So so good morning, guys it is what is this? I don't know, but all i know is it's the first day that i have filmed in. Let me turn my ear down. It'S the first day i filmed in a week, so i'm happy to be back. I invested into a new vlogging camera and new vlogging equipment. I am so freaking excited and happy because this quality fish, 4k 4k where's, the pores phenomenal okay, it is bomb but anywhose today is going to be very exciting because i am on my way to get my hair done. Um. You already know i'm bald uh, but your girl ain't bald, like that. No more! Let me turn this on your girl. Ain'T bald, like that, no more y'all hold up. Let me show y'all this real quick. I have a full head of hair. Now i even got a little bit of hanging time shot guy hanging time. Well, not not really not the hang time that y'all probably think, but i got hang time. Okay, like i got like a little curly fro. Now i'm souped! Yes, i am. I am souped. I'M going to get a quick weave done, i'm going to this hairstylist named wakila. I already knew her for some time now, but she specializes in quick weaves. So i'm super excited because y'all know who y'all know. I love you so quick weaves. That is the first thing i started doing when i came on youtube for those that are new to my channel. First of all, hi welcome i'm mauricio andrea, but what i'm trying to say is when i first got on youtube, i used to do quick leaps. All the time i used to do quick ways with leave out um, then i started doing quick weeks with frontals and closures, and this is before a frontal, quick weave in a closure. Quick weave was even on youtube um. I was doing these before. Anyone was really even doing them on youtube. There was not really videos. This was back in like 2016 2017 and i didn't know how to do wigs uh. My first wig i ever put on was in 2018, so i was literally learning on youtube. As i went so um. The only thing i really knew how to do was quick, weaves and putting tracks in my hair, because when i came onto youtube, i think my hair was exactly the same length like i love short hair like i just love short hair, but my hair was this Length when i came on youtube - and it was pink, if you guys go to my first video ever on youtube, my hair was this short and it was uh light pink but um. What i'm trying to say is, i didn't really know how to do my hair. When i first came on youtube, i actually came on youtube to be a makeup artist. We all saw how that happened, because my first makeup video was trash, so i am on my way to her shop right now. Um she is closed today, but she opened up just for me just for me and his covet. So you know i kind of wanted to just be just hurt me and her because number one. I told her that i wanted to film the whole entire thing and number two. Everybody became kind of crazy and weird nowadays when they come to colby like they don't like. I just wanted it to just be us too, so you know no distractions, no, nothing! So so i'm going to uh get you guys when i get to akilah. She does have a salon in east orange, new jersey for those are in the upper north jersey area. I have to do like a hike to her okay. I am very far, but i told her i am dedicated. I woke up at eight o'clock in the morning. Like sis i'm on my way, okay, we about to get this quickly done. I am so excited, so i will be to you guys when i get to her so okay, you guys, so i am here at the rome salon. Any storage, like i told you guys on my way here this is the owner. Why caleb hey guys black oh period, so we are doing a quick. I wanted to do something blue she's even going to do a pop of color. I think we're doing a pop of color up um. Oh, you can go ahead. Do you want to show a pop? No, no! No! No! We can we can. We can so. I showed you guys like earlier, but we're thinking of doing a blue 28 piece um. I'M gon na let her do her own thing. We'Re also gon na do like a pop of pink as you guys can see in a little cut, but i'm excited we're doing more for like did you do all those yeah? I did this for janet collection. You'Ll lie yeah, it's on the covers. I do they some of the covers on in here. You lie, see you ain't. She ever tell me none of this. She did the some of the covers for the 28 and 27 pieces for janet and the color we're using right now, hot pops. Why are you? Because you never told me this? I'M learning, i'm learning so much today. So much you are the ish okay, the ish ish. Let them know let them know boys i'ma, just let her freestyle, i told her just bring bring the best bring the best of god. Okay, i want it all right. I don't know. I told her, i'm nervous. So i don't know why you nervous, i found you, i know hi, i'm makila, i'm the owner of the room salon. I'Ve been in the location at 534, william street since 2003, and licensed well over 20 years, and i specialize i do everything. But i'm known for my quick weaves, i do a lot of alopecia services cuts. That'S my thing! So we're getting ready to hook miss my favorite, yes, she's gon na do a webinar. I will let you guys know the update of the whole webinar situation, but she got should we we got to make these coins with these secrets. We ain't get giving y'all all the tea today. We'Re gon na leave out some for the webinar, but i still wanted to record this whole entire thing, because y'all know i haven't, got a quick leave since 2018. So let's get into it okay guys! So i'm definitely not going to sit here and talk through this entire tutorial, because it's technically not my tutorial, it's why kayla's tutorial she will be doing a webinar, like i said in the video, so for those that are interested in seeing a detailed, step-by-step way of How she does her quick weaves definitely make sure you guys stay tuned for that, because it will be coming sooner than later. But i can say that i learned so much from her when i was watching this back, because just the way that she does her quick weaves and her methods is just so. I was just like in awe the way that she does her different techniques and just how she does everything in general, she did use boldhole liquid gold, so i was very, i was very interested to see like how she applied this and had it work for a Quick weave so um, as you guys can see you would just see how she's just doing everything like i said. It'S not my tutorial to tell you guys a talk through um, because this is all her method, so just go ahead and watch and learn, and i will be back when my makeup is done and everything is finished, so so foreign um. No, i definitely not like that - oh my god, all right. So of course, these little paws are just gon na be so now i did all of that. I pre-glued and as i was like trimming, that's when i'm able to just keep going so now i'm gon na break glue up another six tracks or however many and then i keep going going going 2.5 seconds. Yup you a magician. So yes, it doesn't sucks you! So so so so club, but why did you freak her like this? I have no idea who are you marquilla just wait until i do my makeup period, i'm gon na just do that and then you, let me know when it's okay to close. So makeup is all done. I felt like my makeup came out so cute in this tutorial. I don't know it was just so bomb but anyways. I did go ahead and do like a day nap. I did take a nap when i got home because, like i said i woke up so early um to go and get my hair done, so i'm just showing you guys how i tie this down. I'M thinking that i want to keep this quick weave on for the next couple of days at first, i was going to take it off right next, the next day, but then i was like. Oh, my gosh, like this quick weave, is so fire and so me um, but i did show you guys how i wrapped it. When i did go to sleep. I just put a silk scarf on around the edges and perimeter of my hair, and i just put a bonnet on top, and that was it i didn't have to bump it. I didn't have to do anything to this. This just is so fire like. I just feel like when my hair was short and i was styling and everything this was one of the styles that i did do. Definitely the back wasn't as long, but this was kind of similar to a style that i did and i do show you guys on camera, when i went back to my instagram in 2017 and showed you guys a very similar style that i did have. The only difference was that was black, and this is blue. I feel like the pop of pink is just everything like when i tell you she killed this, like i told her right after she did this. I was like we are doing this once a month. Sanaya Arrington: I just had a quick weave for the first time. I was watching because my experience with it wasn't a good on. The lady never cut my band on my cap and the band flipped and was cutting into my flex. I didn't realize it for days. I thought maybe my forehead hurt because I tied my scarf too tight. But it so bad I felt like I was going to pass out. I tried cutting the band to loosen it that didn't help. Also my edges were pulled due to the glue and the band flipping up.
