How I Styled This Pixie Cut For Black Women | Reviewing A Short Wig.

Back to life with sim, this is your girl sim, and i am here to talk about my new hairstyle and give a review on this wig that i recently picked up from wig types, and it is a sensational wig. It is a sharp pixie cup and it is lace, front, okay, lace front so, but before we start make sure you like comment subscribe and hit that notification bell, so you don't miss another upload from your girl. Now, let's jump in to this review, so i recently big chopped again one two three, i don't know it's been a lot of times right, so i've recently big chopped and i wanted to do something different with my hair i was either contemplating do i want to Stay natural or do i want to perm my hair and kind of wear a pixie cut, but i've never worn a pixie cut before i've. Never really like cut my hair really really short. I remember back in my mid-20s, i had cut my hair and when i went to the salon - and you know back in the days they used to have it flipped up - that's the cut that i had i enjoyed it, but it didn't really suit my face. I don't know what it was. It just wasn't giving me that vibe. So i was searching on youtube for inspiration. Like everybody, you know looking for inspiration and a couple of wigs popped up, but this one popped up and it caught my eye and i watched about three or four different reviews bodybeak by kiara. She is one of the ones that i always watch. She does a lot of synthetic wigs reviews and different types of wig reviews. She does human hair as well um, but she's mostly geared towards the synthetics. I believe, and she does a really great job of showing you how to put them on how to style them, and that's what i like so i saw her. Then i thought that it was really cute. Then i saw another video and i thought oh wow. This is a really cute video and i'm actually going to link those videos, i'm going to go back and find those videos, so if you want to watch them, do it from start to finish now, i didn't um do like take it out the package and show You how i did the lace or anything, because i've worn this wig already now for about three or four days since i've bought it. And so i didn't do all that recording stuff, because i'm still new to putting on like wigs and lace, front and stuff, like that. So let's jump into the review of this wig, how i feel about it and what i think about this wig. So this is the stock card and on the stock card, as you can see, the model she's rocking the out of this wig, and i love it. I love love love. The way she looks um i received her name is amina. By the way i received her in a 1b, that's what was available. I believe when i was looking for her um, i didn't want to go for the normal ash blonde hair, because i was a little skeptical, but now that i have her, i am definitely going back to get at least three more colors, and that way i can Do that so it says: hair on the stock card um, it's sheer muse. By sensational it's an empress, lace, wig lace, front from air to air edge, um pre plucked. They have a baby hairs. I took some of the baby hairs and i moved it in the front because i don't like hair in the front, but i kept some on the side to give it that look, um and it says yeah keep them guessing it's hd lace. Can you tell that? It'S a wig, maybe if you all up in my, you could tell that it's a wig, but really and truly it looks fabulous um. It'S a salon, inspired cut in color, whatever color you want. It has air to air lace. It includes baby hair, like i said, and it's very lightweight now when i first tried this on and i was wearing it out just the night that i had it on for the couple hours. I almost forgot that i had a wig on. That'S how lightweight it felt and how great it felt on my hair, so it was great. I was able to braid my hair back, give it some cornrows put on a stocking cap, and then i put this girl on my head and i love her. I enjoy her, i'm definitely gon na pick her up in a couple colors um and see the thing about her, though, is um. She is big head friendly, so there's no um. There'S the you know, the straps that you have in the clips to clip her to make her like tighter. You have those in the back. You have a comb in the back and then you have two combs on the side. I don't use the comb so on the side, but i definitely use the one in the back. There'S no elastic strap in her, so you will have to adjust those straps. If you want to for me, i had to adjust those straps um when you first pull her out the bag. She has the lace, but the parting is not as defined like. I have it here. You actually have to pull it, so you could find the part in space and just adjust it the way you want, and i kind of eyeballed in the mirror, how i like to wear my hair um and what you know because she's a left side part. So she really gives me what i wanted, and so i had to adjust her to fit my face. That'S the one thing about shark wigs. Is you don't really it's a hit or miss depending on the type of the wig, especially if you don't know how to style your hair or you don't know how to style any kind of hairstyle? And so for me, when i looked to her and i looked at the reviews - a lot of them kind of kept her the same way like the stock card. Don'T get me wrong. The stock card is great. She looks great, but i think that if you look close to the scott card she kind of looking like it's the girl's real hair, but we ain't gon na talk about it like that. So i had to find a way to make it work for me. So when i