(Almost) A Pixie Cut & How To Turn Hair Grey (Gray Silver) With Toner - Manic Panic.

I wanted to take out the yellow and turn my hair grey (to match what I'm already growing out for 12 weeks) and decided to cut my hair whcih turned into a (almost) pixie haircut wich toned (Manic Panic) grey hair! I had fun with no worries when doing this. It took three tries and a trim in order to get it where I wanted it! Perfection wasn't necessary, which allowed me to take the risk and cut cut cut!!

To Tone my hair Grey, I used both Steel Blue ( 1/2 jar) and Untro Violet (1/4 tsp) Manic Panic mixed with some conditioner (10oz) I put it into my hair and left it in for about 30 min. I like to do this once a week in order to soften my hair.

Hey guys Pamela Here I am showing you an update and update really of my hair. Yet again and right now, it's kind of yellowy what-you-see-is-what-you-get is straight out of that. I haven't combed it. I haven't brushed them to anything. Do it. I have a spray Keith or wash my face in a gun dressed tomorrow, so uh and the Burpee challenge is working and I'm very excited about that. The viñarock, vinegar and Burpee challenge. If you haven't seen that hit the subscribe button and check that thing out in the meantime, I'm going to show you how to turn your hair, not white like I normally do, but I'm gon na turn it like a grey, a silvery, gray color and I'm gon Na show you exactly how I do that hit the subscribe button stay tuned, let's check it out. Look I know I was gon na talk about just coloring here, but I got a little surprise. I know the thumbnail gave it away, but I have a little surprise. Something else is underneath my hat thought I'd show you how I did it all by myself: stay tuned, okay, so this is the Manic Panic. All right! You can have Amazon. I get it selling beauties. Of course it's not open right now. So did I do, but amazon has it, so I will actually there you go. It'S manic, panics blue steel and I am about a half. A jar left maybe a little bit more than a half and last time I did this Truman you're pretty dark and what I think was straight on. Sometimes I will mix this with the purple to give it a little bit of a silver tone. You can do all kinds of stuff when you have these two colors, so I'm going to show how we do with that. Take majority of this. This is a little more than half full and I'm going to put that in bowl. So there I have it about a half of the jar get there now. My hair is already pretty white right, a little yellow to it. I just mix it with p2t moisture renewal. That'S what I've got. I don't have time to go that Sally's beauty routine. I don't wash my hair much, I don't need to sober or true silver and gray hair. If you really are going gray like I am, your hair is really dry anyway, and so I literally just conditioned pretty much my hair. I won't walk the Manic Panic with a conditioner salad for once a week, just kind of deep conditioning, my hair in 20, 30 40 minutes, and my hair is so soft. Even though I reached the daylights out of my hair, those three times to get it that platinum, color and all the almond out, so one of the things that I want to talk about right here. Real quick is that when I got done with the Pantene conditioner, which is Louella to it, and I normally use a coconut white from Sally's, don't have it normally when I mix it, my ear was much more silver than it turned out, and I decided at that Point that I was tired of the length I wanted to go a little shorter. I have a very busy lifestyle and I'm gon na start being on the road traveling. So if you haven't checked out our school EE bus conversion, we are showing that, but my ear was still too white, so I decided to give it some cut. So I'm gon na show you how I did that and it took me. Three tries I'm gon na show you a cut, and then I did something different I'll show you, okay, this is the top layer. Look underneath. I have not cut underneath. Yet, if I lift all this up, that's just pulled back. So I'm thinking about getting that like short-short or maybe I'll just do that part even with this part and then maybe out there to do the next jump. What do you think? Okay, so the deal with my hair was, I chopped it. I colored it. We'Re really toned it and I didn't like it, and I said, oh, that, isn't quite what I wanted nothing. I eated it cuz. I didn't, but i didn't love it and I'm a firm believer that you need to love your life. You need to love your lucky to love who you are and what you do within your life. Nothing everything I do. I love and yet it didn't quite work out, and so I cut it again and then I looked at it and said it's still wrong. Collar still not the right kind, so one of the things that I did was I added in a little tiny bit of purple more conditioner, and I put it through my hair again. I didn't feel like I needed to show you that I already show you how I put that stuff in my hair you're just slopping it in until everything's soaked, and then you just sit for 30 minutes, and then I decided to cut some more because things are Uneven it wasn't right when you get it wet, it's the best way to get it cut, and so you want to make sure you want to make sure that when you're cutting it it's wet and I was cutting it dry. So I wanted to even it all out cut some more. I am super bouffant thick hair, so I had to do literally. I had to get it to where it was nice and close to my head I'll show you the back of it. It'S still not perfect. If you look at it, it's that perfect, that's what I want to talk about perfection. It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be what everyone else tells you that you needs to be. It doesn't have to look like everything else in society or on TV or what we're taught as how we were raised really right now, no makeup, nothing. It'S still all right. We strive so hard for perfection, and yet what we're really really are searching for is acceptance. Grace comfort, love those things in our lives have to first and foremost start by coming from ourselves. We must learn to look in the mirror, go after things fail sometimes succeed, sometimes and understand that you need to love yourself. You need to give yourself grace. You need to give yourself acceptance when you do that, then you can actually soar within throughout your life. So I'm going to show you the end. Result you tada, that's it

Cashew Kelly: I love your energy♡ The before and after both looked really great!!! But seriously great job on the cut! You did a great job!!!♡♡

Deb DeVrou: Love the cut on you. Looks great. Amazing you can even do that. WARNING: For those of you like me who have given their children bowl cuts and have trimmed your bangs which ended up 1 1/2" long by the time you got them straight I suggest. DONT DO THIS AT HOME!

Wendy: OMG. That is such a flattering hairstyle for you. Good job on the cut. You are right about seeking acceptance. I know that I am a victim of that. I have decided to go gray. It's been 8 weeks now. I have to look within myself for happiness and acceptance. We can't always expect others to provide that. Thank you.

Googlemom1863: Just ran across this and I love what you did here! I watched a beautician the other day that said “ it’s supposed to look perfect NOT be perfect” and as one that cuts my own hair , that made perfect sense!

Miss Sonia: You did a great job. Came out gorgeous, both color and cut. It really is flattering. Vibrant and youthful. Enjoy it.

Lynda Canger: Love your final cut!! I'm not brave enough to try to do this but I will take your picture to my salon when I am comfortable going again. I like your zest for life. After all, we just get one ride.

Sheila Keith: Love the final color and cut great job. Thank so much for sharing
