I Tried A Headband Wig For The First Time| Divasis Hair

This is going to be the best winter hairstyle, because, if you're, transitioning or you're doing protective styling, this is like the best thing honestly for you to use, because all your hair is tucked back. I have ever come across, there's no glue if you're someone who doesn't like gluing your wigs down. This is perfect. For you, there's no glue, there's no lace! This is what my hair looks like before. I do have like a little blunt bob going on that, i'm obsessed with with some curtain. Bangs um. I love love love, but this is what my hair looks. Like before we're gon na try the headband wig for the first time, i'm really excited i've never tried a headband wig before i've been wanting to try this out from the very beginning when they first launched them. But i just didn't - i don't know guys there's so many websites, i just don't know um, but divas has hooked me up because now we get to try it out for the first time and i'm so excited so guys. I have been looking for a way for me to protective style, my natural relaxed hair um without having to put any heat on it. I'Ve also been looking for a hairstyle, that's low maintenance, because i, like things that are low maintenance, i'm high maintenance, but i like things that are low maintenance. I don't like doing stuff that requires a lot of effort in regards to my hair, because i'm really trying to grow out my hair. Now i've been wearing it short for like a year, but i've been wanting to find a protective hairstyle. That is low maintenance, easy for me to do. It'S super quick and manageable and yeah. It just takes no time because guys i have to wake up really early for work, and i just need something convenient so when they reached out to me to send me this headband wig. I was over the moon because it just looks like something that is just gon na, be so convenient and it's right up my alley. So let's try it out so yeah. I really like red on my skin tone and i'm an aries, and it is known if you're in aries, that we like black white gray and red, and that is literally the color scheme, that i live by black white, gray and red. If you saw my flat in uni, you all know that my whole aesthetic was black white gray and red no joke um, so yeah. This is like perfect, like they, they they really ugh, even with my short hair. Okay, this looks a bit crazy right now, but even with my short hair, this is a vibe. They also sent me a cute little comb, i'm obsessed with this. This is gon na, come with me everywhere, like i'm literally gon na throw this in my bag. At the end of this video, because i can literally just comb my hair everywhere, i go. I love combs like this. You can like guys just throw it in your bag and go like it's that simple. They gave me some wig cap. They also sent me a edge brush, which looks like this. They sent me a cute cute cute cute monochrome, um little pouch, i'm literally gon na keep this pouch and i'm gon na use it for all my accessories. It comes with another scarf that you can also use to do your headband. This color scheme is everything like this is so pretty. This is. This is literally like what you need for the summer, i'm not even joking. They gave me a cute hair tie. This is so cute you guys this. This is so cute and it's black and white, and they also gave me a little clip. Let me open it up, oh guys, let me hold on oh guys, i'm in the office. I can't take your call right now. Oh, i'm obsessed, i'm obsessed so everything i'm gon na use to do this because i've never applied this before is i'm gon na use a hair tie i'm going to use their uh wig cap. If you have silky straight hair like me, you need this. Regardless of what wig you are using, you need this because it's literally going to slide off it's that simple. It'S going to slide right back trust me! I'Ve been there. I'Ve done that and you're going to be spending the whole night trying to readjust what shouldn't even be adjusted in the beginning. Like yeah, you need this. I'M going to use a boar bristle brush, i'm also going to use their little edge brush. So cute i'm going to use a clip and i'm going to take my got to be glued hair gel to glue my edges. I have really like long stubborn edges, and this is the only thing that proper lays my edges down. Like i've tried eco styler, i'm not really a fan of it because it makes my edges white. It definitely makes my edges flaky the next day the same day. If i accidentally do this, it turns white and it doesn't even hold the way that i want it to hold. So i'm going to use this because this is literally the only thing and the best thing for me and last but not least, you're going to need your headband wig. This is what mine looks like i've got it in this silky straight texture, i'll, leave the link to this exact one down below this is in 20 inches. This feels big from root to tip. I love thick hair. It'S super glossy, it's shiny, it's so soft. I feel like this is not going to tangle at all. This doesn't give me tangling, i'm not getting any shedding