How To: Mold Your Short Hair | Pixie Cut

Hey loves, here is a short tutorial for my pixie cute newbies on how I mold my relaxed hair and the products I use. It's pretty simple to master.

As I mentioned in this video I deleted 30 of my latest videos by accident. So if you didn't see my "Why I went from natural to relaxed video" I'm now relaxed. Lol

What'S up guys welcome back to my channel, I hope you guys are having a wonderful day now today, I'm going to teach you guys how I mold my hair. Now I've been like, I told you guys before in a previous video, which the video is no longer there, but we'll get into that later. I have been relaxed now for over a month, but I did have a video on why I went relaxed and unfortunately, thirty of my latest videos were deleted by accident. I was busy doing multiple things at the same time and not paying attention, and I was trying to delete one video. I end up clicking the button to select all and I deleted 30 of my latest videos, so my relaxed videos go on my crochet half shade side. One that's gone. A lot of my videos are gone and I didn't save my videos after I edited them. So yeah I've had some time to process it. It'S been what about a week two weeks since I did that I can't get it back, so we're just gon na move forward and we're just gon na go on like we're just gon na move on with our lives, because I am NOT gon na. Do all of with some [ __ ]? I can't change my hair is freshly washed and is still semi-wet, but I brought my spray bottle so wet it because I, like my hair, really saturated with water, but I will tell you the things that I use. I do use a rat tail comb. This is a must-have for me. I do use my right tail comb to part my hair to actually pull my hair forward, and I also use my wrap strips. I use the big black wrap strip, they are thicker and they cover more, but the downside with these is they're really long, so you have to cut it. What I used to wrap my hair is the Nairobi rapid shine. This is you can get this from the overview supply store. This is my absolute favorite wrapping lotion. I'Ve been using this for a number of years and the second I relaxed my hair. I went to buy some more, so those are the only things I mean when I am wrapping my hair. The person I do is saturating my hair with the rapid motion and the key to this is you want to get it all over here? This will create a very flat wrap, so just be sure your entire head is saturated and you can use as much as you want it, there's no real limit and what this rocking motion I see people said that they it makes their hair hard. It never makes my hair hard. Actually I like a little hardness, but not too much, and this gives me the right amount of hardness. That'S what she said all right, so I've gone ahead and just combed my hair down and I'll go ahead and part it right here, because I do curl my hair actually right here when I'm ready to haul my hair. I normally do like little curls or whatever. So putting the part right here actually works rather than putting it all the way back there, but I just comb it out. So all your hair is coming forward. Well, calm down, I should say so. The first thing I do is I just I smooth it out once I'm coming it and make sure I smooth it out with my hands and I'm calling this part down, because I usually have a part. So I don't like if my hair was a little longer. I would wrap it completely around, but because my hair is in a pixie cut, I wrap going this way when my part is gon na be and then comb this down. So take your time with this. If this is the first time you're doing it just make sure you take your time with it, so I'm going to go ahead and take my strip and the first thing the first strip I am going to lay it and tie it in the front. So when you tie it in the back make sure you stretch it and then I make a knot not too tight, and I cut this because, like I said these are really long. So I did this like just angle just completely straight this way, this one I'm going to make sure that it is down down to the nape of my neck, because the goal is to make the back really flat so and then you bring this one up, tie It and I actually do three, so I do no more. I do one more and I'll make sure that it is up here all right, so that's it and I sit under the dryer of my hair. I don't have to sit under there that long. I can probably sat on there like 20 minutes and I do have a hooded dryer, so I'm gon na go ahead and sit there for about 20 minutes and I'll come back and I'll show you how it looks. Okay, all right now, so my hair is completely dry. I actually spent probably like 20 minutes under the dryer, and then I remove the strip's and just let it air dry for the rest of the way. So it is completely completely dry. I'M not going to stop my hair right now, so I'm going to probably rock it like this for probably like a few days but probably curl it, and before I do anything else, I go ahead and apply some coconut oil. I know I think I talked about coconut oil on my natural hair, but I like to use it on my relaxed hair, because I like that it gives me shine. I like that it kind of moisturizes my hair's too, plays a little bit and then I take my favorite favorite favorite hair grease, and this is the isopleth teaching and aloe conditioner. I actually bought this. I think I was using this before I went natural. I was just in this all my relaxed hair, and this is the same bottle. I'Ve had this bottle almost five years now, so this is the same bottle and I cannot find this bottle. It stores anymore. I don't know if they stopped selling it, but it's almost done - and I just my hair - loves this so much so I put a little bit on my hair. I put a little bit. My hair really loves this, so this is how I hold my hair is pretty simple, pretty easy, just make sure the number one thing about blowing your hair, get a good rapping motion, there's some strips and make sure that it's completely flat make sure you run your Hands through it to make it flat make sure you get the foam on every inch of your hair. They actually have to get a successful wrap, do not forget to subscribe, and do not forget to like this video. If you liked it - and I will talk to you guys in my next tutorial - bye
