Hi guys and welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm going to be showing you how I'm styling my pixie using a few different accessories. It'S a video i've been asked quite a bit about, and so I just thought I'd taught you first mug my favorite ones and show you quick ways of styling it. So I've got a little collection and which I taught you from in a second but I'll answer with my hair this morning is no dry day and just teased a bit here with my back combing brush you'll have seen this in my last video, so the links Below I couldn't find this exact one, but this one's similar on there anyway, so just tease the back straightened it yeah not too much with it, really not any product in a part room the products I've used to dry it. Ok! So now, let's talk about accessories right, so the first accessory is Clips I'll, show you how I style up those and then have buns. Now we've got quite a collection of different headbands, I'm going to show you just the normal jeweled or like embellished ones. These are very popular at the moment and always find, though, with these you want to get the thin ones, don't get the big chunky ones, because they just don't soup pixie ha. I don't feel personally it's up to you input. I just found these were best and you can style them easier, pandanus, just normal scarf bandanas like this, and these are new to me. These are like tho wire ones on Amazon but I'll pop the link below, and they call me like all different colors and patterns. As well so we'll get started with the first one, so first we're going to go and show you clips now. I always find, especially with like an asymmetric, see like this kind of picking one side and that's normally my shorter side to style it around. Now you want to be careful that you don't take too much hair, so I'm actually going to section like this back bit and just clip it up like that. So you can see, then, because I'll show you what we're going to do with that in a second. So just take your clip and pop it in like that: okay, now you're gon na, actually I'm going to take it a little bit higher, it's kind of the middle and when you're pulling the hair back there we go right and then this bit is going to Come over now with your back combing brush, you want to just tease the layer around the back, okay and then I kind of tuck it under so there we go just gon na kind of rush that I bet and then you can just mess the hair up. You could always use something like the dry, texturizing spray and and secure it that way, so I'm just gon na pop a little bit of this, just in my roots, tar and spray it down right, so the next style is with a headband. So what I've done here is I've still got the lift there from the texturizing powder, but I want to talk the length of my shirt, aha back behind my ear, so it's nice and tidy. So I kind of go section by sashen. Now now the key to part your hair in the middle, so just behind your ear, so you've got some hair down back behind your ear and some going forward. Then you're going to use on this side to push hair behind your ear on this side for Henrietta and then all you're gon na do is play around like that. So we want to hide where it's going behind there. We go guys so I've kind of just you stir around a bit a bit of texture. Now with this white could do. It is like really sort of like really sort of George the back up here and then you could just fry it. This is a really nice look and if you're going sort of to a wedding to a party, you just want to make sure it's like nice and textured at the back and the sides. Obviously, normally, if I wasn't doing right lots of different looks, I would spray it in place, but you could do the same with fascinators. I always find fascinators on a headband at the best and the fascinator. You want to sit on the shorter side, so that is how I would style a headband, okay, hi guys, so the next look is one actually I'm not going to with this color, because I want a nice pale color today, so I just get these from Primark. I think they're one pound each. I have this one, a bright green one and a navy one, I kind of rather Navy one outside from working and want something to just keep my hair looking nice throughout the day and obviously mainly goes with anything. So it's great, but today we're going to go with the white one to match my top, and so I obviously is doing a big square like this. So all you want to do is make sure it's in a triangle, so fill four corner to corner like this, and then you want to fold this triangle into there. Okay and then you fold it back again and then you want to tuck that in so it's like that, and then I fold it again because I do like it to be thinner rather than step back. So it's like this, then make sure it's flat and you want to take the so you want to get half of it in the middle round. The back and have your tails at the top and all you're going to do is pop it on the side. I always put mine off center like that and because then you can kind of play with that a little bit so actually I'm gon na. So you want to tie it quite tight. Obviously you guys this is what will how it will look for a bit, but before you do that, you just want to get any bits that are stuck down this side out of your band. Okay, then you can put this into a then I will just leave it with the tails, whatever that you want right. So you want to get all the hair out from under your band but make sure it's behind your end and then just tease that and create that shape. So I'm going to tuck this bit around like that better and I do kind of push it forward. Just tease tease it sometimes I like to sort of turn it round rather than like, leaving it really straight. So there we go. You could also put like. Let me see if I can find like a little kirby grips like this just right at the edge just to secure it and obviously, if your has sort of this length this, this works on most kind of length. Pixies and you've got a little bit of security book, just sort of hide it a little bit. You can pop a little bit of wax like we've got to be perfect to mess just on the ends around your fringe. You know just really making the most of the shape their headbands, giving you and also it's gray, because it gives you lift and it's great in this heat. It kind of just keeps you feeling nice and fresh okay. So we'll go on to the last one, which is the wire headband bow, so there me I'll be back lytic, okay. So it's looking a little bit more brave with your headband situation. You could try something like this. This is a riot bow. They come like this. I'Ve got mine in a pack from Amazon and they are super cute. I would definitely buy this. If I was like going to someone with the kids, I don't have kids, but if I did, I could mrs. cute and like Disneyland Minnie Mouse. Anything like that will be super cute or if you just fancy, you know getting a bit of funky funky mess on these come in so many different colors literally. I think I've got one for every outfit like as well as these really funky ones do have these gorgeous muted tones if you're not like SuperDuper, confident with like crazy patterns, which i think is fab so I'll show you how I did this now. It is a little bit of trial and error. I'M not gon na lie like it is a bit hard to get used to initially, but because it's quite a big, though I find that if it was right on the top of my head, it's not the quiet. The life would be going for so again, just using the shorter part. Um is probably the best. So again, you want to get the middle around the back like this, and then don't worry about how your hair is looking until you've got it in the place. You want it so actually I'm gon na pop it a little bit more outside, because of course I want that sack. I want a bow to be on the side so, as you can see, you're just gon na twist it round like that, secure it and then twist until the bow is where you want her like that. Now you've got a lot of hair like this. It'S tucked under because it's quite a wide piece of fabric, so I'm literally getting the hair out round the back. You don't want to pull this part of your fringe, obviously through, but you can see where the hair behind the bow is going underneath and in it. So I mean this is so fab, but if your hairs like not got much volume because it just creates that lift here at the root like such an easy hairstyle, you know if you've got like second day hair and your roots are a little bit greasy like This on and no one's got to see anything there we go. I think that is super super cute, and you can just I mean I don't even really need to put any product in this, but you could just T is that you know get it exactly where you want er again. I'D probably took that behind just to keep everything looking really nice and neat like and then obviously I wouldn't probably just spray everything in place, so there we go guys and a few top accessories. I find work really well for my short hair. I hope you guys enjoy. Let me know if there's anything else, you want to see styled up the broccoli hair. Oh, I just chopped my comb, nice fact and yeah. So this is like minimal products. Obviously, making the most of grown-up picks is a little bit of length. You can do so much with these accessories there's so many different types of headbands Clips, like I love the ones that have you know, like words like, I can't think of a word now sassy that wouldn't maybe be a bit cringe, love peace. You could have to saying be kind. How cute would that be? That would be cute. I wonder if they are available. Let me know if they're available down below in there, I might have some little. Oh, you should have anyway, I'm just thinking of inspirational quotes. I could have in my hair now so we'll leave. The video that I got is because my mind is going another place right now and if you have any recommendations, leave them below of looks. I could try and tag me on instagram if you recreate any of these looks. I hope you guys enjoy this video and are staying safe and well and love to you all and I'll see you soon. Bye,
