I Tried To Melt A $80 Wig This Is What Happened | Pixi Cut Curly Bob Lace Wig | No Work Needed

Hey guys pixie cut wigs have become one of my favorite hairstyles and i'm so excited to be doing another video featuring a pixie cut wig. So let's get right into it all right guys. So this little cute pixie cut wig is from door hair. The pixie cut curly wig is not new to my channel. I love this look, it's a very simple natural, looking wig and anybody can achieve a beautiful wig install with this type of wig. This wig, i want to say, is eight inches but check the description bar below the lace is a little too light, so i am going in with some face powder and just tinting the lace a little bit, and once you get your wig in the mail, you Will notice that the curl pattern is way tighter, but once you wash the hair and you do like a little bit of plucking to the hairline which is optional, you will then loosen up the curls in this wig and the curls will be more defined. Once you add water or product to the hair, beautiful wig, so now i'm just taking a hot comb and i'm just pressing out the hairline, because i want it to look very smooth and pressed out. So when it comes to curly wigs, i think curly. Wigs look better with baby hairs, but i mean i bet y'all like look sis you put baby hairs on all your wigs, so we'll need one to hit it. But honestly, i think curly hair looks better with baby hairs and especially with this look being so short. I want to make sure my hairline is like on point with having such a short wig, so i'm going in and i'm just sectioning off um, where exactly i want my baby hairs to be, and i'm going in with the got7 glue, hair gel and i'm just Putting that down on the baby hair so that it doesn't go back into the hairline and, as you can see, when you press out your hairline, you also get a better idea of where you want your baby hairs to be and how it's going to swoop back Into the hairline so yeah before you move on to the styling part with getting your hair wet, make sure you have your hairline covered so that your hairline doesn't mess up in the process of wetting the hair. So right now, i'm just going in with the water. I'M not doing a part on this wig. I think this wig looks better like just straight back type of situation, so i'm going in with some water and my favorite curling hair product, which is the garnier fructis curling cream. I actually use this on my natural hair. As well - and i'm just going to put this all over honey, i am very heavy-handed, so i am really going in with this product. I love it though, and then i'm also going to follow up with some hair mousse and that's going to give me like this wet look, but my hair will be completely dry. I love hair mousse on curly hair by the way in case you didn't know, and since i'm not doing like any type of parting on this wig and i'm just wearing it more so straight back. I am just playing around with the curl placement, because once this hair dries, i do not want to be rubbing my fingers through the curl patterns whatsoever, because i don't want to disrupt the curls. Nor do i want the hair to become frizzy, so i'm just making sure i lay the hair exactly where i want it to be. Fluffing it out and just making sure product is on every strand. Like i said before, child i am very heavy handed with product, especially on curly hair. So let me do my thing honey, so it took about 15 minutes for my hair to completely dry, which is pretty much expected for this type of wig. With the density and length on it, i am going to cut my lace off now. I do prefer to do my baby hairs, while the lace is on just makes the process a little bit more easier for myself. You can do whatever floats your boat, honey, okay and um yeah. I mean i put on makeup before i do my wig so like doing baby hairs can get really messy, so i just like to just do it on the lace and then just cut around the baby hairs on the lace pixie cut. Wigs are so fun, especially the curly wigs. So, as you can see here, i'm just taking my hand and i'm fluffing out the curls, i'm not running my fingers completely through the hair, because again i do not want to frizz the curls. Nor do i want to disrupt the curls, so i'm just taking my fingers and just kind of pulling the hair in the direction of where i want it to be, and i'm using my fingers to pull it from the root of the wig. If that makes sense. So yeah and the reason why this wig looks wet is again because of the hair mousse, which i love to apply on my curly pixie wigs. It just gives off that natural look, and this is what the wig looks like you know a full front and back yes, giving completely natural vibes. This wig is just so pretty. I love these type of styles they're, so cute simple and easy and they're the perfect summer. Wigs like curl, get into it such a fun look, but anybody can pull off a pixie wig, but the most important thing is your hairline.
