Yo 2019 is right around the corner and I got some big plans like I got some big plans number one. I want to put out way more content. I want to go back to vlogging, I'm gon na do less traveling and touring and and all that good stuff, some of you guys might hate that idea. Some of you guys might love that idea either way, I'm just following what I'm passionate about and what I feel right for myself so between the online Academy and YouTube. That'S what I'm gon na put a lot of my energy to 45, of course, continuing to create innovative products and services for you guys to elevate the industry and hopefully build and grow this YouTube channel. Now, with this haircut tutorial, it's a little bit different. It'S not the perfect canvas mama. This is my longtime friend I'm talking about elementary school right, um he's sitting on top and you know, yeah age age is catching up, but I will tell you this. There'S some tips in here. There'S some tricks in here. There'S some information in here, so hopefully you guys are paying attention and you get some value out of this video and you enjoy it. And if you like it, please guys smash the like button. My channel desperately needs this so love. You guys hope you guys enjoy the video and I hope it helps all right here. We go man, my boy, my boy, definitely losing it. I'M gon na lie he's losing it. So what I'm doing here is I'm doing like a number of four around everywhere, except for where he's super thinning and then what I did was I snapped on the number 5, where he's thinning and then I ran it in the car area. Now we're doing clipper over comb and what I'm pretty much doing is I'm just I'm clearing the bulk around the parietal Ridge and giving myself a base for the fade work. I'M gon na do on the side cuz my client here, my boy he wants. He wants a ball fade so by clearing this book now we have a nice, solid foundation and um. We can go ahead and blend right into it. That really took no time, if you don't think about it. So now we'll start our initial guideline, I'm not using a balding clipper, I'm not using a trimmer, I'm just going straight blade and now followed up with the shaver later shout-out to my cousin Tito. If you want some beets and link is in the description he's the guy who produces all of my beets, so very appreciative to him if you'd notice, guys at jrl the blade open cuts, pretty damn close, I really only have to close in maybe open it. A third of the way to take that line out and that panels blended on this, I'm gon na use the gel rails. On the other side, I'm gon na use the gold FX's here, I'm using the number zero guard. It'S all the way open and then I'll use my number one guard all the way old pin and I'll close the number one to go ahead and blend that out. So here's my number one guard all the way open. As you can see, and I believe right now - it was closed. So now I'm going back to my zero guard clothes, I'm just cleaning up any little dark areas that I see and what you're gon na notice guys is that the other side, my guard system is gon na, be completely different. The gold FX is the babble as's. I feel like the guards and the measurements on this jrl just different here, I'm using the one and a half guard and it's the last guard, I'm gon na use as the longest guard I'll use, and this is blending into the clipper over comb work. We did previously and if there's any little bit of darkness I'll just do clipper over comb once again, just to lighten things up and make that transition a little better. Now I'm gon na shut up and let you guys follow along I so on this side, we're gon na use the gold FX's. These are made by babel Asst and I'm doing clipper over comb. I'M going ahead and clearing the bulk around the Prada raised, like I did on the other side and then we'll get to our blend. Now I am balding him out, but I'm using a specific blade Babel is sent me a surgical, beyblade recently, which I'm gon na start. Using I mean I feel like I can go straight surgical and I have to not have to do tremors and follow it with the shaver, like I do with the gels, because I'm using the fey blade on the gels, but with these I probably need to follow Beneath it with the trimmers, so once I'm done, balding him out I'll, go ahead and start the blade open process and then before I move on I'll, go ahead and start to blend out that that out I'll probably do a one open. Next blend that out with the half guard and then the last guard up I use is either one and a half or a number two. Well, let's see how we worked so again blending this line out now, okay, so we did the blade open. Now we have the one open underneath the one open I'll, probably do a number one close and then the line - that's right there in the middle that you see that's beneath the number one open we'll take that out. So here we have number one closed, they're still aligned there we're gon na take that out with the half guard, okay and here's. The half guard, like I said, and that's gon na start to remove that line that you see there that darkness that's gon na bring the blend together and just like, we did on the other side with the jorelle's I'm using my one and a half guard. That'S probably gon na be my longest guard. This is gon na, be the one and a half guard or the number two, and that's because we've already done clipper over comb in this section to clear most of that bolt once we're done with this system, we'll go ahead and go back probably deep, spend some Time detailing and then start the line up all right, so he didn't want to like lower the beard too much. He likes the color tone. He just wanted to shape it, get rid of some of the stray hairs and then we'll go ahead and line it up. Like we're doing now, keeping it natural keeping it below the jawline nice and full, I feel like this - is the best look for his facial structure. I'M using a cordless t out liner, it hasn't been modified as far as the cutting or the blade or the motor. Just aesthetics so so lining him up we're not gon na push him back and try to create the sharpest line possible, wouldn't keep it natural. We do want to define the line, but with his hair texture, you're, not gon na give Steve Harvey right like we're. Gon na keep it as natural as we possibly can and do the best we can with the canvas that we're working with now. I am gon na enhance this haircut with the new 245 beard and line up the next color enhancement, aka, no drip right. We used to call this compressor to apply it and you guys are gon na see how this brings it to the next level. If what have you been watching, one thing, you'll notice is, I don't just pull the trigger back and hold on to it. I'M going in spurts I'm going in layers because that's how I keep it looking natural, especially around the beard line. You definitely want to just go in little layers and spurts and constantly move the car out the way. So you can see that it still looks natural, but for once we follow this up with the razor yeah. You don't see, you don't see what it do notice, I'm I'm applying the 2:45 shave gel afterwards. Now, if you use another shave gel and it has alcohol in it, it may remove color alcohol helps, remove kiss it helps them remove most colors right. So you don't want to have a shave job that has alcohol in it like most of them. Do. Ours is completely water based and if you notice it's on the color and it's not removing it whatsoever, the the tune - 45, no drip, color enhancement, it is waterproof. So that's not gon na do anything to the actual color. If you apply shave gel the tune. 45 shave gel afterwards and you can see once we follow up with the razor the cuts coming to the next level. Now I did apply some 245 color enhancement on the top trying to get the color on the scalp, because this color is not meant to dye hair, it's meant to stay stain the skin and that's what gives a fuller look. The staining of the skin, not the color of the hair, so you can see the top looks, fuller and that's the finished product man with the canvas that I had to deal with hope you guys enjoyed it. Let me know in the comments

