My First Time Getting A Pixie Cut! | Pixie Cut Transformation | Long Hair To Short Hair

Hey everyone welcome back to my channel. I hope that you guys are having a lovely day, i'm eloise from edition thrift, and today i am going to get my hair cut. I have been thinking on this idea for literally years and i'm about to go and do it i'm a bit nervous. I'M not entirely sure what exactly the cut is that i'm going to be getting as well, which is making me even more nervous, but i'm bringing you guys along for the ride. I'Ve been toying with the idea for a couple of years. Actually, originally, i was just very discouraged by people to do it because it's such a drastic change and i listened to them and now i have decided that 2021 is my year to just do stuff and stop asking people for permission to do it and just do Things on my own prerogative without like having to explain myself to people, so that's what i'm doing right now. It'S just something i want to do it's something i want to try something that i think could suit my face shape, and so i'm just going to trust. My instincts trust my intuition. I have been looking for days for inspiration as to like what exactly style of cut that i want and honestly guys. I don't actually know i'm gon na have to talk to the hairdresser about it because, like i don't know, if i want something that is more like audrey, hepburn vibes or like natalie portman vibes, or i saw this picture that i also really like the style of Like kind of just like retro, feminine classy, and so that's what i'm hoping this is going to look like when i come out of my appointment, so fingers crossed guys. I just arrived and look. My car is the only car that is covered in snow. So i don't know where everybody else has been. I also put on a little bit of extra makeup because i've seen online that sometimes it's such like a transition to having short hair that it's hard to not feel masculine with it, and that, like makeup, can help you get used to the more feminine side of It so yes, i've joined on that bandwagon too. So today we're going to do a really nice short pixie cut we're going to remove all of this extra length, leaving her with a nice little framing bangs right around here, getting rid of all of this back here. So that it sits nice and tight and a little bit textured, but not too textured so say goodbye to all the hair. What do you guys think? I think i really like it, but like i'm still getting used to it? To be honest with you like? This is a very drastic change, but wow it feels so weird touching my hair. I'M sorry you guys, i couldn't really record in the hairdresser's because they made me keep my mask on the whole time. So i actually didn't see my hair properly until i went back to the car - okay, that's better and so i'll insert a little snippet of my reaction there. Okay, so i have kept this mask on going all the way home just so that you guys could see the real reveal so far. I really really like it. I think it's super cute and i'm so nervous to take the mask off. Are you ready and there we go there? We have it people wow, but i just think this is really nice. It'S very retro shout out to sarah from salon physique like aveda, i'm not really sure. If there's someone felix or vader, i think they're, like both. Maybe aveda someone police anyway, if you're in victoria there's a girl called sarah she's, the one who explained to you guys she did such a good job, what she was going to do with my hair and every time i go to her. She gives me exactly what i want so yeah, if you guys are looking for like a hairdresser in victoria check them out, and they also use like natural products, which i really like so yeah, but she did such a good job. This is the front. I have not seen the back yet that you guys have now. This is the other side and we're back at the front. I kind of added a little bit of jewelry because, like obviously the first few days that you have a short haircut like it feels very masculine apparently, and so i wanted to yeah, just make sure that, like i'm embracing it, it feels so weird to go and Feel my hair and there's just nothing there like this is gone. It is gone, it's gone. Basically. What i didn't tell you guys is that on my way to the appointment i was literally sweating, my armpits off, because i was so nervous. I was so nervous. I feel like with pixie cuts as either you do it. It looks fantastic. It'S like the thing that suits you, the most that you've ever done or is the opposite and you're like. Oh, my god.
