. Let me think about it. Okay, anyway um, as some of you know there, it is some of you know, you may not know i was a licensed uh cosmetologist. I did hair for 26 years before i retired in um doing hair. I still design wigs um, but i just do that like on the side. So anyway, uh and, as you know, uh most beauticians are closed on uh mondays, because we work on saturday. So i think i'm still spoiled on um love being off on a monday. I'D rather be out for the monday than a friday, and i know right because on friday at work, i'm hyped, i'm hyped, i'm hyped on fridays at work um, especially with this payday. You know what i'm saying: okay and um. If you don't know, i work at a child uh, a child care center uh in uh, jinx and um. Maybe i should have said that, but anyway i ain't doing none illegal, okay, uh and i ain't saying nothing crazy um. When i work at a child care. Uh facility um and i've been there. I'Ve been there three years. Yes, i've been there three years and um. I went and got my cda and you know what i'm saying so. That'S that's uh, what's been doing, um, what's what's been going on in my life, okay, um y'all come first of the year your girl about to be 49. baby, and you know i think i heard like uh, some people used to say a 49 and fine all Right well, yeah, i think i'm fine! You know, i think, i'm fine anything. She fan. Oh girl, miss beverly, she okay, but uh. If you're looking at this little number, i got on right here. This is one of um, our wigs from our pixie wig collection. This is well, this is a wig i've been wearing, but this is one of our one of our weeks a week that that we have made this is a hella beautiful week and i just recut it and uh matter of fact. I think the video the last video um, the last video that i made i had this week on and i just went in and and cut her up and made her kind of a little more jazzier and man this week is so set you guys. I love excuse me when i say i love i love this week. I really do i love it. Let me uh give you a little profiling return. Let me get that neck up and give you that side profile. This is the left, um. Okay. This is obvious. Obviously, the front - and this is the right side - the neck up - and this is the back - if i can, you can see that, but i showed it in the other. I just wanted to show you uh how good it lays okay and um. On my on my wig on my short wigs, i installed a a thin uh band on my wig, not not on the weeks that we sell, because i really don't want to talk as a wig uh seller. I want to talk as a wig bro, i'm speaking as a weak word today, not a not a week, uh selling, if you like this little number i got on this - is a long dress and it is faith going out going down it like that, and this Is a dress i got from um. I love that olive green y'all uh. I don't know if my camera is picking up on it where a computer is picking up on it or not, and it's a long dress. It has pockets and everything. It'S very very, very comfortable, very pretty and i'm gon na pair it up with some um with some little teeny shoes um my little tan. They they tan in pink and uh white uh, coach, tina shoes, but it's kind of cute, though the tan look, because you know sometimes tan can look kind of olivey a little bit. You know what i'm saying. So it's cut it kind of looks cute, even though the teeny shoes are 10 uh like a fuchsia and and white, you get what i'm saying so anyway, get it off there a little bit, but it's okay. Let'S jump back on um! I wanted to show you well. First of all, i wanted to show you this week and i wanted to show you uh, because i'm going to tell them what this is going to be: titled y'all ain't, no ain't, no telling what it's going to be titled! There'S! No telling what this is gon na be title, i don't even know all i knew was. I was gon na make a video today i said i'm off my don't make a video and but i i wanted to enjoy my morning of not getting up going to work. I had to be at work at seven and i just wanted to just lay around this morning and watch my videos, okay and that's what i wanted to do, but so i had to go to the grocery store and i'll make um. Of course, you know, after all, that turkey and stuff honey, i just want a hamburger. I'M just gon na make a hamburger today, honey make a hamburger and some homemade a bacon cheeseburger and a homemade fries. That'S what i'm gon na make today for dinner. I'M sure the hubby appreciate that, after all that turkey and dressing honey - but it was so good - it was so good y'all. I said it so good. I'Ve seen it, but anyway, let me show you um this. I am working on uh, a wig for a a customer and uh. She just has. She has some hair, some curly hair and she wanted to know she wanted to know if i could make it so, even though we don't, we don't put um long, hair wigs on our site, because we are not a long hair um, we company anymore, we do Uh pixie styles: we do short styles only, but if someone wanted me uh to make them a wig, then then i will you again, i'm saying like locally like locally okay, but i'm really on here to say: um, i resize the cap because i don't have any Any um like small caps um, so what i did was i took a medium cap and then i sized it down because her head is like small okay. Even though this is a 22 inch uh head, her head is is um. It'S rather smells like an average. Like