How To Make Short Hair Huge!!

Hello loves!

Every single day I get asked what I use in my hair so I decided to make a video to answer all those questions as well as show you how I Blow-dry and style my hair.

I get my hair done in Kals Salon in Ballincollig. I get a scalp bleach and toner but I have no idea what Khal uses, you'd have to ask him. I just let him do what he does.

Keune You Shampoo and Conditioner

Joico Defy Damage Protective Shield

Joico Blonde Life Violet Smoothing Foam

Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer

Label M Round Brush

Matrix Texture Builder Messy Finish Spray

I hope that answers all of your questions but if you have any more please let me know.

xx

Here obviously has been washed and conditioned, so the shampoo and conditioner I use are the Qun. You shampoo, conditioner. They are tailor-made to suit you, so I get my hair done in callous hair salon in battle colic and the amazing Cal prescribed this to me. So this is unique to me, so it has. You can see its purpose, so it's got a toner in it. It'S also got stuff for strengthening because my hair is bleached and it's gosh stuff her volume as well. So it's not it's it's not too heavy, and then I am going to pop. I use and I go between the two. I have the joy called brilliant glow, brightening oil, instant shine and softness, or else the defy damaged protective shield. So these guys so either are - and this is probably more protective this one. So I might use that guy so just a tiny bit into the Midlands and ends - and I wouldn't put any creams like into the roof um. So you don't want, like I'm gon na. I'M naturally greasy hair and anyway, but what I get asked about all the time is how I keep my color, so clean, like the shampoo and conditioner are great, but you can see that, like now, my color is clean and bullsh you're gon na see the difference That this makes this is the joy called blonde life like this is not a sponsored post. I do not work rhetorical. It just so happens that I love their stuff. The joy called blonde life, brilliant tone, violet smoothing form for cooler blinds. So, as you can see, this is purple, and so I put loads in the center. Like Lord a because my hair is really fluffy. I really find her, and so you can see it's purple, but you're gon na see it when it goes on the difference. It makes I put like you: don't need to use this much you're, probably not supposed to use this much or just little bit but you're going to see the difference that this makes. So my hair is naturally greasy as well so um. You know using something like this will kind of try it out a bit. I think, but also will give the hold - and I, like my hair, really big like the higher the hair, the closer to Jesus, but you can see already how purple like how clean that's, making that and sure like. I noticed I ran out of this a couple of weeks ago and I was just using normal thickening spray, a Bumble and Bumble, one which is great for a hold, but I noticed that um my color, like didn't, look the same at all, so you can see The difference that that makes that's how attractive I look, but anyway, okay, I'm just gon na wipe my paws so and then stay like this for ten minutes, and so I'm just gon na comb all that through with a tangle teezer. So this time the teaser is the one for fine hair. Sorry, you can probably hear my washing machine in the background. Okay, so I use them Dyson, hair dry fringe, really good. I also this brush is an old label m1 and I used to work a Arjun Hair Design, and I got that there. I have this year's I'm not a hairdresser. I never was a hairdresser. I just managed hairstyles for donkey's years. That was my in a in a former life footage so, and so I'm just gon na plaster it all off a little bit. First then just take the excess white out of it. Like you can see how clean the color isn't it. Okay, then, I just have a Denman umm backcombing brush. I don't use this recording because I ignore her um so, but I just use it the psychotic the thing at the end, the tail thing to a section, my hair. So what I'm doing first is I just go ahead to the back. It'S gon na go section by section off so when you're blow-drying, your hair, my friend Allison taught me this back when we worked in origin and that it's all about the tension, you know the grip, you get, that talked that pull so and then you want, as If the hair is here, it's like the dryer one that you want it to go down to smoothen the cuticle and apparently that's where you get the shine, then from your hair, so um, so the you're getting the tog and then you're smoothing with the hairs you're. Following it all the time, so I'm just gon na do that section by section and I kind of grabbed it, and I feel that tug on the brush now, I'm not too worried about back there. You know like down here, especially because normally when I'm get regular haircuts, that's pardon me. That'S really tapered in to the back, but it's just cuz. My hair is so long back there. You know it could actually tie it in a ponytail. I have to blow-dry it a bit more so disclaimer, I am NOT a hairdresser, so I might be doing this wrong, but this is just how I do it and I get asked every day how I do my hair. So here we are so you can see that I grab the brush and I tend to go up and around so like up and then around. So I get that lift at the root and then it kind of turns in so that's why I kind of rolled with this and the weight my hair dryer follows it all the way around. So so you can see that naturally here will want to come down to here, like that's not so again, grab your brush get a good tug in the root and then you're going to kind of lift up out and around so think about what way you want. Your hair to fall um, I think so, follow that you, okay, so now I'm just going to take this section, so I had to do like a bit at the back. Then, when that comes up a bit higher, I tend to go a bit higher here and so on and so forth. But this time I'm just going from the side to go a bit higher at the back, make sure always to