like this hair is so nice if you like, wigs that are thick from root to tip you're really going to like this, because, typically with like most brands, i find that the longer the hair, the thinner, the Hair gets at the ends. That'S typically, why i i try to stay away from like 22 23. Sometimes i just stick to 18, because if it's shorter, it's you're guaranteed for it to be a bit thicker and fuller, but the longer it is the thinner and wispier it gets. So the fact that this is a 20 inch wig and the ends don't look like they're struggling like they look super thick. They look super full. They feel full and healthy. They don't look fried they don't have. This hair has no split ends in it, like everything is just right. That says a lot like devases, i'm really impressed and we ain't even started yet, but i'm really really really impressed like whoa. So first thing i'm going to do is i'm going to take my hair tie and i'm just going to put my hair in a bun. I feel like because my hair is really short. That'S all i need to do so. I'M just going to place her in a bun like this doesn't need to be neat or anything like that. I'M going to take the wig cap, like i said, if you have silky straight hair like me, you need this. Okay, your wig is going to slide back. Otherwise, if you don't have one, please believe me: it's happened so many times on nights out and i've spent the whole night adjusting the position of my wig next thing. I'M going to do is i'm going to redefine my edges, so i'm just gon na undo this bit here just like that and then i'm just gon na place her on as you would. It'S got three combs. So it's got one here. It'S got one here and it's got one at the back as well, so this is gon na be super secure. I feel like once you comb it in and stuff it's not gon na move um, so yeah, let's just apply it. Oh. That feels really tight. That feels really tight. Oh lord yeah, this wig is not gon na go anywhere. This wig is not gon na go anywhere. I promise you this feels so tight. Now, i'm going to take my clip, i'm just gon na clip the rest of the hair up here. Like that and then taking these little velcro pieces here, so it has the band here and then it's got like a velcro on the end of it. I'M just going to take it and put it behind my er like that, and then i'm going to wrap it around. So you can see my edges and oh hello. Oh that was so wait is that it is that we hold on wait a minute. Wait a minute wait, a minute: i'm gon na take this comb this brush and i'm gon na this looks like my hair. What this looks like my you guys saw that right. This literally took me three minutes to do two minutes. If that, like a minute and a half, this was so easy to do like this was so fast yeah guys. This was like so fast. This actually took me three minutes. Wait. We need to try this headband. We need to try the headband. Let me put this on real quick, oh hold up, oh hold up hold up, hold up, wait a minute. I think what guys this is so cute. This is so cute guys. This is so cute. This is going to become my new hairstyle. I'M gon na be wearing this wig a lot i can already tell this is gon na, be like my new go-to wig guys. All my hair is protected. Everything is in the wig right now. This wig is secure, she's not going anywhere. I can let my edges breathe, i can let it take a break. This is like going to be my new favorite hair. Like i'm, not even joking, i don't need to put heat on my hair when i've got this. I like this is insane. This is. This. Is just wow like i'm looking at myself in the mirror and in the viewfinder, and i just can't believe like how we transformed in like two minutes like wig, who this looks like my hair wait i need to put on some earrings. Let me put some earrings now we're talking now we are talking guys. This is giving me our leo vibes. This is giving me 1990.. This is great for me because i love having my hair down, but i hate having hair in my face. I don't have any hair in my face. Everything is pulled back, my edges are breathing. It doesn't feel like it's ripping or pulling any of my hair. It just feels nice and snug. It doesn't feel like it's going anywhere plus if you have a headband on top, it's definitely not going to go anywhere. This is beautiful, but yeah. No, i'm in love. I'M obsessed - and i know you guys will be obsessed too. It was super easy to apply super easy to do, takes no time at all, you're done in literally two minutes like who doesn't want to have the hair done in two minutes. You tell me like it's just so simple and with there being flexibility and stuff that you can do like it's just so simple, like i'm typically going to wear mine like this, because this is just this is typically how i would wear this wig anyway. There are so many hairstyles that you can do this big half up, half down i've seen i've seen people do it with like little curtain bangs. I can even do it with curtain bangs, but everything is pulled back right now. I don't want to ruin what we've got going on here, because this is just beautiful, um yeah! No, i'm obsessed!