an average size, but i went in and sized it down and maybe one day i'll, do a a uh tutorial on that on how to resize caps on how to resize uh caps. Take a cap in take. Take it in okay, it's very, very simple, very simple! When i finally uh worked on that a couple of some years back when i um went in and resized a cap and that's what i would do when i didn't have like a medium cap in or somebody needs a really really uh custom, custom, wig and and She she's she's kind of particular about how her her cap fit. So i said: well, that's fine! Okay, i'll go in and and re re re read, not reconstruct resize the cap and then make the wig okay, but i'm kind of i'm kind of slow at it. She don't need it. She wanted it before christmas. Hey huh today is november 29th. So i'm doing i think i resize the cap at work on my lunch break. Uh pin the closure that it ain't even sold on yet, and i think i'm gon na do that at work tomorrow and maybe this weekend, if i feel like it, i sold in a couple of tracks and so on and so forth. That'S how we gon na do that and this week i think i had it on in the last video also see one thing about. I have i love. I love uh and i've always been like that. I'Ve always been like that um i love to re-style. I love to re-style my wigs and cut them and do all kind of stuff, and this was a wig i had on also in the last video and i've re-uh restarted, re-cut re-cut this one - and this is very pretty on this. It'S pretty hard matter of fact. I might i might, i think, i'll show you out there. I think i'll show you out there and i want to show you another wig that i had also. So i guess i don't know hey, let's see here, let's uh, let me scoot this closer and uh. Now y'all know i'm not taking my wig off on camera, so i will be um right back. Let me make sure i don't turn you off like. I normally do. Oh y'all, i forgot to show y'all something, but i'll show you in a minute um i'll, be right. Back! Okay, uh before i get her, i was trying to see. Was i rolling, but i'm rolling? Okay um! I just plopped her on. I ain't got no comb. Yeah i left my comb in my in my room so and i'm sitting here with all this stuff yeah. I need to clean up my little my little area. I mean this girl. I got jail just all kind of stuff sitting on this table, but anyway and i'm not showing you but anyway this is uh a new little number and i have i call myself re-styling it, but i'm i said i don't i don't. I don't like that way. So i put it back on how i put it back, how i had it. I mean it was like really really cute and i just added that little flip in there, because i was gon na, have it kind of flipped, but i had changed my mind. So i mean i'm in the process of putting it back um like the way i originally stouted, and this is that lace top uh wig this that man back when i was in my day back in the day when i flipped it up but yeah. This is uh, i don't have my combs and i'm just gon na put it down like that, because i'm not wearing this wig, i'm wearing the other one that i had on and uh. Let'S see here, i'm not gon na. Do it up all good like that, but here's the side, let's start with right, uh front, obviously other side and uh back okay and like i said this is just the other week that i had oh i'm just i just restarted cut it down and just kind Of just restart it so, but she she was bad y'all. She was bad. I just caught myself because hey i'm a stylist at heart, so i can't help but, like i always restab my i always reach down my wigs and stuff cuz. That'S what i did with my real hair. It was always a different style. I always i was. I get tired of the same um look or whatever, even though it'll be the same. Look i have to just. I have to do something it's just in my blood. I'M sorry it's in my blood y'all. I can't help it and let me show you this other week um. This is my lace front, wig uh that i just cut. I just cut it and made it a short wig, but if this was a long wig, i think it was about about 12 inches, and so i cut it so, and this is the way i have to glue down, i haven't, i haven't removed uh the glue, Yet so it's still glue on there, so i'm gon na show you also how this wig looks on okay and, like i said um, i have to glue this one down so hopefully it shows up right, because i have to glue that one down but hold on Just a minute - and i will show you this wig on - give me one second, okay, here's this one and, like i said, um i've. Normally i glues this one down, so i can't really get her. How i normally wear her, but she is really cute. I really really like her. I really like her because it's off my face - and it just looks really cute but, like i said i have to glue her down. So let me let me hold this part and kind of do it like a style like i'd, be having it but she's, really pretty. She is she. She really is, even though y'all probably like what and thought messiness, but really really really she's really pretty on. Let me see if i can get her, i mean anything, he ain't doing it, no justice y'all, it's not doing it any any any any justice. I shouldn't even showed you i would have. I would have to show this on uh while i have it glued down, but but anyway, okay, you get the you get you kind of get the idea of how it's supposed to look okay of how it's supposed to look, because it's kind of going over like That, okay, i