How To Style Pixie Hair - Ft. Pixie Chick

Hi everyone Stephanie here I wanted to show you how I do my pixie haircut. I know that before I decided to cut my hair just chop it all off, I had it really long brown before I decided to chop it off. I kept looking at a whole bunch of YouTube videos just going over like okay. How can I style it? What'S gon na look best, and so here is how I style it. So it is wet right now, just a little, it's a little damp. So I'm just going to blow-dry it, and here is how I blow-dry my hair, I'm going to just blow dry it and comb it this way and it just keep a little drying it like that and then I'm going to blow-dry it this way and blow-dry it. Like that, I learned a trick from a hairstylist whenever, like you, have bangs and you want to style them, like maybe side-swept, you kind of trick your bangs into going into different directions. So it's not like fully just like sticking in one place and you just like have that volume and that seamless look of it just kind of you know flowing. So that's how I'm gon na do the entire top part of my pixie haircut. So that way I can have that seamless flow, and I can have that volume that I want and it's not just like sticking in one place when I just blow dry it you know in one spot, so I'm gon na go ahead and get going. I did forget to show you that I did put this in my hair a while it was damp. This is just to protect your hair from the heat it's to condition it and nourish it detangle, and all that good stuff so reckon I absolutely love okay. So the next thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to take my pixie chick clay shine and I'm gon na go ahead and use this this pomade, I absolutely love it it is. It doesn't weigh your hair down, I'm gon na take off my glasses. I like go for this. It doesn't weigh your hair down it. You can still run your hair or run your fingers through your hair. It is amazing, even for like the next day when you do next day hair. So I'm just going to show you how much I took, but I just took like a dime sized rub it all through my hands and then just get in my hair just work. It all through my hair and then just keep going back and forth like this, to really get it in there all through out all the strands looks kind of crazy, but we are going to finger comb all that out, and so I like to style my hair. All going towards the right make it look kind of messy, but also I like for my hair to be out of my face. It'S another reason why I chopped it all off, because I just can't really stand long, hair anymore. I just I can't do it. I used to have really long hair and I well first of all, I'm too lazy to do my hair, and this literally takes like two seconds, so you can have it kind of you know in your face like this, which is really cute. I like that, but I also like I said liked for it to be out of my face, so I'm gon na style it like this. The next thing that I'm going to use is this Quay: texturizing hairspray, it's like dry shampoo and a texturizing spray it all together.
