Pixie Hairstyles 2021 With Class - Pixie Cut For Women Over 60

Hi i'm radonna from boys and girls hairstyles. Today i have carrie with me um it's my first time doing her hair and i've been waiting for years to do her hair. She lives away from me quite a ways: um. Her daughter is my sister-in-law's sister-in-law. So that makes sense, that's who it is, but she is so fun and spunky. She does a red violet on well, i'm gon na show you this is where we start. I like to bring it across here um and then i'm going to weave in the blonde and the violet red throughout um and and she likes it pretty chunky. But i'm going to blend a few places. But i'm going to show you guys, um and she's a trooper she's like. Are you sure you want a video i'm like? Yes, please is that okay she's, like fine, she was sweet, so i just like to take and take a little coil just in between. So when i bring this hair down, it doesn't like bleed on to this hair, okay, so, okay, what i'm going to do - and this is the f5 - let me just show you guys a 5vr, so it's a red, violet, violet red, that's just bright and fun um. So right here and she likes it short short and and fun and spiky okay. So what i'm going to do here is i'm going to pull a little bit of blonde through this area. She'S had it chunked out in other ways, but we're just going to kind of blend this, so i'm just going to hold this down. In fact, i'm going to take these off because i do better with foils without the gloves. Okay, so i'm gon na hold this up and grab the foil. I love these pre-cut foils, the pop-up foils. They are super super easy okay, so i'm gon na bring this in and hold this down. Okay, so you can see that i need to cover all of this now. I want to show you guys something and then so you can see that there's a dark root and then her blonde you're not going to go down onto the blonde. Obviously, because it's already blonde - and you don't want to fry the hair um now this over here, i took the oil - and i i put like probably three three to four drops in to this bleach um and that helps protect. Why you're pulling the color out? It'S going to help put or protect that, so it doesn't go like super dry. Okay, then i just want to make sure that hair is down, so it doesn't bleed. Then i'm gon na come around here. Okay, so that hairs down the foil. Like i said you can see where that blonde starts is right here, so you're just going to go to there there's a little bit of red there, so we're just going to kind of pull that out a tiny bit. Okay, now this side same thing and remember: this is the blonde. I'M really super excited i'm using a different bleach. I know when you guys are used to watching me. We do i do my bleach. It has the blue undertone. This has a purple undertone which they're both amazing for counteracting gold. So you get a bright wand. I am using 30 volume with this bleach. Okay, now i'm coming this way, i'm gon na do this side doing good carrie, i'm doing good. Thank you! Okay. Sweet! You bet getting rid of the gray, makes it really good yeah exactly. You know that that stuff's gon na be blended. I always just say: oh, it's not bad. It'S just natural highlighting some people are like. Oh yeah, okay. I actually like the sounds of that other than grape okay, yeah that'll just go for it, you earned it right like well. People say that my mom said you just wait till you're older you. You need to leave your hair great. She said that to both my mom and i said: no, no, a nice try, never gon na happen, and it hasn't so far, except that gray does beat me out again but see that's what's fun about this color. You add the blonde in it blends in well. Like it's good, it's good, it's good and it gives you some fun while you're doing it. You know what i mean. So it's awesome awesome, awesome! Okay, as you can see, i'm covering that red piece and that's what i'm talking about also is see if any, if any gets on the blonde, just kind of take it off like that, um, like i said, we're we're gon na blend it a little bit more Than than normal um, so on this side, she's she's blonde uh light here. So what we're gon na do is we are going to add - and this is what i love with short hair. You guys you can like take this as art like put your own color, where you want it kind of just see and look at where things are at. So we wanted to add some color through this area, especially for her face to kind of pop her face. Um, so you can see i'm not doing it chunky chunky. You guys can see that but um it's gon na be enough to be in that area, but not like when it grows out. It won't be like a line because it's so so much, okay, but yeah. It'S gon na add color into there. So let me turn her this way, so you can see so you obviously want to cover all of this. Okay, sweet. Okay! Now i'm going to hold this up and i'm going to push this down. I push that up. While i push that down and that way it goes tight, so it can keep that foil in there tight, okay, so right here, i just put the purple. So i'm gon na do a blonde kind of up above it and then um, i'm gon na do a purple above that so oops, sorry, sweetie. I'Ve got you all over the place because well that's what's fun, especially a color like this, like you're, just placing color here and there um to make it just fun. And especially when i go to do the haircut because you're going to see how fun that is and you're going to be like, oh no wonder she took her hair like it was a an art. What do you call that palette? Yes, nice! Thank you. I just say it: you take the palette yeah, that's great, you just take the palette and you start painting, but that's what's fun. Is you can kind of just see to start watching where it's going to be um again she felt like it was really blonde right. There so she wanted a little bit of color through there, so we're going to come in see. I want to show you guys this first so see. Hers are really chunky, but what i'm going to do is take some in between so yeah it's. It'S still kind of chunky but see you can see that we're covering some of the blonde too, just to add some depth in there for her okay and i'm just gon na run into her again. Okay, put the color and some people, i mean it depends on what you're covering with um. Since we are covering with the violet red. It'S it'll only just make it pop more going over the blonde. Just so you know that okay, so that one's the dark, the one before was the blonde. So i'm going to come back here and do the blonde, so i'm going to do a section of blonde and then some of the violet red um and, like i said, i'm just gon na place it. So you guys just kind of follow where you're going with your blondes um and where you want to add the violet red um, and then we will show you how it looks after and we're going to do a fun haircut that one's next.