Zo Clippin: Love seeing canvases that aren’t always perfect bc u see more like these in the shop on an everyday basis thanks bossio

George Collins: Goes to show what a real barber can do, My man is changing lives out here.

Killa Mercy: It couldn’t come out any better! I’m glad you answered the question on the razor actually removing color, thank you!

Isaac F: Thanks again Chris. Useful and practical as always. Cheers

Michael Almanza: No joke, I have the same problem with thinning hair, I find myself cutting it myself because nobody knows what to do with it. Chris B, you nailed this one my dude. Mad props!!

Anomaly Barber: I’ve always enjoyed your vlogs bro to me it was always interesting so either or just know I’ll rock with you till the wheels fall off. With that being said this transformation was dope being able to see two completely different use of clippers to create the blurry blend. Oh on an on another note I really like the color guard description at the bottom.

jt cooper: Got the client looking good and feeling good. This is what it’s all about

chris minick: I'm in my last 5 weeks of barber school in Cleveland, and in my first month of your online academy. I've learned so much already, and I'm really happy that I can continue my learning with you. Thank you

Blake P: Truly incredible results Bossio! He had to be impressed...

Boost__Lee: I like the idea of the spray to make the hair look thicker but in reality it’s only purpose is used for a one day basis. Thin hair sucks and I struggle everyday wishing I had thicker hair but life goes on. Good vid

E Romero: you Deserve all the thumbs up this is the first video ive ever seen that really taught me how to tackle thinning hair! I appreciate you sharing

The Barber Barbosa: Aprendo muito com você !you is Men!(Brasil).

adrian gonzalez: El mejor barbero sin dudas saludos desde

Gabe Lumby: Question for you Chris. If a person switched careers to barbering, how many years until you think they could net $60k/yr? That would need to include apprenticeship and/or barber school. Person would have plenty of hustle and a good understanding of finances, taxes, cash flow, etc. Would be a career switch based on passion, not need (already making a good living). Thanks for all your content!

Ronnie Z: Im glad u chose a client whose hair isnt perfect bc alot of my customers hav thinning hair like his!

Brandon Vasquez: This is why I love being a barber

L Drum: I think this one is better than the one you did on your brother because this is one is definitely not a "perfect canvas" at all. I loved seeing you approach to this even without the enhancements. Thanks for always keeping 100!

Calleja EleA: Im always showing love bossio. Thanks to you im making $ on my cutz man. Thank you anda happy holidays!

Danny Tierney: Thinning hair is a Tough canvas. Fire cut tho as always. Looking forward to some more content, love the vlogs too man

Team-Goya-Gang arango: Hey man I been debating on picking up the jrls ..how different is the guard process for fades would you still recommend the jrls

Jeremy Kemp: Hey Chris, is there a reason why you switched combs before doing the second side of the head?