mean this, is it i don't? Even it's not even looking nothing like it's supposed to look y'all, but that looks so mad. It feels a mess, but anyway you get it. You get it. How supposed to? Maybe you don't? I don't know because i should i'm confused too but too bad. I don't know how to edit honey, because this part will be edited out, but anyway here's here's the uh, the right i mean the left. Okay, this is the left uh. This is the front obviously and uh, like i said, y'all. I really wish i could show y'all this week. I really do, but it's not glued down so, and this is the uh. This is the right side. Okay and let me get that down - and this is the back - and hopefully you can you know just just hey use your imagination - i don't know, use your imagination, but i want to show you all something y'all. Oh, i wish i could show y'all this wig, but i can't yeah. Let me show y'all what i don't even want to show these with this wig on. But let me show it anyway: maybe i'll make the wig look cute honey! Wait! No look what i can see better anyway, good i'll, be shooting blind without my glasses on y'all. Look what i found on amazon and i'm i'm putting my other wig on y'all. Oh! No! I'M too shabby on this side. I can fake the phone for you real, quick. Let me see my little see my little burns and stuff be uh. I kind of had him down a little bit but honey. Oh, i love it. I love these glasses and i like that in this week i have it like it's like a bad head when i glue this wig that i love love, love, love. I love waking up because i don't have to um put my wig on. You know what i'm saying, because i sleep in a bonnet when i don't when i don't sleep in my wig, so it's like i wake up um. You know what i'm saying cute you get. What i'm saying you know i woke up like that. You know i. I love that i love them. Let me put this other wig on see with them sides down like this see you can kind of get the um get the feel on how to look okay. I look like irene baby, my grandma hold on hold on y'all. Okay, let me get my combs in y'all, let's see here, hopefully i'm recording, because i can't see - let's see, yeah, okay, all right. So having that having having a weird going um off my face is really nice up, because i don't have to deal with her in my eye. You know what i'm saying. Sometimes it's just i got to have a wig uh, that's going off my face. I love it even though i love bangs too, even though i love bangs too. I got that little too funky hold on y'all, get my wig back right. Let'S get her back right, put my glasses and tell you what my brother-in-law said. My brother-in-law said, i was sure my sister named these these glasses and i said how they look, how they look brother. He said um because he talked like that. He said um kind of got that sound from the sun. I said i think about you, brother-in-law. Then you try to clean it. I said: don't clean it up! You ain't got to clean it up, but girl ain't them. Cute, hey, honey! Yes, yes, i've been wanting some of these glasses y'all. You can see what you want to see. You'Re probably saying, but i'm saying yeah i've been wanting some i'll be walking these. I can oh, that is too that is so cute. Yes, yes, and here lately, i've been looking at some um a couple of weeks that i wanted to uh try on, because i not you know not only you know do i want to wear. You know my my brand. I want i like other brands too. So i've been i've been kind of scoping. This other wig out that it's a it's a synthetic one and uh it's it's a style that i would like. You know what i'm saying: that's something that i would attempt to make. So i'm waiting on that to come in i'm waiting on that to come in also, but yes love it love it love it i'll, get y'all. So yeah. You know something set on this camera. I'M not! I'M not gon na do y'all like that. But let me tell y'all, i'm telling my bag, my bad uh. Kid said at the uh at the daycare they said. Uh miss mother has her eyebrows girl, kids, so silly they stay so silly. They so silly they so silly, but i do laugh laughed. I laughed at them because they know miss melvin, they know miss melvin. They know she don't even care what they say. They know it. So let me get on offer here, even though i feel like i ain't talking about nothing y'all, it was something else i wanted to show, but i saved that for another video, this video already long, it's already long and when i, when i put when i uh, Decide to uh watch this week, get all the glue out of there. That'S the only thing i hate about uh human hair, human hair, wigs that you have to glue down because you have to you have to wash it all the time. You know what i'm saying synthetic when you you just pick off the glue and and uh you know with some alcohol or something, and maybe rinse that part out and just and you ain't got ta do all that, but with human hair you got ta kind of You got ta watch it because you're gon na have the alcohol in it and it's dry as it and all this work that you got ta do so, even though i'm not going to make um synthetic uh short wigs and then again i may i know me. I know me once i get a hold of something i make it myself that that's. That'S me, that's that's! I can't help it it's in my blood. I can't help it. I i'll make it if i think i can make it i'll make it so, but anyway, let me get on off of here.