follow through with the dryer. You know just if you wanted to turn it, try not to brush it out too much as well, because that's gon na flatten it if you do want that Bend. If you do want that kind of a curl, then just kind of leave a cool-down. I just kind of brush it too lightly, so it's not sticking out. No so again get another section and get your tug on your brush and then we're just going to keep we're just going to keep rolling it. So you can see, I keep wrapping the hair around the brush drying it a fish when I've kind of lose my grip, I grab it again, wrap it around the brush and get that roll and that talk keep doing it until you can feel like the roush. Is dry and then I work on the ends. You can see how big that's good, no, no and so silvery like it's so much more silver than what it was when it was dumped. So now we're going to get another section. So when you're, when you're getting your section, just press your head, your your head press, your brush down in and just find it find the hair. So now, here again, let's grab make sure it's nice and smooth around the brush that you're at the base of the ruching, that you have your your attention right. So what I was saying was that my hair there's broken bits around here, because my hair is so fine actually and then what being bleached and stuff it's gon na happen, regardless of how good the application is. So what I do I make sure that the shorter bit I aren't going straight up that they manage to wrap around the brush. So when my hair was shorter, I diffused smaller brushes just to make sure that, like this, one was a bit wide so just to make sure that that was bent. So it was it wouldn't just like stick straight up and then the rest of my hair went around so be careful of those small little bits, as you can see here now. So when I go to on top, then I tend to start to the back and work my way forward. So again, I'm just getting a section and I want it to kind of follow like just not straight this way, maybe a little bit more that way, but you can see. Can you see my hair is like different lens there? So that's. Why just make sure that the shorter parts are wrapped around that you kind of curl them and stay? Don'T stick straight off and I kind of go back as well. I kind of I don't I don't just go this way. I kind of going back to come around then here again just section by section: if you have thick hair, this would probably take you longer, but I have no hair, so it's like done in two minutes. So I'll go this way and think about with the way you want your hair to fall. So I'm gon na get this one and come this way and now the bats don't see the way I've left them alone. You can see all the different lengths they look. That'S all you want to make sure the shortest one is bent so now here. Look that way pushing this back, so I leave that alone again, get your tension, your top and look great. You can really see the different lengths of my hair here. I know see the way this. This is really long, but look at the rest of it is this Lent. The struggle is real lads. This is why it like it's taken me over a year to grow my hair like this time last year. It was like this chart, so when you see the broken bits, you're like no, we got so far, but you know needs so. Obviously I go higher with that, because there is one little strand. That is that bit longer, so take note. Look there. It is so just make sure that you finish with that. Like you know, I know, there's no other hair around the brush, but don't forget about that fish. I will just say it. That'S it alone, and then sometimes I do this whole section and it won't go. So, but I might today just right there just do this little bit here first and just put that over this way, a little bit more good, and now this is the last section left. So, even though I like my hair, oh I I'll go this way. So again really get your attention you auto true. Let me do that section one more time. You can also come back the way as well just to make sure that it's all smooth from here then what I do this is the matrix texture builder messy finished spray. I got this from my friend Alison. Let'S get some more cuz, the charity got it's unreal, so lightweight, you don't feel it in your hair and I just get that about feel it intuition, but, like you saw the whole set it had before ever putting that in and then I just kind of mess Up, don't like it to be, but you perfect, so a few more styling products, I use the 11 Australia dry powder volume, paste, Kathy and Bridal hair gave. That'S me merging away at one day, and I saw Andrea it's a paste. It'S really nice really lightweight. He goes a bit better. Probably when my hair is shorter, then Kevin Murphy powder puff volumizing powder, so you just like tap that into the roof and then just the heat of your fingers. I think activates it and it's like a like a root. Lift. It'S really really good for volume. Again, my hair was shorter when I used to use it, and I find more know how I blow-dry it makes a big difference. Um, it was Stephen from Reap who gave me that were doing another wedding together in Spain and then good ol Greg Redken wax blast. I only have a small bit left, so I kind of hold onto it. It'S lovely same principle as this not gon na put on my hair nope, because there's no point like Lucas, this ain't gon na work and so blacks blast. When I worked in origin - oh my gosh I used to I was on the desk and see my people were like oh yeah or I was like you need any products today or whatever and they're like. Oh, I just don't want ID sure, I'm short hair and I'd go like this. I grab a bottle to spray it in my hair and go like this and we're like you need this in your life. Never look! Oh my gosh, so yeah 17 euro from what I remember, it's unreal and really lightweight as well. If you don't like feeling of anything in your hair, just gives a lovely, a lovely texture and so yeah. That'S it. If you have any questions, comment below and yeah, I hope you enjoyed. Here'S me showing off my makeup. This is the hair video
