How To Style A Pixie Cut With Bangs!

Hey friends, i hope you're having a good day today, so i am going to style my hair with bangs and some flippies. I took a shower a while ago and did my makeup and my hair is about halfway dry, but i purposely didn't comb it for a while, and so you can see my hair is kind of drying flipped out a little bit, which is what i want. So what i'd like to do today is style, my hair, with a lot of bangs and just kind of like wispy, funky kind of fun style. So here goes. I am going to use my infinity pro hot airbrush today again, i just can't get enough of this thing. If you didn't watch last week's video, which i did a review of the infinity pro from conair this hot air brush, i will link it up above so go check that out. But i am going to use this. But if you don't have a hot air brush no big deal, i would use a blow dryer and a round brush. Here'S an example of the kind of round brush. I would use to do something rather than a hot airbrush, but it's really the same thing. It'S basically blowing out your hair, so i'm going to first start by spraying. My hair i've been finding that this product works really well with a hot airbrush, i'm sure with a round brush as well. But this is a mica brooklyn, bombshell, blowout spray and it's like a heat protector and also keeps your hair shiny and just overall gives you a good amount of volume. So i'm just gon na distribute this through my hair, quite a bit. Okay. So here goes: i'm gon na use this, and basically the way i do this is. I will be constantly turning this brush all over my hair and i will be making sure to focus in on this front area with the bangs. Here it goes. Okay, my hair is dry, it feels so wonderful. I just love this thing so much. This is my favorite tool right now, i've been using it every day and i just can't get enough of it. My hair just comes out so nice when i use it. So very very happy with that purchase and i have spent quite a bit of money on hot air brushes trying the different kinds for this channel. So it's nice to find a very reasonably priced one that works so well. So the next step is i'm going to start applying some product to my hair. I'M going to use the same thing i used last week. My favorite new product is the oway water resin and it is not really a pomade, not really a taffy. It'S more like a thick gel. I can't get enough of the smell of this stuff. It is just wonderful, so i'm going to put a bit more on my finger this time, because i want a little bit more product in my hair. So right now, i'm just gon na get my fingers all nice and saturated with this stuff and then i'm gon na just start using this to get some texture in my hair, so just kind of going all through my hair getting texture and volume. This is like the longest my hair has been in a while. I definitely am about ready for a haircut, although i really have been enjoying this length, there's just something about it. The way i got this razor cut, it looks more like a shag and it's been really fun. This haircut grew out so nicely that i definitely want to get another razor cut just because, as it's grown out, it has just been so easy to style. It'S grown out very gracefully. It was just an all-around great cut, so i really am looking forward to going to that hairdresser. I went to last time. His name is kurt. Who knows maybe i'll even get it filmed again? Haircut absolutely curious if you do comment down below and let me know so, while i'm talking about products, though, i would like to know what your favorite pomade or hair product is, i always like trying new ones. So if you have one that you haven't seen on my channel before that, you really like what is your favorite hair pomade, that you use on your pixie cut or if you don't have a pixie cut, i'm absolutely interested in what you use as well. So i'm just giving you a little life update on me. Things are going great. My son is gon na, be moving back home for a couple months, he's at that young adult age, where just the housing situation can be a little bit tricky. So he's moving back in next weekend and of course we have a room for him. So it'll be nice having him around, but he is eventually going to move into the town that i live in, so he'll, be very close by so now we'll have both of my kids very close by, and that is so nice just having family around is everything I know i'm very lucky to live near my kids. It is very much needed in my life right now. Let me put it that way, but we have been enjoying the rest of summer. I mean summer is starting to wind down: we've been to the lake, so many times this summer, swam in the lake fishing and going on boats been and really enjoying the lake been really enjoying getting out and walking every day my work is going well. My work has calmed down and it's it's still a lot, but i've been trying to not overdo it. Like i was last year and so like 45 50 hours a week, is the max i've been working. So that has been really nice, as you know, or you may not know, i actually am a lead in engineering team at an ed tech company, so we make digital curriculum for students, and so we, my team, does very very technical stuff and i basically go to A lot of meetings and do a lot of planning on engineering practices, so it's very technical, but it is very, very fun and i really do love my job. I'Ve worked at my company for almost seven years now and every day is different and every day is fun and i get to talk to a lot of different people and work on very interesting problems. Would i like to be retired? Yes, i would, but i do enjoy my job. I am liking how my bangs are laying my bangs are almost too long to just be completely straight down, so they kind of have to curve a little bit now. The question is: can i get some flippies in the back, so i'm gon na i'm gon na work on the back of my hair a little bit get a little bit more of this water resin on the backs of my fingers and i'm gon na turn around And see if i can get some flips going in the back. Okay, that is looking really really cute. I think we are ready for a spray, so i'm gon na use. This is another new hairspray i got. This is man if you want your style to stay. This is the stuff it is really super hold, so this is called redken triple take 32. I'Ve got this based on a subscriber suggestion, and this holds your hair. Let me tell you what it is: extreme high hold hairspray, so this is probably one of the strongest hairsprays you can get. I don't usually use hairspray that strong, but i did wear it the other day and i was surprised at how long the style stayed. So this is the maximum hold that this particular brand makes. So i'm gon na try to be not too generous with my spring, because i don't want it to be like helmet head. Okay by the way it is not too sticky. I think it left a nice spray on my hair all right. Well, i am happy with this style. I think it's very very cute. What do you guys think i'll show you all sides, so this is the left side, the right side, all right.
