Dearra Inspired Pixie Cut Hair | Omgherhair

So today's hair is from omg her hair, and this is the box that it came in and i'm just going to take everything out of the box. So you guys can see what it is that i got so i did get this elastic band and it also came with a clip on elastic band, so you can use either or - and i also got some fly away - tamer love this stuff. It'S basically like a wax stick and i like to use this to go over it with my hot comb, but that's all that that is - and i also got some wig caps in here. I was just trying to show the details of this wig. My camera would not focus, but, as always, all this will be listed down below and i'll also go over it during the video. So i'm going to take the wig out of the packaging and it is a curly bob. It'S super short like it's, not a 12 inch bulb. This is a very short cut and omg. I love their curly hair, like it's definitely top tier one of my favorite curly hairs, and this is what the wig looks like. So it's just a lace front. That'S what the inside is looking like and then i'm going to show the hairline and i do plan on bleaching these knots and doing some plucking. So i did go over this hairline with the flyaway tamer. Like i said i like to use it because it really helps to press the hair out, especially with my hot comb. So, that's all that i'm doing and like i said when i do this, it really makes a difference when you get ready to lay your lace down, because your hairs are already in place and you won't have to do that later on and i did already bleach The knots i plucked the frontal - i did all that off camera. I do have a lace, custom video, if you guys want to see how i do those things, and here i'm just trying it on to see what it is looking like so far, and i just used foundation on the lace, because i have to buy some more Lace tip spray, but i'm just using hairspray. So i'm not too worried about the lace getting too cakey. So i'm using the bed head hairspray and it has a really good hold. It has replaced my got to be glued and you guys know i swear by that. But i have moved on to bigger and better things, so that's what i'm using and my wig doesn't lift in the heat, so the lace is already cut. When i filmed the cutting part, i was out of focus so there's no point in using that clip, but here i'm just going over any areas that may have lifted and i'm also touching up any areas that might need some more foundation to help it blend. If you read the title, you already know that i'm doing a hairstyle inspired by diara when she did her really short hair and everyone thought that she big chop. So i do my baby hairs very similar to how hers are styled. So i'm just going to pull some hairs out to the front when i saw this wig. I said: oh, my gosh. This is perfect to recreate this look because i really did like it on her and i have a very small head, so i feel like i can pull off these short styles and i just got some hair clips to pin the hair back, so it doesn't get In the way of me, styling my baby hairs, but all i'm going to do is cut them pretty short, because i don't want them too long, but yeah. That'S all that i'm doing i'm just going to cut them and then i'm going to style them using eco styler gel. I wouldn't use foam just because i use hairspray and that would just make the hairspray lift. So i'm using gel and i'm just kind of seeing my baby hairs right now before i style them, so i'm just kind of laying them down. So i can see what way that i want them to lay, and all of that i really don't know how to explain the type of baby hairs that i do. But i kind of do like two swoops on the side and in the middle, it's kind of like a short bang like i don't know how to explain it, but i kind of just brushed the middle to the side, so they're, just slanted they're, not really swoops Or whatever you want to call them, but that's how i like to style my baby hairs and, like i said diera her baby hairs, are very similar to how i do mine. So i already knew this style would be perfect for me, and now i'm just doing my sideburns, i'm just going to cut them a little below my ears and do a little swoop on both sides. Okay, so boom the edges are laid and they're setting into place, and now i'm going to just style it and i'm starting off with water, because i just want to get the hair wet because i feel like this is a wet style. So yeah i'm going to add water and then i'm going to brush it back again. I am trying to mimic diera's hair. It'S not going to be on point, but i want it to be similar, so i'm going in with mousse now. The reason why i like to use mousse is because it's going to set the hair into place and it's going to keep it in place, and it's going to keep the curls formed. Hair is not going to get really big with the mousse because it kind of i don't want to say it hardens the hair, but it kind of does harden it not hard like where it's crunchy, because i did use water but like just where it doesn't really Move too much because i want the hair kind of pushed back and not just sticking up and all over the place so, like i said, the mousse just really helps sets the hair into place. So i'm just going to continue adding water and adding mousse. Until i am satisfied - and i'm also going to cut some of this hair off - because my hair is a little bit longer than hers, so i'm just going to snip off some on the side and kind of shape it and form it into like a little. A bowl, a bowl cut, curly bob, if that makes sense, so this wig was eight inches like i said i cut quite a bit off and it is a 4.5 parting lace front wig the hairline was pre-plugged. I did do a little bit of plucking a little bit more, not too much 180 density, and i feel like the way that i styled it is very different from how it's been styled.