Brixio Mendoza: Amazing chris.... thanks for all of your videos.... i learn to much :D god bless

Barber Journey: I love the idea you decided to put out more content on this channel back to basic with new features, definitely YouTube is you breadan butter

Omar Sandoval: I honestly didn’t think it was possible to save this man but, you’re the

TheHaslemBoyz: Great work, good to see a video of a client without the perfect hair.

Arley Blas: Always applying pressure

Mikailah Serros: Came out great for his light hair❤

KaneAfto PouAgapas: Hey bro what clippers would you say are best for a simple level 4-guard haircut? A clipper that “cuts like butter”. I see some say magic clips, some say fast feeds, some seniors - I can’t figure out which one would be best. Thanks for posting this video

Derek2k: Now this is a difficult cut! Let's see this

William de jesus: I am a barber and preordered my cordless compressor What is a fair price for using the enhancement?

TripleJBoxing: Didn’t give him the box cut beard. Not too much enhancements and the perfect fade. This is a proper barber.

Giovanni Gomez: Dope cut! Where do you get skins for the t outliners like that?

ShizaP: Respect I love these type of haircuts.

Matty Blends: Yo Bossio, I recently came across a video about apprenticeships vs barber college/school I'm aspiring to become a barber; however, I don't have much knowledge on which route to go for. Could you possibly make a more in depth video? Thanks boss

KARA GÜN: Wow really good job on this kinda hair.

i_like_pizza_ok!: Why can't all barbers be like you! ...

Rell Da Barber: Great video! Noticing don’t to many barbers post video using JRL clippers on course hair ! How are they with course hair?

MomLadyable: Why did you use two different combs when you did clipper over comb?

Isaac Vera: This type of hair is always difficult to cut.

Dayum boy Dayum: They way you said ‘I ain’t gonna lie, he losing it’ that hurt a brother who is also ‘losing it’

Eric Ruiz: Saw another barber put the JRL's on blast. Supposedly they're just Chinese clippers that slap good and JRL put their label on 'em. Chinese ones cost about $15 while the American ones (same as the Chinese, with JRL stickers on it) cost like $120. But I heard they cut cut. Definitely not hating on them, but I want the cheaper ones!

Anomaly Barber: I know it’s not in this vid but thought I’d let you know that when you have it and do and you keep quiet and follow along it helped me pay attention

Gabriel Rodriguz: Great video bro, wondering who customized ur trimmer?

Ahgue: I once tried to fade light hair, it looked like a #2 all over ‍♂️

csummzfilmedit: Nice cut...are you still having the online academy

ConcisetheBarber: Great vid bossio....not steve harvey tho..lol..clean cut...and question whats the highest guard jrl has?

559: Transformation

cris a: That beard coming in

Brandon Hrabal: Where you get that black clipper over comb at?

Mega Mind: I like how you blend but the technique should be the same on both sides not different

Angel: That second beat

Juuk: I heard the JRL picks up hair easily, is there any truth to it?

Atkatski:

Michele Shaffer: Was great until the end. Didn’t get to see the finished product with the two videos that popped up and blocked my view. Love all your videos though.

Asia Dawn: Passing miracles playa

Rafael de oliveira Cardoso Rafael: Aí boto fé

karl kavo: so hard to see the lines with thin hair

Dynamic Entry: highkey should of just told him to let it go

Leon Presley: This a low key raw ass beat

HELMY ABDULLAH: The fella that you cut his hair, he looks like Thanos

Mohamed Safran: I watch lot of channel but I satisfy only this channel

Natalie Harris: *Hey Chris♥Going to shoot from the hip, your client need to let it go and be bald. You did your thing though...he came to the right man.HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU&YOUR FAMILY*

Geo P: The guy in the background cut 7 heads already

Jose Ramos: Great cut and heads up, in the title it says barbert not barber

Gage McIntosh:

Jumbo: That seard coming in

G’s Spot: Damn bossio, were you eating fried chicken before the video? Your shavers are greasy bih. We need that tomb 45 polishing cloth. Lol

Breezy Jeezy: Should have went lower on top

Lucia: That looks like Kevin Owens in this view

Sani Carci: Gave him that action bronson

Dave Lee: Gotta get me th as r tomb 45 spray stuff

Malcolm X: Mans had a spray job

Darin Jenkins: Still with those JRLS?

kay illa: u still doing travel vlog boss?

Timmy Q: Hit it wid da like