put her on, i looked in the mirror and i was like way too close in my face, so i had to pull her back up and i got this from another video. If i could find the video that i saw, it was a different color and she pulled, it was a the pink one and she pulled it further up and that's what made me did the same thing with this one, because now it just frames my face, and I love it so. Yes, i love this um. I will bring more wig reviews, i'm actually looking into buying some other wigs, um and winter's coming, so i usually go longer um and darker, like wine or burgundy or um. The copper looks for the fall. I might still wear blonde but like a a muted blonde and not like one of the ash blondes, so we don't know yet, but we'll see what happens when i find some new wigs to review and and look at them because i really love them. I really love wearing wigs the versatility. It gives me the easy, quick and go when i was going to the office. I hated not having my hair done my natural hair, it's it's tedious, the maintenance all that stuff. If i do decide to perm my hair, i'm and i perm my hair, it will be done in a pixie cup. I definitely will be done in a pixie cut now styling her. I think she looks great when you put a hat on. I have this beautiful hat. I got from walmart that i love for 10 bucks. I got in the summertime and it's still summer, um and summer is winding down, but i love this hat and she gives me great vibes. Like summer vibes, like you know, i could take a ride up the street and just kind of let the wind blow, and i have the hat on and she's just perfect um. Also, if you want, i got my handy dandy bucket hat. If i'm running to the store - and i have her on - i could just kind of slice this hat onto my head and that's great - you can put um a ribbon around your hair. If you want to do a ribbon all that kind of stuff, you could do with this, you could play around with this wig and do so many different cute little boxy cute styles, that you want to do with this wig. Now i will give you a suggestion. Do not comb the wig. You do not need to put a comb in it, because if you put a comb in it, it recruit, keep in mind, it is a synthetic wig. So you don't want to mess up the curls. If you want to loosen the curls up a bit, take your hand and kind of do this and kind of make her like stand out for me. I don't like the way. The back does that hole like all the way over here. So when i get her, i pull her back and i kind of like like if i got like a a shape up or something and kind of put her, mostly in the middle, because now she's defined my face she's rounded out my face. I have a sweetheart face so because i have a sweetheart face. Most of this area is like the bigger part of me and then it tapers in down here. So i need something that's going to shape this area and make it look a little bit slender and more. You know stylish and suits my face and my bone structure. So that's why i like this wig. I think this wig is great she's going to be around for a while um she's been around for a while. I think she came out a couple months ago, maybe or maybe i'm just new to it, but i found her when i was searching and i like her. So i hope, if you're interested in looking for like sharp pixie cut, wigs um definitely check her out. I do have another wig that i bought um. I threw away the packaging while i was cleaning. I haven't worn it out, but it's kind of like a finger wave style, so um i'll probably do a review on that. I haven't really worn it yet so we'll see what happens, but i'll do some styling to it and i'll come back and i got you guys know um yeah. You know i purchased her from wig types. If i didn't say that before i did purchase her from wig types, i usually get a lot of my wigs from wig types um. The price range for her is under 30 she's, pretty affordable um and she is beginner friendly. So if you're new to wearing wigs - and you feel like you, don't have trust me - i've watched a lot of videos on them to see what it does. Whenever i buy a wig, i go art, i'm interested in buying a new wig. I go on youtube and search that wig and then i look at what others are doing with it and then, when i get it then i know how to do it. So i might actually, if i get a new wig, i might sit down and try to do it from start to finish, with taking the lace off and molding it down and showing you guys how i put the wig on. I mean you've seen tons of videos on how you do. I don't know if you want me to do that. I know i don't have a big following yet to like suggest that, but i think that's something i would want to get into, because i'm trying to learn how to get better at doing wigs. You know putting my wigs on um. I do want to elevate and buy an affordable, um natural wig, not when i say natural, human hair wig like a more expensive, more good quality, wigs and come out of the synthetic market. But i will not abandon them, because there are some great synthetic wigs out there. All tray makes the melted hairline and i love those the lace. The way it fits perfect. Some of them are a hit or miss, but others are they're getting better, though the synthetic companies they're leveling up on their lace and i'm i am here for it. I am definitely here for it and i hope you are too so. That concludes our review on this wig. I love this wig. I will continue to wear this wig and once i get some more colors, i could come in and do a little style for you on a different color than how they look on my face and i could style them different ways as well.
