Hey guys welcome, welcome and thank you for joining me as I do a quick intro to my new style. I like this. What I have on this is exactly the way I want my hair to grow. Um, I'm gon na leave a little as you see in the beginning. My hair looks like that. Then I threw this wig on um. This is a shake and go. I got it a couple years ago, um the older I get the better. It looks um. So I would like to I got my hair braided this morning until next, I'm going to do this style. I'M going to this is the ultra expression number one. This is 24 inches, so my hair would be like about 12 inches because I'm going to twist it up. That'S why I'm going to show you also when I twisted my own hair hated the way it came out, so I decided I'm going to try to do it again. I mean no sorry EJ, I'm not gon na try to do it again. I am since I want a twisted look. I decided to purchase some hair that can give me that look. I want where it's not uneven or at its thickness, because I'm still not perfect at um twisting my own hair. So anyway, I wanted to do this, so I'm gon na do that and when my hair is this gets old, I can take it Loose. Oh, let's hold it half again again I'll, try expression. This is number one. They have several colors in it. I figured since it says springy afro twist, then I can twist my hair and it'll be about here and just go with that for about a month right and then cut it. If I want to and make it into an afro after I undo the twist. So there you have it thanks for joining me as I try something new because girl it's getting expensive. The lady charged me sixty dollars to braid my hair cornrow by the way, not anything extra, but that's the way it goes because prices are high today. So you'll see me on the other side. Thanks for joining me see you in a moment, so I've already started, and I want you to see it - it's easy to do how you do that they split the hair. Put our way down to the bottom I'll show you just a second, but I just twist it up like this, just it all the way down to the bottom. Sorry, I'm doing it like this, so you can see. Okay, try not to hold okay, okay, but anyway you just twist it all the way down to the end. I said that I know, but um it was great easy to do. You only have to you know, put it through the loop once and uh. Just keep doing this hey gang, so guess what I did. I have to go out and buy another bag of hair and I still got to go out and buy another bag here, because I am not done with the perimeter of my hair. But let me show you what I am done with I'm gon na put some trinkets in it because I'm not used to it. Yet it's okay, it's not great um. I did not expect this Journey. I didn't know what I was expecting. I thought I was just gon na be twisting my hair up, and you know I don't know like my hair, and that was it, but this took me all day long. I started at nine 40 something in the morning and I found myself still twisting last night and then I didn't have enough hair. So I went out and got a bag of hair, and then I did get another one because there's still a lots of spaces, and I have to say that I really am getting kind of tired of asking the person that does my hair braided. For me, she doesn't braid it closely, which means about 14 at least 14 braids. It'S only 12 braids going back. She did a nice neat job, but I need more braids, but also more cornrows. Braids um requires more hair. I do know that um. So what I did with this is some of these are bigger and it's all twisted right and I see why it can be a butterfly lock, because you have that stressed. Look I think. That'S the right word. Excuse me no makeup um, but anyway, so over here. I did a few small braids, I mean sorry a few small twists and I should have just done all small twists. I actually like the smaller twist better um. I did split the hair in two to get this size, but this size is much better, but there is no way I am going to take this hair out and do it again. So that's where we are right now. I just want you to see if this is three packs of hair and it's not like um, it's not like it's too much, but it's almost too much right, crocheted um to my hair. It'S called herself being slick um, but I spot Tariq so anyway, so um. I have to go out and get like. I said some more hair and I did start cutting some of the ends and it unravels. So we know that moving forward. If you plan on doing this hairstyle, I just wanted to try something different. I do see a lot of women that get this a lot of women, a lot of the videos that I have seen the ones that have done this particular hair. They have used um. What do they use? They used individual, they did it individually, so they put their hair in squares. I do know that if I was to do this ever again that I would part my hair in sections and then I could twist it - I start off with a three strand and then the two strand it can be done like that, so that it won't be. So much, but I slept in it last night as full as it is, and except for this side right here wasn't done and it wasn't bad at all. I just putting a soap on it, but I can tell you that doing it, if you don't plait it or section it off, it could be um a Tango mess. So the ends look like this. I'M not sure that I like that. So this hair and it was twelve dollars - a bag on Amazon, it's 11. 66.. So it's nice! It'S not prickly! When I mean prickly, if you put it on your skin and it makes you feel that prickly feeling it's soft, it's it's Kanekalon hair! It'S already! Pre-Stretched um and so far it doesn't itch, but that's only been less than 24 hours. So I'm gon na fill up my extra spots that I have all these gaps here and in the back. You can see it help you so I have to fill these in. Unlike if I was doing um curly hair, I don't have to feel in all the spice, but because I am individually uh twisting them. I have to fill those spots in so that when I pull my hair up, you know it'll look nice, so I do have to come to the end here. So that's why I need now. You know a couple more around my perimeter and these other spots. So one more bag, so for me four bags of hair, how many you would need, I don't know, but it it's costly, but anyway so you'll see me when I finish. I just wanted to come to you and share with you this part how much blah blah blah blah yeah talk to you in a moment. We are here at the end and I am still struggling with. Do I like my hair, I not like my hair um, but it is finished um. I did buy a fourth pack of hair, so I have to tell you. I didn't really need it um, because what I did is just closed it in, like you know all. I do is Shake It close, it fix it and it's full for some reason, because I can feel it. I think that I need. I thought that I needed to get more, but I did go out and get some more um, but I think it looks nice. My husband likes it as a matter of fact he did the trinkets in my hair. I bought the little shell kind, but they did not. I didn't know how to put them in. I did see a video, but I didn't um put them in so anyway.
